I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
SaveYa's response claims that the credit card company reversed the charge and c on 12/15/17, however that is incorrect, originally the credit card company did reverse the charge however the credit card company reversed the credit on 12/29/17 based on information provided by SaveYa.  This is why I decided to go to the Revdex.com for help because SaveYa offered no resolution even when requesting help from the credit card company to dispute the charge.  Attached is the letter from [redacted] reversing the credit as well as SaveYa's response.  All they do is go back to their policy and not offer any help.  I have bought other cards from their site and not run into this issue before.  The vendor should do the right thing as this is a big loss of $450.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I am still waiting for gamestop's respond to my request on information about when and where the gift card was redeemed. I didn't use the gift card. I want to find out what the problem is. If saveya can give me that information, I will appreciate it. It is not a "A or B" question. In this case, saveya simply implies that if it is not the buyer, it should be the seller. I sold some gift cards to saveya and the total amount is far more than $30. Why would I redeem the gift card and assume no one would find out? It is not a single case that sellers received takeback after gift cards were sold to saveya. I am questioning  how saveya can prove it is not someone inside did use the gift card.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I do not understand why SaveYa will not help me.  I understand the 90 day money back guarantee. But in this case my amount on the card was verified.  So how does the amount disappear.  I can see if I didn't get the amount verified and it was after the 90 days, but in this case the amount was verified upon receipt and later disappeared. The only people that would have the card information would be the seller, SaveYa and me.  And if I didn't use the card, someone with the card number and pin number must have deactivated the card. Am I to believe that SaveYa or the seller is deactivating the card and reissuing it to someone else?

I am requesting a refund on both my Save Ya Orders. Order number [redacted] for the amount of $41.53 and [redacted] $35.63. The support section of the website says that gift cards Egift codes are available within minutes of your order approval and printable codes are available within minutes...

of your order approval. It dosen't state the order approval takes several days. I have gotten gift cards from here before as well. If the amount of their gift cards is verified it should not take several days to verify my gift card. I could not wait to place an order for store pickup today so I had to get a gift card off [redacted] I am requesting a refund for both orders in the amount of $77.16. When I called they told me I could not cancel my order and get a refund because my order was still processing If in my account it says that these orders are still processing then why can't you cancel the order?Refund of $77.16 for order [redacted] and [redacted] within the next 24 hours.

This company's customer service department is not capable of communicating without the assistance of the Revdex.com. I have tried several times to contact customer service and they are unwilling to even try to assist or look into the issue. Had I received this information during any one of the several times I contacted this company regarding this issue a Revdex.com complaint would not have been necessary.  
I have reviewed the response made by the business and the resolution offered is satisfactory to me assuming I actually receive the check I was promised it has now been 17 days since this issue started which I believe is plenty of time to have received a check by now. In regards to the company's response about the bank information not being valid I believe this is due to a system or human error on the company's end. I know the bank information I provided is correct because it was used on a previous transaction with this company without issue and has not been provided since. When this transaction was completed the bank information that was already on file was used or should have been used. This bank info was correctly provided by me and was used successfully in a previous transaction in the past. I believe this transaction may have been entered manually for some reason by the company and that is when the error occurred. In my many interactions with this company no one is able to confirm the full account number the ach payment was made to just the last 4 digits. The last 4 digits only confirms that the last 4 digits are correct but if the error was made on the other digits providing the last 4 doesn't confirm anything. Thank you for your assistance with this matter Revdex.com my hope is that this company does not continue to use the Revdex.com as its customer service department and sets up an adequate customer service department that is capable of addressing issues its customers encounter in the future. My recommendation to this company is that it shuts down operations until an adequate customer service department is set up. Running a business is not as simple as taking peoples money it requires customer service and follow up at this time I do not believe this company is capable to be effective in this function.

I think since the information that I provided indicates that the seller might used the gift card the website sold to me, and the website have the information of the seller, so the company is responsible to investigate my case. Also when I looked at the review of the company on Revdex.com, it shows that a lot of consumers have same experience as me. So the company is like selling scam product to it's costumers with knowing it.
