I was very pleased with this company Don Humenik came the first time He advised me to purchase the maintenance plan for my unit which saved me money then paying for the repair that was included in their maintenance package Don Humenik was professional and courteous He explained to me each step he was taking to repair my unit I felt very comfortable with Don Today, 7/5/16, Marcus came out to finish the maintenance package I had been on vacation and noticed a leak inside the unit again Marcus explained to me what was happening and had to add an additional valve Marcus recommended a filter that is a better one then I have been using He also explained everything he was doing in the repair and maintenance of my unit When I get ready to buy a new unit, I plan on purchasing with Samms I'm extremely pleased with their service
Great job! The guys were so courteous to me and my family and were very thorough in the walk through It was a long job, but they made it as painless as possible Thanks guys!!
The BEST team ever We have been doing business with Samm's for many years and we recently need ed extensive work done The team of Tiffany, Aury and Ronnie that worked at my home were incredible They were very considerate with keeping the house clean with mats everywhere and wearing booties any time they walked in the house They did a fantastic job both inside and outside of the house Amber is always so kind and helpful keeping me informed of the team's whereabouts I can't say enough about ***, our salesmen He came to my home and was here crawling around trying in our attics to find the best possible and best price for replacing and repairing my three a/c units He looked at EVERYTHING, including duct work, air flow, vents, coils, etc He dedicated hours of his time and was able to give me options on how to proceed forward One of the units died before our scheduled date and Karl came to our aid to do a temporary fix until our install date which was about days out [redacted] to the rescue came to install a window unit in my son's upstairs window at 10:at nightHe was willing to go to Home Depot to retro fit the unit to fit in the windowHe made yet another rescue again on a different night at 9:pm by coming to open a vent up in our attic He treated us with such kindness and as if it were no bother whatsoever He is the sweetest person and we feel very fortunate to have him helping us I am not sure what the owner [redacted] does to retain and create such incredible, dedicated and loyal employees, but he must have the magic touch Thank you for everything

I had issues with my A/C on two occasions and it was fixed both times by Samm's technicians They do very good work and are very conscientious about their job They debugged the problem and fixed it They didn't try to replace something that was not needed It is very refreshing to actually find a business that is honest and fair I would not hesitate to refer them to anybody who has A/C or heating issues

Samm's used predatory price gouging on a service call to my home On Monday June 12, I called Samm's to come out to fix my home a/c unit I had used Samm's in the past and they were reasonable and did the work By the time Tim the tech got here, our home was degrees on the inside Being my wife suffers from COPD and I had triple bypass last year, we were not able to go without the air-conditioning Tim the tech gave me a verbal estimate of $600-$but indicated that he felt it would be less than that Because I have to pay an $service fee just to have him come out, I felt entrapped to use them to do the repairs Because of the $fee, I as a consumer am not allowed to shop their estimate or price without the possibility of paying a second service call fee Once he leaves (fixed or not) to get him back out would have been another fee Due to our health issues, I authorized the repairs While Tim the Tech was out working on the unit, I google searched air condition
Had a furnace malfunction on a cold night Samm's came within minutes, fixed a significant problem, was very courteous and was priced very reasonably Thank you to Karl and to Jordan
I have been with Samm's heating and AC for over ten years Without a doubt, they are the best Recently I had an ac emergency during a very hot period I got help right away...not only are they replacing my very old unit in short notice, but they brought a window ac unit to my house to keep out bedroom cool ! Talk about service...they are all great, [redacted] ...I strongly recommend then As a retire d military officer I often find it hard to fine true professionals in the civilian world..well Samm's is one of them...would strongly recommend to anyone looking for quality HVAC service

My experience with Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning was WONDERFUL. We had a complete system installed. First of all, their customer service on the phone was great (thanks Amber). The specialist (Marcus) that came out to give us a free estimate on a complete air conditioning system was excellent. He took the time to explain in detail how air conditioning units actually work and then helped us decide based on our needs the best system. The installers (Javier, Mario and Victor) were excellent, as well. I work at home and they were very considerate of my space and took the time to keep me updated but not be intrusive. When they completed the installation Mario walked me through the entire system from the attic to the outside units. Explained key components of the system that every homeowner should know. Just an excellent experience overall. They made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. I would highly recommend Samm's for your heating and air conditioning needs.
