I have received the complaint from Mrs [redacted] regarding her daughter [redacted] ’s membership, purchase with Sun Tan City On April 11th, Mrs [redacted] purchased a month to month open-ended agreement that allowed them once a day tanning services at our Frederica location for $per month plus taxPer the membership agreement that was signed in the salon by Mrs [redacted] and Ms [redacted] , all Sun Tan City memberships require at least one automatic payment before the client is able to cancel the membership and there are no refunds for unused services As of June 17th, Mrs***’s membership with Sun Tan City was terminatedIn addition, we have submitted a refund request for Mrs [redacted] to be reviewed Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Mrs [redacted] will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately noted Mrs***’s concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressed

I have received the complaint from Ms***’s regarding her membership, purchase with Sun Tan City On July 2nd, Ms***’s purchased a month to month open-ended agreement that allowed them once a day tanning services at our Winchester location for $per month plus taxPer the membership agreement that was signed in the salon by Ms***’s, all Sun Tan City memberships require at least one automatic payment before the client is able to cancel the membership and there are no refunds for unused services As of August 7th, Ms***’s membership with Sun Tan City was refunded, due to an incorrect prepaymentWe have issued Ms [redacted] a refund, back to her credit card Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Ms***’s will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately noted Ms***’s concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressed

I have received the complaint from Ms [redacted] regarding his membership, purchase with Sun Tan CityOn February 6th, Ms [redacted] purchased a month to month open-ended agreement that allowed them once a day tanning services at our Smyrna location for $per month plus taxPer the membership agreement that was signed in the salon by Ms [redacted] , all Sun Tan City memberships require at least one automatic payment before the client is able to cancel the membership and there are no refunds for unused servicesAs of July 31st, Ms [redacted] ’s membership with Sun Tan City was frozenSun Tan City does charge non-sufficient fundsIf Ms [redacted] see’s any other charges besides the $freeze charge, she needs to contact her bank in regards to those chargesLoyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Ms [redacted] will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately noted Ms [redacted] concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressedSincerely, [redacted] Director of Client Services

I have received the complaint from Ms [redacted] her membership purchase with Sun Tan City.Ms [redacted] ’s membership was purchased April 7th, totaling $Ms [redacted] utilized her membership for a total of months Typically, when a refund request is submitted for a yearly membership, the monthly membership rate equivalent to the membership type is multiplied by how many months the services was used and that total is deducted from the total that was paid for the membershipIn Ms [redacted] ’s case this totaled $After further review, Sun Tan City has made the decision to submit an additional refund request for Ms [redacted] and calculating the refund differentlySun Tan City has taken the total amount paid for the yearly membership and divided that total by twelve months totaling $and multiplying that total by the seven months of used services totaling $This amount was deducted from the total paid and an additional refund was submitted in the amount of $(due to Ms [redacted] already receiving a refund in the amount of $57.16)Therefore, Ms [redacted] will be refunded a total of $285.62.We hope this fully resolved Ms [redacted] ’s issues

We have received and reviewed the complaint made by Mr [redacted] regarding the freeze credits on his Sun Tan City accountTypically when clients cancel a membership while it is in a frozen status, the client will lose the credit they would normally receive back as an in store credit if they were to unfreeze their account and continue servicesAs a courtesy Sun Tan City has submitted a refund request totaling $for Mr [redacted] to be reviewed for the total amount of freeze payments he madeIt is our hope that this resolves Mr [redacted] 's concerns

I have received the complaint from Ms [redacted] regarding her membership purchase with Sun Tan City On March 30th, Ms [redacted] purchased a month to month open-ended membership agreement with Sun Tan City that allowed her once per day tanning at our Maryville locationAs noted in Ms***’s membership agreement that was signed on the day of purchase all Sun Tan City memberships require at least one full automatic payment prior to cancelling and they are open-ended, therefore payments will continue until the membership is cancelled or frozenThe agreement also states that Sun tan City does not refund for unused services As of June 6th, a representative at the Customer Service Department for Sun Tan City submitted a Glow Card totaling $was issued to Ms [redacted] for her June’s membership paymentMs [redacted] was satisfied with this resolution Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Ms [redacted] will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately notes Ms***’s concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressed

We have reviewed the complaint from Ms [redacted] regarding her membership purchase with Sun Tan CityOn June 27th, Ms [redacted] purchased a month to month open-ended membership agreement that allowed her once per day tanning for $per month plus taxAs noted in the membership agreement, signed by Ms***, all memberships with Sun Tan City are open-ended so payments will continue until the membership is cancelled or frozen and there are no refunds for unused servicesMs [redacted] utilized her membership monthly until September 30th, when her membership was cancelledAlso, in July Ms [redacted] purchased upgrade points, Buy Get 100, that would allow her to utilize the dark and/or hydration options in our Sunless tanning optionMs [redacted] used the upgrade points that were paid for therefore there is no refund she is eligible forThe remaining upgrades and Sunless visit will remain on Ms***'s account with Sun Tan City and can be used with any active membershipWe hope this helps Ms [redacted] and she considers using our services again in the future
