I have received the complaint from Ms [redacted] regarding his membership, purchase with Sun Tan CityMs [redacted] does not have to start a new membership to unfreeze her accountIt will unfreeze at the rate that she originally frozeIn order to unfreeze, you have to pay the prorated amount to gain those $credits backIf the client cancels a frozen membership for any reason, those credits are then cancelled as wellOnce the account is unfrozen, those freeze credits can be used for anything Sun Tan City relatedIt does not have to be for memberships, or tanning sessionsLoyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Ms [redacted] will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately noted Ms [redacted] concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressedSincerely, [redacted] Director of Client Services

We have reviewed the response from Ms. [redacted] regarding her account with Sun Tan City. Upon further review, a refund request was submitted for Ms. [redacted] for the other half of her unused services. This refund will go through a process of review and if at any time Ms. [redacted] would like to check the status of her refund she is welcome to do so. We hope that is fully resolves Ms. ***'s issue and if we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.

I have received the complaint from Mr*** regarding his membership, purchase with Sun Tan City.On June 7th, Mr*** purchased a month to month open-ended agreement that allowed them once a day tanning services at our Zionsville location for $per month plus taxPer the membership agreement that was signed in the salon by Mr***, all Sun Tan City memberships require at least automatic payments before the client is able to cancel the membership and there are no refunds for unused services.Mr [redacted] is more than welcome to tan any of our locations nationwideWe do have multiple locations in different areas of different states, which will put clients in different databasesThe client is more than welcome to tan in the Springfield area, we would just transfer his information onto that databaseSince we do not refund for unused services, the clients refund request would be denied since the client tanned and is in a month agreementThe clients account has now been cancelled, and he has until the rest of the month to use his services.Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Mr [redacted] will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately noted Mr*** concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressed.Sincerely, [redacted] Director of Client Services

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I my complaint I clearly state the amount of $was credited back to me I also go on to state that amount of $was also due back to me I originally purchased lotion [redacted] The amount of $was charged to my card After tanning I wanted to spray tan and the tanning consultant [redacted] advised that was not the best lotion choice for spray tanning and suggested I return the *** and purchase the [redacted] brand I did and she stated she would void the previous transaction and charged my card another $ I am still needing a refund of $and this has been since April 1, Attempts to correct this have been made to the store location in [redacted] several times and also their corporate customer service to no avail I have attached my bank statement showing the charge of $ I want resolution to this mistake You can find this charge on page of the attachment I am very unhappy that I have had to argue and fight for so long for money that is mine I returned their product and expect them to return my money as well Regards, Brittany Cecil

July 7th, Revdex.com [redacted] [redacted] I have received the complaint from Mr [redacted] regarding his membership, purchase with Sun Tan City On March 13th, Mr [redacted] purchased a month to month open-ended agreement that allowed them once a day tanning services at our [redacted] location for $per month plus taxPer the membership agreement that was signed in the salon by Mr [redacted] , all Sun Tan City memberships require at least one automatic payment before the client is able to cancel the membership and there are no refunds for unused services As of June 5th, Mr [redacted] ’s membership with Sun Tan City was cancelledA refund request was submitted on the 28th of June and was approved and processed on the first of July Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Mr [redacted] will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately noted Mr [redacted] concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressed Sincerely, [redacted] Director of Client Services

We have received the complaint from Mr. [redacted] regarding his membership purchase with Sun Tan City. On July 16th, 2015 Mr. [redacted] purchased a month to month open-ended agreement that allowed him once a day tanning services at our Bristol location. On this same day, Mr. [redacted] ’s membership with... Sun Tan City was terminated and a refund request was submitted for him in the amount of $22.35. This refund was approved and sent for issuance as of July 28th, 2015. Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Mr. [redacted] will continue to utilize our services. I have appropriately noted Mr. [redacted] ’s concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressed.

I have received the complaint from [redacted] regarding payments he has received from Sun Tan City After researching [redacted] complaint, it was discovered that [redacted] billing information was provided to purchase a membership for [redacted] This membership was purchased on May 3rd, at our [redacted] This membership totaled $per month Sun Tan City has terminated this membership to avoid any further charges to [redacted] and submitted a refund request in the amount of $that will be refunded back to [redacted] debit or credit card information Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that [redacted] will utilize our services in the futureI have appropriately noted [redacted] concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressed

I have received the complaint from Ms [redacted] her membership purchase with Sun Tan City On March 29th, Ms [redacted] purchased a six month open-ended agreement that allowed her once a day tanning services at our Hixson location for $per month plus taxPer the membership agreement that was signed in the salon by Ms [redacted] , this Sun Tan City membership required at least six automatic payment before the client is able to cancel the membership and there are no refunds for unused services As of April 6th, Sun Tan City has agreed to cancel Ms [redacted] ’s membership with us to avoid any further charged to her provided accountIn addition, Sun Tan City has also applied three courtesy Instant sessions to her account for her to use at her convenience Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Ms [redacted] will continue to utilize our services in the futureI have appropriately noted Ms [redacted] ’s concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressedTell us why here

We have reviewed the response from Ms [redacted] regarding her account with Sun Tan City.Sun Tan City has agreed to refund Ms [redacted] for her January's payment and the NSF charge she has accrued in hopes of resolving Ms [redacted] 's issueIt is suggested that Ms [redacted] update her billing information on her next visit to the salon or anytime prior to February's payment processing to ensure the billing information provided is correct as Sun Tan City will process payments only from the information provided to us by the clientIt is our hope that this resolves Ms [redacted] 's issue and she continues to utilize our services

As of December 4th, 2015 we issued Ms. [redacted] a refund of $210.75 that we mailed via check, and we issues Ms. [redacted] a glow card request of $210.75 that was also processed as of the second of December. Per the signed agreement that we have on file for Ms. [redacted] these are our best options for her. It states that we do not refund for unused services, and we offered her the half and half option as a courtesy. Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Ms. [redacted] will continue to utilize our services. I have received the complaint from Ms [redacted] regarding charges she is receiving from Sun Tan City After researching the last four of the card number Ms [redacted] provided to Sun Tan City via email, it was determined that Ms***’s card is also linked to a [redacted] ’s account to which the same mailing address matches Ms***’s Since the membership on ***’s account is an active membership, the monthly payment totaling $processes on the first of every month to the billing information provided to Sun Tan City Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Ms [redacted] will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately noted Ms***’s concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team

I have received the complaint from Ms. ***’s mother regarding her daughter's membership purchased with Sun Tan City. Our records indicate that Ms. ***'s daughter is over the age of 18. Due to client protection, we do not release any type of information regarding this... client’s account to someone other than the account holder unless approved by the tanner. Due to Ms. [redacted] not being an authorized account holder we are not able to discuses the specifics of this account.
