I had issues with my A/C on two occasions and it was fixed both times by Samm's technicians They do very good work and are very conscientious about their job They debugged the problem and fixed it They didn't try to replace something that was not needed It is very refreshing to actually find a business that is honest and fair
I would not hesitate to refer them to anybody who has A/C or heating issues

We had been long-time customers of another big name in the DFW area for our HVAC service When my 20+ year old system finally gave indications it would not make it through another season, I requested a quote for a new system The quote was extremely high (to my expectations), so I immediately called up Samm's for another quote on the same system Samm's sales rep (Marcus) came to our home late the same evening, and after a check of what we had gave me a quote that was significantly less than the first one He also set me up with an installation in two business days
The installation team was great; they arrived on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (with us), finishing up faster than I could have expected, and left the work areas as clean or cleaner than when they arrived
I have no experience as yet with Samm's maintenance service, but my neighbor does and gives them outstanding marks If Samm's service team is as good as their sales and installation team, I'm sure I'll end up being a long-term satisfied and loyal customer

Service by Timothy Swas outstanding, thorough and professionalTimothy carefully assessed my A/C unit and provided detailed feedback, including things to look out for in the futureHe also found faulty wiring by the other company's technician, which had led to the inaccurate diagnosis of a bad compressorHe fixed the wiring, and left me with an A/C unit (no new compressor needed) that is working smoothly
