Tonight, I came home from work and found that my AC unit was running but my house was not cooling to the selected temperateI stumbled across Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning after searching local HVAC companies in Plano on GoogleI am so thankful that they took my call and that Marcus was able and willing to come check out my AC unitHe had a fantastic attitude to be working at 10pm on a Wednesday and was thorough in checking everything related to my AC unitUltimately, he informed us that we needed a new filter and also that a particular piece of the AC unit needed to be replacedHe offered the maintenance plan and explained the benefits but was never pushyIn fact, during the entire process he was honest about what needed to be repaired/replaced, about things we needed to keep an eye on and never pressured us into anythingMarcus was also incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questionsWe ended up signing up for the maintenance plan and are grateful to know that Marcus or his colleagues will be taking care of our HVAC needs going forwardstarts for Samm's and for Marcus!

Samms services our HVAC systems, and plans ahead for scheduled work with efficient scheduling and notification of the technician who will make the call Each time, we get a good assessment of the components of the systems, and an estimate for needed repairs or worn parts I believe they are helping to extend the life of our HVAC system Timothy took extra time to bring everything up to our expected standards
Victor and Amber did a great job forAmber with her calls and pleasant attitude and voiceVictor has been to my house before for general maintenanceHe has done a great job both timesI would

Yesterday ( Sunday), the condenser fan motor died in my air conditioner unitIt was am and I didn't know if there was a company that would be open on Sunday'sI saw Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning on the web and checked out all of the great reviews about themI called and got an immediate response and got an appointment prontoKarl came out and saw the problem, the part was under warranty, but it would be a little difficult to get the part we needed on a SundayIt was now degrees in my house and my cats were not too happySo I had to buy the part that Karl had available out of pocketHe had everything up and running in no timeKarl was very professional with a great disposition!
I called their office the next morning to see if I could be reimbursed for the partI spoke with Amber and Rose who were both super helpful!
