THIS IS ALL FLAT OUT LIES! JESSICA N*** OR NEITHER OF THESE PEOPLE RESPONDING TO THE Revdex.com ARE THE ONES WHO ARE ACTUALLY CALLING ME AND TELLING ME WHAT IS GOING ON THEY SAID THEY ARE WORKING RESOLVING THE PROBLEM AND IT COULD TAKE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO FIX THE ISSUE THAT IS GOING ON WITH *** I SPOKE TO *** WHO SAID THEY REPORTED WHATEVER AES SENT AND THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR ERROR THEY ARE TRYING TO PLACE RESPONSIBLITY ALSO MY EXPERIAN IS SHOWING WRONG AS WELL *** IS STILL NOT RESOLVED SO THIS IS NOT A CLOSED ISSUE HERETHEY ARE DISGUSTING HOW THEY WANT TO TRY AND CLOSE THIS COMPLAINT WITHOUT ACTUALLY RESOLVING ANYTHING AND TAKING ZERO RESPONSIBILITY ONCE AGAIN THIS IS THE 4TH COMPLAINT I FILED IN REGARDS TO CREDIT REPORTING ISSUES THEY ARE NOT REPORTING CORRECTLY TO THE BUREAUS THIS ALL STARTED WHEN THEY STARTED TO CHANGE THE WAY THEY REPORT TO THE BUREAUS AND NOW ONLY REPORT ONE ACCOUNT. AES TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THEY WOULD LEAVE THE CASE OPEN UNTIL THEY ARE ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH *** BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SURE WHY ITS NOT REPORTING CORRECTLY WITH THEMAND THEY ARE RESEARCHING IT AND IT WILL TAKE UP TO 2-WEEKS THAT WAS A WEEK AGO SO TWO WEEKS LEFTI TOLD THE GUY WHO CALLED ME LIKE THAT SOUNDED TO BE NOT TRUTHFUL AND A COP OUT AND THE GUY REPRESENTING AES AGREE BUT SAID HE WOULD SEE THIS THROUGH. STILL *** AND EXPERIAN ARE SHOWING INACCURATE INFOAES ADMITTED TO THE INACCURACIES AND FIXING ONLY THE *** ACCT WHILE BLAMING ***SO WHOS FAULT IS *** AND EXPERIAN NOW?! I want as I was promised aes to follow up with me AFTER they fix the issue with *** I was told they are still researching the issue with *** and working towards a resolution as it is still missing months of payments and this is negatively impacting my credit and showing up on files as missing payment information and my balance is still months higher than it should be!now if one of these people responding to the Revdex.com has the courage to call me please do ###-###-####so I can tell them what I was told by aes previously because they seem to be on two different pages here one with how they present them to the Revdex.com and one with what they tell me on these phone calls I get from anyone OTHER than the people lying to the Revdex.com about the real truth of this complaint.CALL MEif you want to write these lies to the Revdex.com call me first jessica n*** and the other person who is responding to these complaints cause what you say on the phone to me is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN THIS NONSENSE!fix *** and experian*** im told is being worked onmy next step is consumer affairs and on and on I will go until you finally fix this chronic issue.FOLLOW THROUGH ON YOUR PROMISE YOU MADE TO ME AESSTILL AWAITING THE CALL BACK AS I WAS PROMISED.***

I am rejecting this response because:AES has failed in its obligation to assist its borrowers I have at this time, been able, with the help of friends and family, to bring my account into current status Also, I have filed an application to consolidate my unsubsidized and subsidized loans into one single loan with another servicer, because I have no faith in AES and its ability to properly service my loan in accordance with the law They have misled me, failed to inform me of actions being taken on my account, failed to communicate important deadlines regarding my account, and outright lied and have showed no willingness to assist me My business relationship with AES has been damaged beyond repair as a result of AES' actions I have furthermore filed a complaint with the FSA Ombudsman as is my right under federal law, to alert the government of AES' failures to assist their borrowers AES has issues with processing paperwork in a timely manner and communicating policies with their borrowers Had AES sent me the proper paperwork in a very timely manner, this could have been avoided But they never bothered to do so AES sent me form letters that were vague and commmunicated no deadlines or anything.I will inform the Revdex.com when this matter is finally closed and my loan is out of AES' hands
