I am rejecting this response because: Nothing is more absurd than this twisted story. But the fact is this government entity shows the efforts spent to argue and protect their preferred contractors at the publics expense instead of just simply be accountable clean up, provide product and services as advertised and respect each individual resident.Where and how many solar screens to install were the dispute between CPS and MM weatherization. It was never in my complains here. MM came to my property to install solar screen but does not have the product for the first time due to warehouse personnel shortage and the second time not having right tools and products. I was informed by MM that it is CPS give empty promises and made changes behind everyones back. I was told by the estimator solar screen worth several hundred dollars will be installed for my entire house. Instead of just simply clean up and correct the problems CPS rep slammed the door and threated to just go along with the contractors or they will leave after I took time off to coordinate with the clean up and correction that I thought would be happening. The CPS representative ROBERT Mayfield scolded me and told me the defective and dented product WORKS. IT is good enough and if I don't like it. That is too bad, slammed the door and left displaying the power trip .I simply need to have the QUALITY product and respectful services advertised on this CPS website: refer to my original complain to have a QUALITY weatherization company to correct the mess MM weatherization left immediately or just deinstall these defective products, RESTORE my property to my original working conditions and do not assign these defective low items under my account with public funding.

CPS Energy is municipality and is not governed by the statute of limitation.  If a customer owes a debt to CPSE it is a collectible item regardless of its age.  CPS Energy does offer a dispute process to our customers under The Fair Accurate Credit Transaction ACT 2003(FACTA). ...

The consumer must send notice identifying  specific information that is being disputed, explain basis for the dispute and include all supporting documentation. The notice can be mailed to Final Bill Disputes [redacted] or faxed to [redacted]

I spoke with [redacted] today and stated she will send in documents to support her dispute.

I am rejecting this response because:I am sending this email because after I responded to the last request I am unable to get back on and provide the documentation as proof that [redacted] is requesting. I am attaching the response (saved PDF) from the management company and the old identification license that I have available (also requested from [redacted]). I found the drivers license saved in my old laptop. I do not have any other license to send. I didn't save any others downloaded with my change of address. The management company has no records of dates or contracts available. I apologize for the inconvenience. I don't know what else to do to show further proof. It is 7 years now and I have never been contacted pertaining to this situation. Had I been contacted much sooner I would have been able to possibly prepare and provide some proof by requesting the lease agreement before the management company disposed of the contract. I cannot provide proof of a phone conversation and I will not pay for a debt I do not owe. I think this is unjust to try to pin a debt on someone that was no longer living in a property and did the right thing. I would say to anyone that has gone through this, that it is a horrible experience, time-consuming to try and resolve something that I am not responsible for, to lose sleep trying to come up with answers and show proof of something I didn't do. Possibly if [redacted] knows that someone else was living in the residence that they should go after that person rather than me that was not responsible. I looked up my bank statements for October 2010 through January 2011. October I changed my address to [redacted] address and I have a cover sheet of the entire 2011 statements for tax purposes. It contains the correct address with [redacted] address. I also attached the September 2010 bank statement and it shows the address that [redacted] is trying to collect on. Please accept this as proof. The bank statements are the statements of my previous bank and a shared account with my son [redacted], I added him when he was attending [redacted] for emergencies. [redacted] is attached to this email as well. (attached are items requested) [redacted] [redacted]
