Timothy arrived at 7:59, ran through a check of our newly installed system, did a couple of tweaks on the run-control settings, and very patiently and clearly answered my questions regarding how to use the new system to our best advantage (providing a couple of tips of how to use the thermostat to maximum advantage for our house's layout) He did all this in about minutes
Less than minutes after Timothy had gone, the city inspector appeared at our front door His visit was considerably shorter, but the key take-away was that I got the distinct impression he felt he was not going to find anything wrong in a Samm's installation
I can become very spoiled very quickly with what I have experienced with this company
As always, for umpteen years, I have gotten outstanding service from SAMM's Heating & ACand Victor is one of the best tech guys ever Amber is charming, courteous, and efficient Nothing but praise for these two and for SAMM's

I rarely, if ever, write reviews This is an exception because I am thoroughly happy and pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of their employees They actually care !! It wasn't a show they put onThey took pride in their craft and it shows with the final product They re-installed all new Ductwork throughout my house because rodents had ripped the original ductwork to shreds Samm's did the job within the timeframe promised and at a very reasonable price I strongly recommend them
Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning recently replaced our air conditioning system and my wife and I have nothing but praise for the total processInitially they came out on a Sunday to recharge our old system which was nearing the end of it's anticipated life They were very informative about the options we had and answered all our questions They did an analysis of a system which suited our size house and we were satisfied with their price after checking competitors, especially considering we were credited most of the money we had paid initially to have our old system recharged The installation crew was just as professional as the service manager and the design specialist They offered a white glove clean up service in their package price We declined because they left no mess You could hardly tell they had been here
