Friday April 21st I experienced a power outraged in my homeSunday April a CPS technician came to my home, and repaired the faulty wireHe began to explain to me that the reason being for the outage was due to branches> rubbing up against the wireThe technician told me making a claim would be a waste of time because CPS was in fault in the matter he continued to blame the branches were the reason for the outage.I didn't agree with him at all and I went> ahead and requested a damaged claim from cps on Thursday April I feel that the frail wire that is connected to my home is the reason for the outage.The branches in questions are less than 1/inch thick.> On May1st cps rejected my claim for the damages due to the trees at my homeCPS stated they were not liable for any damages due to irregularities or interruptions to the electric serviceI'm in great despair that CPS is handing this matter with no compassion I've been with cps for 37yrs > As of today i'm living in a unsafe environmentMy partner and I are both disabled and both of us are on a fixed monthly income and can not afford these damages yet alone able to cut down the branches or pay for someone to do it.> Here are some picters of the branches and wire from my homeThank you so much or your time i'm hoping to hear from you soon and get this issue resloved

I am rejecting this response because:I appreciate that CPS is willing to waive the late fee(s)I would have accepted its response; however, the representative did not address the unauthorized deduction of $from Check #*** shown on my current bill’s Payments/AdjustmentsPlease confirm that (1) the amount for Payments/Adjustments has been corrected from $to $and (2) that my Total Account Balance now is $I plan to mail the check either tomorrow or WednesdayIf I do not hear back from CPS before then, I will send a check in the amount of $229.01, which includes $for Current Electricity Charge, $for City Services, $for State & Local Sales Taxes, and $that will be credited back to me in the next several weeks (as the representative stated in his or her response).

*** *** *** called me and said he will contact me Thursday morning and he did
not contact me but after I called him times he calledE back and said he was going to call me whenever is convenient for me I told him if he can call me Tuesday morning he said yes But in his voice message recording says that he will be out of the office for months I don't know how this is going to help me because my bill is due in 11/09/thank you he also said that CPS does not deal with Revdex.com

Tell us why here...The theft of service issue has been resolved. Once the customer has had repairs made to thier meter loop and a city inspection recieved the service can be reconnected
