I have received the complaint from Ms*** regarding his membership, purchase with Sun Tan City.On March 2nd, Ms*** purchased a month to month open-ended agreement that allowed them once a day tanning services at our Greece location for $per month plus taxPer the membership
agreement that was signed in the salon by Ms***, all Sun Tan City memberships require at least one automatic payment before the client is able to cancel the membership and there are no refunds for unused servicesAs of April 1st, Ms***’s membership with Sun Tan City was terminatedPer the district manager of that location, we have submitted a refund request in the amount of $43.99. Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Ms*** will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately noted Ms*** concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressedSincerely, *** *** Director of Client Services

We have reviewed Miss *** account, and attempted to reach out to herClient did not answer but I did leave a voicemailWe have submitted the refund, however refunds go through a 7-day refund process and the location she tans at is a franchise locationIt is our hope that this helps solve

[I reject this because I did not sign up for this membership in the salon as stated. The membership I signed up for in the salon was a one month membership and my membership commitments for that contract were fulfilled. I then had to switch beds because their "top of the line" package I signed up for did not work for me, they blamed it on me stating I had poor circulation. When I called to inquiry about what I could do they told me to switch memberships and instructed me how to do so online, they did not tell me I would be signing up for a year contract instead of a month. The following month when I realized I was being charged I immediately called to express my concern, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I have not returned to the salon in over a year, nor will I ever return because of their horrible customer service.

We have reviewed the complaint made my Ms*** regarding her membership purchases with Sun Tan CityUpon reviewing both accounts it appears as though a refund request has been submitted for Ms*** in the amount of $for the charges accrued on her Sun Tan City accountIn addition, her
membership with Sun Tan City was terminated to avoid any further paymentsAll refunds do go through a standard process of review that can take 7-business daysRegarding her sons account, a Glow Card was submitted on this account for October's payment in the amount of $As noted in the membership agreement Ms*** signed, it states that automatic payments for the membership will continue until the membership is cancelled and there are no refunds for unused servicesAs a courtesy the Glow Card was submitted which will come back in form of a gift card that spends just like cash at any Sun Tan City locationIt is our hope that this resolves Ms***'s issues and we hope she desires to continue services with us again in the future

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have not yet received a refund. As I stated in the original complaint, My bank shut down my card and sent me a new one. They also informed me that this business has been blocked from making transactions on my account as a merchant. The refund will need to be mailed. What is unfortunate is that the business knows that their refund never hit my account and they have had time to send a refund check, but they have not yet done that. Revdex.com- Please continue to be involved in this matter until it is resolved and my money has been fully refunded to me. Thank you!!!

I have received the complaint from Ms*** regarding her membership purchase with Sun Tan City
On May 14th, Ms*** purchased a month to month open-ended membership agreement with Sun Tan City that allowed her once per day tanning at our Winchester locationAs noted in Ms
*** membership agreement that was signed on the day of purchase all Sun Tan City memberships require at least one full automatic payment prior to cancelling and they are open-ended, therefore payments will continue until the membership is cancelled or frozenThe agreement also states that Sun tan City does not refund for unused services
As of June 5th, Ms*** spoke with a representative at the Customer Service Department for Sun Tan City and a Glow Card totaling $was issued to Ms*** for her June’s membership paymentMs*** was satisfied with this resolution
Loyal customers are the key to any company’s success so it is my hope that Ms*** will continue to utilize our servicesI have appropriately notes Ms*** concerns and have forwarded them to the proper management team to ensure they are addressed

Upon further review of Mr***s account a refund for both his and his wife's account has been issued for May's membership payment amountThis refund will be sent in form of a check to the address provided on Mr***s account

I was not notified of this refund processing until I received this response todayI hate I had to go these lengths to get this accomplished, however I appreciate the business refunding the monies Thank you

On April 28th, Ms*** purchased a month to month open-ended membership agreement that allowed her once per day tanning in our Fastest level bed for $per monthAs noted in Ms***'s
membership agreement, the amount paid on the date of purchase is a prorated amount and the first full automatic payment will process on the first of the following monthThe agreement also states there are no refunds for unused services and the client must cancel to avoid payment after the required payments have been completed
As of June 8tj, Ms***'s membership with Sun Tan City was cancelled by the Customer Service Department and a refund in the amount of $was submitted for Ms***
