I've been using Samms Heating and A/C for almost years now They used to service my older AC unit, then I hired them to install a new system about three years ago when I decided to retire the early 90s AC/Heater They've consistently done an outstanding job of service and preventative maintenanceI have them do preventative inspections twice a year on the new unit and so far there have been no issues The service reps are very professional and overall personable and good to deal withI would recommend this company
Samm's did a great job getting a technician to my in home on the same day as the failure Tim Swas an exemplary service technician He quickly diagnosed the air handling unit issue, offered options, suggested preventive measures and rapidly obtained parts The AHU was back up in just two hours with new electrical surge protection and 30% lower current draw at the same air flow rate Fantastic!
