Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: At this point, the matter has not been resolvedWe may have reached a resolution, but it has only been initiated and not fully resolved as of yetThe response you received was correct in that we did return the tablet once again but the tablet was received back with no repair having been done, that was stated on the repair form, and having the same issues as when we sent it in the first and second timeSo, to conclude, at this point in time we have a product that does not correctly work, under warranty, and have been working to resolve the situation with Samsung, for quite some timeThey will have to fully resolve this issue before I will state that resolution to the issue has been made and right now, I'm in the same state I was when I originally made this Revdex.com complaint or weeks previous Regards, [redacted]

Unfortunately the Maywood, NJ facility was short staff and busy this morning which did not allow calls to be answered in a timely manner You are welcome to try calling again, or visiting the location if you wish for evaluation/repair by the walk in team; otherwise the phone will need to be shipped Samsung does not have a loaner phone policy available to allow for the supply of loaner devices.Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We have called several times to finalize the businesses refund proposal They either do not call back or call back and if I do not answer they leave a message and ask me to call back When I call back they once again do not answer I would like someone to call me in the morning and not just before they are closing for the day so I can get this completed At this time I am without a refrigerator This goes back once again to poor customer service and the reason for my initial complaint I will be grateful to have this resolved and have no further dealings with this company [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a phone call on October 20, as well as your response on October here on Revdex.com, stating that I would receive the refund withing to daysThe 14th day is tomorrow, and I have not received the refundsI have called and left messages this week, and still I have not received a call back, email, or responseI would like my refund like you stated within the days, but once again (for the 6th documented times) I have not recieved the refund with in the days that was statedThis has been ongoing that I would receive my refund since your email stating "Your refund was shipped on 9/29/at 4:PM EST." Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure if my complaint was actually read because it clearly states that my phone has been fixed (actually I had to mail my phone in to get a refurbished one from my warranty company in exchange for my defective phone)A prepaid mailer and offer to review it and tell me the damage is my fault will not be helpful to any degree.I know Samsung is a large company and there is a lot of legal jargon tossed in fine print to make it almost impossible for anything to actually be a defect of craftsmanshipIf it's broken, it should be Samsung's responsibility, not the extra warranty I purchased and had to pay a steep fee to useThe person I talked to on the phone from Samsung told me you'd take a look at it and I may possibly get a phone back (or replacement) in a couple of weeks after inspection but chances are I'd be charged because of the device not workingThis is unacceptable for two reasonsFirst, who could live without their phone for that duration of time? Specifically those like me who use it constantly for work? And secondly, I am not afraid to admit things when I'm wrong or if I accidentally do somethingMy brand new phone, that was in a case and under a screen protector, one that has never been dropped or put under water, or given to kids or anyone else to use, has no business being broken or damaged over the course of a standard year purchase agreement, much less the few days I had the phone If you're saying something inside the phone can break without there being ANY signs of exterior damage to the phone, the case, or the screen protector by simply putting it in my pocket during the day, then it's a defect in qualityNo phone should simply breakAnd just to be even more clear - my job is an at-home software developerI'm not out there doing manual labor-type jobs where things could be crushing my leg or anythingI sit at home at a computer deskIt's a pretty basic situationIf it weren't for this, I might agree that I probably did something that caused the phone to breakHowever, in the few days I had the phone I know how I handled itIf any other product broke under these conditions, I'd return it to the store and they'd gladly fix itPhones simply should not stop working under useI've never, ever, had a phone of mine break for any reason and I've stuck with Samsung phones for the past few rounds of phone upgradesThe screen itself wasn't scratched and wasn't crackedThe case of the phone wasn't scratched, dented, or broken anywhereAll that that could be seen was a flicker on the LCD before it turned blackThe phone continued working in the background as I heard all the facebook, email, phone call, and SMS notifications but the screen stopped workingLack of a better analogy, that's like saying I bought a new car and in less than a week the engine has a crack in it or some wiring isn't rightThe car has never been in an accident but there is something mechanically broken with itI would not be responsible for breaking my engineThings should not break under expected use, especially considering how new it wasIt's not even one of those situations where the charger port got loose (which they ALWAYS tend do do after plugging in the charger over and over after a year of usage)Short of taking the glass off my phone and hitting something inside with a sharp object, or learning magic that allows me to move things with my mind, I don't see how a protected phone could ever break like this.Unfortunately I do not have have the phoneThe phone is at Tmobile's warranty center because the person I called at Samsung told me it could take a couple weeks and Tmobile's warranty program got me a replacement phone within business daysWith the new phone I bought a new screen protector and even a bullkier case, all things that never should have had to happen Regards, [redacted]

Samsung has reviewed Ms [redacted] complaint in regards to her refrigerator Our system shows the agent assigned to the case made several attempts to contact Ms [redacted] by phone but have been unsuccessful in reaching her The agent left voice messages for Ms [redacted] with their contact information to return the call for further assistance Please have Ms [redacted] return the agents’ call at her earliest convenience if she still needs assistance with her claimThank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:it is well known similar units have an issue with design with the cooling fans therfore I feel it is a defect that will continue to fail and It is unreasonable to expect a consumer to purchase an expensive product that they must repair at great cost every year Samsung will continue to put out defective and inferior products like phones that explode so my option is to refuse to purchase any product from samung again Regards, [redacted]

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his [redacted] *** order Our system shows the agent who handled the claim spoke with Mr [redacted] on 4/21/and advised that unfortunately Samsung does not have control over [redacted] merchandise The agent tried to assist him by contacting [redacted] *** on his behalf but was not able to get through to them The agent advised the Mr [redacted] will need to speak with the [redacted] *** center for information related to his order We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you
