I am rejecting this response because: Safe Touch can say it was a courtesy call all day long but I go by what the first woman said and she said something like, we have been given your account with Safe Touch to get it paid. I said "are you a *** company" she said "yes". When I got irate at the nerve of Safe Touch, she said something like just pay the balance and it will not show on your record. I am not making this up. Then I called Safe Touch in complete disbelief. Either way, *** *** or someone in their office threatening me, that is an unscrupulous business practiceI have made my February payment and along with it sent a certified letter by mail to Safe Touch requesting cancellation of this agreement. I also have a web address supplied by *** to do a tracing on the number that called my home the morning of January 13, 2015. I may have mistaking said the call came in on the 12th of Janbut I had marked my calendar the 13th which is the same day I called Safe Touch in disbelief and then a letter to Revdex.com Jan14th the next day

I am rejecting this response because: I am a ** *** *** *** being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous company who starts out with a three year agreement and in their own way make sure you don't know it is years. They turn you over to a *** *** instead of just adding a late charge as the representative on the phone said I would avoid with double payment. She never said, watch out before we hit you with collection calls. Who in their right mind wants to continue with a company like this. I would rather be robbed by an unknown intruder than by one I invited into my home as I did Safe Touch.

I am rejecting this response because: So, if every business in the world says they mailed a letter, and if every business made an extra $that I don't think I should have had to pay, THEN who is going to stand up for the consumer!! What ever happened to the phrase, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! It's my word against theirs and I did my part...I paid my bill on time every month (actually they took it out of my account) and I fulfilled my contract according to one person in their officeI got the short end of the dealI regret ever using their services from the salesman who sold me the equipment in the beginning who was not truthful up front about the length of the contract and its rulesHe was trying to make the sale and did what ever he could to make it happenThis has been the way of some businesses since the beginning of time.
