to why a block was placed on your account that makes it unable to transact. We do not release these details for our customer's security and privacy, as well as for our own business security. In our Terms of Service, we do state that we accept payment via Debit and Credit Cards, as well as explaining the authorization process for the payment method on an account. We do not blacklist customers for inputting invalid or unable-to-be-authorized payment information. If our compliance partner or our compliance department detects irregularities with an order, we do have an automated process in place to contact the customer after the order has been placed to confirm the order validity. If an order fails to be authorized or verified, we do not message a customer with the specific reason for the order failing for the same aforementioned security and privacy reasons (attempting to use a stolen credit card, or other sensitive issues for example.)We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused, but are unable to do business with your account.

I originally filed a complaint against Saveya on 8/15/2016, regarding block on my account. It was resolved, however this happened again! This happens every single time when I tried to use a different credit card for the payment. It will cancel the order and put a block on my account. Saveya needs to fix this major glitch in their system. Saveya, as you can see, I have many orders from you guys. I hope you guys didn't want to lose me as a customer.Please correct this issue and restore my account. Furthermore, fix the system where there will be no more issues in the future.

not alter the balance or withdraw funds from gift codes that are submitted for acquisition. The balance of your [redacted] gift code was used in its entirety on 11/28 for an online order at [redacted].com as indicated by [redacted]’s provided transaction history, the date which your order was submitted. As this order was never confirmed, we never acquired this gift code to sell. We are unable to pay you for something that we did not accept or acquire. -GiftCards.com

I got that information from gamestop as well. Please be informed that I lived in [redacted] and didn't sell the gift card to anyone else except Saveya. What a stupid cheating seller would redeem the gift card two days after the sale? I am glad to find out my saveya account was blocked after I filed a compliant. I emailed your customer service using the email address [redacted]. No reply received so far(7 days). Shouldn't I file a complaint over a company providing excellent customer service like Saveya? I am not going to sell to saveya anymore so it's ok to block my account forever.

This does not solve or resolve this grievous customer service issue in the slightest. The company is just repeating the same verbiage they sent which prompted the complaint to begin with. This company has very shady business practices and refuses to attempt to resolve any issues. The company clearly does not value any paying customer and actually has a multitude of complaints against them already. I am seriously considering contacting any attorney regarding this company’s practices. This is unacceptable.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Saveya.com checkout does not display the credit card information during checkout.  It does a "quick" checkout without asking the customer when there is a saved credit card information -- which I didn't authorize for them to save in the first place.  All I clicked was the "Continue" button waiting to enter my credit card information.  But Saveya.com charged my saved credit card without asking me first. Moreover, they reneged on what they said: cancel the transaction and refund me.  It's not my fault that their CSR don't know their policies.

No funds were authorized for any orders, and no orders were submitted to us (as it is not possible to submit an order without a verified email address linked to your account), so there is nothing that we can refund or provide. any discount [redacted] gift codes we provide are brand new cards that are provided to us by these sellers with included receipts and untampered gift codes to ensure that they have not been linked to any accounts and are valid for the claimed balance. The rejection of your order was not based on profit, but on business practice. As there is no way for us to ensure these gift codes with a transaction with a non-aforementioned account type, we would not be providing a confident service to anyone who would be interested in purchasing one of these gift codes. We are not able to acquire these gift codes from you. Your order was accepted into pending status for our review, a settlement had not been created for the codes or your order, and so your order was subsequently cancelled based on the provided information. The market price of any given merchant in the secondary gift card market is always in fluctuation, so your [redacted] gift codes should be able to be sold to any of our competitors at a higher rate with market observation.

Hello again [redacted]We are not deflecting blame on any party regarding this transaction. When you sold us the [redacted] gift code, you agreed to our Terms and Conditions stating that if this gift code were to be unable to be used or incorrectly depleted of balance, then a takeback would be issue on your credit card for the value that we payed you for the card, plus a $10 processing fee. As the gift code was drained of balance without having any transactions associated with it, we issued the takeback. As we have received back the funds that we paid you for the card via the takeback that was processed, the gift card is owned by you and not us. When you inquired to us about why this happened, we let you know the information that was provided to us by [redacted] regarding the lack of transaction history, and let you know that any further questions about the gift code should be addressed to [redacted], as you acquired it from them.

We have addressed this with our GiftCards.com callcenter partner so that it does not happen again. It is in the SaveYa.com FAQthat orders are unable to be cancelled once they are placed. Going forward, I would like to ascertain whether I would be able to sell gift cards or not since the verified gamestop balance sale caused greatly incovenienced me due to subpar Saveya offshore customer service and the lengthy process involved to resolve the account issue.
