Review: About 3 months ago I purchased 7 [redacted] eGift cards from SaveYa (reference sydsp[redacted]). I recently discovered that SaveYa failed to deliver the advertised Gift Cards, but instead sent me codes for Merchandise Credits. I discovered this only after [redacted] refused to accept the last 2 codes sold by SaveYa, with values of $101.66 and $102.12. SaveYa has indicated that they will not provide a refund for the 2 now-useless ecodes.
SaveYa advertised and invoiced me for Gift Cards, but actually delivered Merchandise Credit. If my purchase was fulfilled with electronic Gift Cards as they has indicated online and in the confirming purchase invoice,[redacted] would accept the ecards and I would not have incurred this problem.
I have asked that SaveYa either provide physical Merchandise Credit cards, replace the codes they provided with actual Gift Card codes, or provide a refund for the 2 ecodes that cannot be used. They have declined, stating that "This refund request is being declined as we do not refund for ecodes per our Terms of Service and further more the order is from September".
I contend that SaveYa should not stand behind their policy since SaveYa failed to deliver Merchandise Credit, and not the Gift Cards that they had promised.Desired Settlement: SaveYa should either provide $203.78 in physical Merchandise Credit cards, replace the codes they provided with actual Gift Card codes with a total value of $203.78, or provide a refund in the amount of $184.38, what I paid for the 2 ecodes that cannot be used.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As stated previously, the business advertised the item being sold as Gift Cards, but instead delivered Merchandise Credits. Now the business stands behind their refund policy but does not acknowledge that they failed to deliver the items that they advertised. Since they refuse to exchange the Merchandise Credit for Gift Cards, I request that the Revdex.com record this complaint as a failure to deliver goods as advertised. Regards,
Review: On April 29, 2015, I place a order at [redacted]( which is same company as giftcards.com) for four [redacted] Gift Card with the order # [redacted] with the total amount of $1,506.71. When I try to use the Gift Card they showed $0 balance on all four of them. Right, after I placed the order on [redacted] I received a email from them stating the order was completed and within few minutes I went on their website to see if my codes were ready and they were ready after 30min I placed the order. I intimately try to use the codes online at [redacted] website and all four Gift Cards showed $0 balance. I called [redacted] on 4/29 around 3:30pm and told them about my situation and all they can say is we will have someone investigate it and you need to wait 24-48 hour for a response via call or email but I still haven't receive a respond from them yet. The ticket # they gave me was [redacted]. I even called back on May 1, 2015 talk to a supervisor but they told me they were busy and can't be reached and the response the customer service gave me was the same. On their website under My Gift Cards where I can see the Card# and PIN for the gift card that I purchased, it shows that the gift card's Last Verified Balance was on April 20, 2015 which is just crazy when I look at it because they sold someone a gift card on the 29th and was last check on the 20th, shouldn't they check the balance before sending it to me because it's not a small amount that I purchase. Still haven't receive a response from them yet and the transaction has been posted to my credit card. I spend $1,506.71 to purchase gift card and got scam, received them with $0 balance on it. I not saying they scam me but wish they can solve the issue better.. Also [redacted] is under Giftcards.com they are the same company with different name and entity.Desired Settlement: A refund of the amount $1,506.71 for the four [redacted] cards that I purchased from them which have $0 balance when I try to used it right after I purchase it.

Review: Hi,
I have been a customer of Saveya for a little over a month. I have sold a few gift cards, and every transaction has been processed correctly and paid out. However, I found out recently that my account was blocked. Saveya continues to give me no reason for the block. I do not believe that that is an acceptable response.
Thanks,
[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation on why my account is blocked and hopefully have it lifted. I would like to continue to do business with Saveya.

Response:
Hello [redacted], Thanks for contacting GiftCards.com regarding this issue. Our compliance partner placed the block on your account after noticing that your account information and login history had discrepancies. We are unable to provide more information than that, or remove the block, for both customer and business security and privacy. -GiftCards.com
