Before you order flooring from this company, be very careful and document all contacts I initially went to their website and found two carpets that I liked I called and spoke to a sales rep who mailed two samples to me Then the fiasco began I had several conversations with the rep about one of the samples, "Upscale-Camel" My builder also called and discussed the shipping date for the oder When I then called to pay over the phone, I was told that I would receive an email confirmation I never received one The carpet was late which caused a scheduling problem with the installer Then, when the carpet arrived, it was shrink wrapped on a pallet and the shipper dropped it on the driveway and refused to set it inside It was snowing and I was unable to see the carpet until I moved the boxes inside When I opened the shipment, I immediately called and advised the customer service person that the carpet was wrong They delivered "Upshot-Camel", not "Upscale-Camel" as ordered They have refused to replace the wrong product with the correct one Now, they are sending some, not all, of the recorded phone calls which only prove that the wrong carpet was shipped They try to say that black is white, and white is blackThey do not return calls They do not send paperwork They do not keep their commitments They do not correct their mistakes and they do not care about their customers The only part of my order that they did a good job on, was taking payment They blame their shippers and their customers for their own errors and I will never do business with them again

[redacted] placed his order with Kendyl on 5/for Jamboree tiles in red and blackThe black shipped out of TN on YRC and The Red shipped out of TN on FEF The red tiles delivered to customer on 5/signed for by [redacted] - [redacted] called in on 05/to advise the tiles delivered in open boxes and the colors are incorrectChristi sent email for pictures of the tilesReceived the pics on 5/she requested picture of the sample so we can review the differenceHe refused the black tiles shipped by YRC as the wrong colorChristi advised that he will be responsible for original and return shipping costs on the refused order and the red tiles are a standard return and he would be responsible for return shippingOn 5/he sent an email to Christi that the sample he purchased was actually from [redacted] and not from usOn 6/Christi sent him an email that the order is a standard return because although the order does not match his samples it was the correct color of our productsOn 6/we offered to remove the restocking fees as a courtesy to assist the customer but on 6/he called in again asking us to ship this back on our account and we declined as this is standard return, He returned the order of red and was given credit 06/and is questioning the math on the credit - total order minus original shipping -refusal of black tiles = refund is correctHe is now complaining to Revdex.com that he has been charged $but in reviewing math again he was only charged orig shipping fee and refusal fee together they total

Our initial order was placed on May 18th and ended up being short one foot roll of 8mm Strong Rubber flooring In an extensive email correspondence between our superintendent and business manager and company staff, Kimberly ***, our superintendent told Kimberly that it would not be enough product based on the measurements Kimberly insisted that the order was correct and would suffice for the job Based on this assurance, our business manager said to place the order When the product was going to be installed we did, in fact, come up one foot roll I sent pictures and had another extensive email/phone conversation with Tymar and (at times) Kimberly We were already not happy with the situation because school had started and we were going to have to reschedule the remaining installation We ended up placing the order but had substantial delays in it actually being shipped out We mailed the check and for about weeks had no response until I called to check Only a

We have contacted Mr [redacted] by phone and advised that the free tiles will ship out to him by 12/and we will also cover the cost of shipping to close this issueOnce we have tracking we will send that to him by email as well

I called on 3/17/and was told my order would be shipping later that daydays later, I logged into my account to check the order status and saw that it wouldn't won't be shipping 4/"because it was on backorder"I contacted customer service, who assured me a manager would address my concerns via phoneI told a customer service rep via both phone AND email on 3/23/requesting my order be cancelled, since they wouldn't be able to provide me with the product The next day, I received an email containing shipping informationAgain, I contacted customer service to reiterate that I had cancelled the order and was again promised a phone call from the manager that I never received On 3/24/16, I logged into my account again and saw my orders had been deletedThis company, however, has kept my money! I have not received any responses or refunds

I purchased about sqft of rubber flooringFirst, the driver couldn't get the roll off the truck and so we had to help for about minutes to get this lb roll into the studio The roll ended up being damaged but the full scope of the damage wasn't recognized until it was time to install itThere were ripples in the material that didn't come out even leaving it overnight with heat applied to it The company did offer to replace the roll but that would require me to keep the old roll in my studio for weeks waiting for it to be picked up, and I just don't have the space for thatAlso, I needed it installed quickly and didn't have time to wait for a replacement, so my contractor cut off the unusable parts and we installed the rest Rubber flooring then said they can't issue me a credit even though I provided pictures of the damage because they wanted to replace the roll insteadI feel this is unfair and that I should be credited for the damaged sections which accou

I ordered a garage floor from This company and ask that they delay shipping. They sent the order early and I was not there when it arrived. Since I was not home, I called my sister-in-law to receive the delivery at my home. I was not able to install the floor until just yesterday. When I was halfway through the installation I realized that I did not have enough of one type of tile. I called the company, they asked me to send pictures of my half finished floor. I only receive 104 out of 1066 purchased tiles. I just want the rest of the 62 tiles. I received boxes of tiles and assumed that they had measured them correctly. They had not and have not responded to me since I sent in the pictures they requested, not even to acknowledge that they received the pictures. I now have a half finished floor, which means I cannot use the space. I had allocated this week to install the floor. Please help.

RUBBER FLOORING makes quality productsIt is even better than advertised1st, it shipped & arrived on timeRubber tiles were packaged in strong boxes, but easy to open2nd, the tiles are flexible, strong, and extremely easy to installIf using over concrete, walking on them is very comfortable as tiles "give" just enough to cushion your step3rd, I didn't get enough of the "edging" and upon calling them, they shipped it FAST & I got it days after talking by phoneLASTLY, the business makes you feel like you are part of their family and honestly appreciate your businessIf you want to make your garage really nice, consider this product

Highly recommend this company I purchased floor tiles for my son's playroom and they arrived promptly are great quality and look awesome I had an issue when I ordered a second batch in that they didn't match the original batch and the company sent me matching tiles within days at no additional cost

I couldn't be happier with the Diamond Nitro flooring I ordered My order was received within a few days It looks great and I won't have to worry about falling on my super slick (when wet) garage floor
