Samm's Heating & A/C is great They are very responsive to every call and question I purchased my new system through them and they did an excellent job Each year I buy the semi-annual maintenance plan to ensure that I have an efficient system and they can resolve issues before they become big problems Victor recently came out to do the maintenance on my a/c and he performed a thorough review of my system both inside and outside He is friendly and answered all my questions Rose is the scheduler for services and she is extremely professional, polite and follows up on your calls

Misdiagnosed my AC problem.Sold me a new compressor for and now tells me the coil does not work either.I would have replace the unit had I known
The 1st tech came out and told us we had a bad compressor I could either just replace the compressor for or replace the entire unit for 10-15K He said the compressor would get us through another years For the next month the house never got down below degreesI asked them to come out again and the next guy said I had a bad coil and the 1st guy should have caught it Now they want me to pay another to replace that if I want AC I told them I would have replaced the entire unit had I known both the coil and compressor were bad They deny misdiagnosing it and will not help at all I said I would pay for a new coil and call it a day and they will not work with me *** the owner told me he did not care about my happiness as a customer

I had Samm's replace and install two new air conditioners this week From the start everything ran smoothly Jesus came over within hours of calling and was very professional and courteous He explained the entire process and gave us different options to choose from When the crew (Tiffany, Ronnie, & Aury) came Tiffany politely explained the process of what they would be doing and approximately how long it would take They covered their shoes and my floors, took care of not letting my pets escape, and cleaned up after themselves Being that the temperatures were over they always seemed positive and never complained They carried on Great team to have in my home and I would use them again
We have had fantastic experiences with Samm's Heating & Air over the yearsThey came out (Marcus and Victor) to repair our furnace and A/C on three separate occasions and then we finally just had them install a new system entirelyDaniel, Javier, and Israel showed up promptly at 7:30am and worked steadily until 2am the next dayWe were absolutely floored that they stayed so late and worked so diligently to make sure everything was perfect before they leftThey went above and beyond in our eyes and paid great attention to every detailWe will absolutely be Samm's customers for life!
