Samsung has reviewed Mrs [redacted] complaint in regards to her phone Our system shows the agent assigned to the claim spoke with Mrs*** on 10/19/to discuss the case The agent informed Mrs*** that the device is currently under warranty and the only accommodation Samsung can offer for the device is serviceMrs [redacted] told the agent that she does not think she should have service because she’s only had her phone for a few months The agent further explained to Mrs [redacted] that service is the first accommodation that would be offered under the warranty Mrs [redacted] told the agent that she will not accept that offer and she will contact her lawyer to get a refund Regrettably other than in warranty service for the device, no additional accommodations can be made for this claim Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

Our files indicate that the customer’s complaint regarding Model # RS253BAWW/XAA has been reviewed an additional time per customer’s rebuttal request. Samsung has advised to Mr. [redacted] that we would not be able to modify the accommodations provided. It sends multiple faxs to any intended recipient, the printer is dysfunctional and unrecognized by the Imac, and the copy machine does not work properly most of the timeAfter speaking this morning with Samsung again, they are mailing me another shipping label to re ship the printer again to the repair facilityHowever how much longer can this go? THIS IS A HUGE OPPORTUNITY COSTIf they cannot fix this they should replace it with a similar or alternative model that actually works pursuant to the year manufacture warranty(Which expired on 1/14/but I initiated this dispute for repair on 1/7/within the one year.)
