C Spire will disconnect these services and make sure it reflects the date requested.

This customer uses over 20 GB of data every month.  C Spire will not be refunding any money nor releasing this customer from their contracts.  If this customer wishes to port out their numbers to another carrier, they will be responsible for the Early Termination Fees.

We apologize if Ms. [redacted] did not receive the information that the device needed to be activated within  the appropriate time.  However, the account was charged $568.10.  This is clearly shown on the bill that closed out on June 4th.  On June 10th, we credited the account for $568.10.  The reason there is still a balance is attributable to the fact that Ms. [redacted] under paid the bill for $6.90.  The amount that was due too be paid was $721.42.  The amount paid was actually $714.52.  The amount still due was this amount because of a past due balance of $475.  These credits will show on the bill that Ms. [redacted] should receive by July 7th.

C Spire bills the monthly recurring plans a month in advance.  When Mr. [redacted] was billed on November 18, 2014, this was for the billing cycle November 19th through December 18th.  Mr. [redacted] ported his numbers on November 28th.  C Spire kept the service active under a changed number...

through December 18th.  This process is clearly defined in C Spire's terms and conditions.  Due to the fact that C Spire continued to provide this service through that time, we hope this explains the billing and resolves the question in this matter.

This customer contacted C Spire to request a Final bill showing a zero balance and to request to have his iPhone devices unassigned/ unlocked from C Spire.  This customer's bill closes on the 25th of each month.  When this customer's bill closed on January 25, 2017, this customer owed C...

Spire $451.51.  This customer made a payment for this amount on January 31, 2017.  When this customer's bill closed on Saturday, February 25, 2017, it showed a zero balance.  C Spire cannot randomly generate a bill showing a zero balance until the billing cycle closes.

Ms. Holcomb's bill cycle with C Spire closes each month on the 4th.  Every month, customers are bill for the upcoming cycle.  Due to the fact that this amount is fully billed, C Spire provides this service through the closing date of the cycle.  If a phone is disconnected during this...

time period, C Spire either keeps that number active or provides a temporary number in order to supply service for that time.  This is spelled out in C Spire's terms and conditions that are agreed upon by our customers.

I am rejecting this response because:I DID CALL SAMSUNG REPEATEDLY OVER THIS UNFORTUNATE SECURITY BREACH MATTER!  THEY DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, BECAUSE I NEVER GOT A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY.  OTHERWISE, SAMSUNG WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE AGREEABLE TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER.  AFTER FIVE (5) SEPARATE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS TO SAMSUNG, WITH NO RESOLUTION, I INFORMED SAMSUNG I WOULD BE REPORTING THIS BAD-FAITH CLAIM TO THE Revdex.com.

[redacted], Jr.

C Spire personnel will contact Ms. [redacted].  The billing amounts she is reporting and the actual bills that we produced and sent are vastly different.

This customer has an appointment scheduled for 9/14/17 to visit a C Spire Retail store so that they can try to duplicate the customer's issue.

We have already responded to this complaint.

C Spire has contacted this customer and completed the porting process.  C Spire has also agreed to honor the promotional offer for the customer and we have also issued a $50 credit to her account for the issue.

If Ms. [redacted] will return the data only device, C Spire will waive those charges.  Also, we will be glad to explore warranties for her other devices but no further credits are being offered at this time.

The repair cost for Ms. [redacted]'s phone is $265.  This prices is set by Apple.  To upgrade was much less costly and this is what we advised her to do.  If she would still like to have the phone repaired and not upgrade, we will be glad to reverse the transaction and have this done for...

the $265 price.  She can inform [redacted] at 601[redacted] if she would like to pursue this.

C Spire has issued a $50 credit to Ms. [redacted]'s bill and hopes this will resolve the matter.

Mr. [redacted] purchased his Galaxy 5 on a device payment plan.  This is financing of a device over a period of time with no interest.  In order to upgrade early from a device payment plan and not pay out the remainder owed, our customers can trade in the device they financed.  If that...

device has been replaced under warranty, then the device that was replaced can be traded.  If Mr. [redacted] will trade in the Galaxy 5 that we gave him as a warranty device, we will not bill him for the remainder of the device payment plan.

When Mr. [redacted] was billed on May 31st, there was a past due balance forward of $283.51 and a new current amount of $156.16.  On June 21st, Mr. [redacted] paid $283.51 leaving a balance on the account of $156.16.On June 27th, Mr. [redacted] came in to complete the transaction he notes in his complaint....

At 2:18 P.M. the transaction was completed that gave him a phone at no charge but charged him a $170.00 early device replacement fee.  As he said, he did not want to complete this transaction.  Therefore, it was reversed and a credit transaction of $207.57 was posted at 2:21 P.M.  Then at 2:24 P.M., Mr. [redacted] purchased a phone and an accessory for a total of $186.16.  Instead of paying for this, he had it billed to his account. When customers bill items to their accounts, they do not book to their balance until the end of the cycle.  However, when a credit is placed on the account it is immediate.  Therefore, the charge for $207.57 was set to hit Mr. [redacted]' account at the point of billing on 6/30.  This credit amount cleared his past due balance of $156.16 and left a credit balance of $51.41.  The amount of $207.57 and $186.16 showed up in his current amount which was $539.19.  Had the transaction simply wiped out the initial $207.57 charge, his bill would have had the $156.16 past due and a current amount of $331.61 which included the new phone he actually did purchase.  As a result, his balance would have been the same but his amounts would have been different for past due and current.Mr. [redacted] paid nothing on his account from June 22nd, through August 31st causing his account to be severely past due.  However, as you can see by the break down above, we did bill Mr. [redacted] for the early device replacement fee but credited it.  The only true amount he has been billed was for the phone he purchased that same day.  Other than that, he has been billed for services.  C Spire is confident that our billing is correct.

I have very poor, limited, & more often than not, no cellular connectivity within my home, ([redacted]) and the surrounding family owned property., where I will be spending a large amount of my time. As a result of my recent job loss, I will be actively seeking employment, as well as providing contract labor, i.e, (will be self-employed) for this unspecified period of time, and intend to utilize the my home and facilities we have available to me on the surrounding family owned property. The inability to communicate verbally or electronically in today's market is creating difficulties for me as seek to continue to provide for the needs of my family.Yes, we in fact use in excess of 20+ GB of data per month, have since the account was opened.I suppose I could explain that my oldest child completed his last semester at [redacted], and while in attendance he did not reside during the week at our home address. That he did use the data when necessary to complete his assignments as well as complete an online course required for his chosen curriculum. Also, he held a part time job in Brookhavn MS where he often used the assistance of google maps for service/delivery calls when he felt he might get lost... My youngest child is active softball participant, for school as well as the local league, where my family has spent numerous hours in attendance, and did in fact use their cell phone, which did incurr data usage. This is August, school has just began, which explains the data usage incurred by my children while on summer vacation have more time available for cell phone usage, spending signigicat time at their grandparents, whew wifi is not available. NONE of these took place at my home where connectivity is the issue, and has been since March 2017, identified, document & solution promised May 2017, BUT yet provider declined to act due to not being a 6 month paying customer. And now, chooses to provide assistance, resulting ONLY from the weight of the MS Revdex.com.I want to be released from my obligations from C-Spire wireless, allowed to select another service provider, and reimbursed for payments made for services only partially provided. An offer of the above nature, inclusive of all three aspects, that offer will resolve my issue/complaint. [redacted]

A letter was sent to Ms. [redacted]'s billing address on June 26th, 2015.  The response says that we stopped offering the unlimited plan for sell in November of 2014.  We did let customers keep that plan active under most circumstances.  We did change Ms. [redacted]'s plans according to the terms and conditions she agreed to.  We hope this answers any additional questions.

The account in question is not in Mr. [redacted]' name.  However, there was a security issue with Android phones as stated in the complaint.  Samsung did issue a fix for the problem.  C Spire sells devices that are backed by the manufacturer.  If there is a complaint from a customer...

regarding this type of issue, it should be directed at the manufacturer.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,
[redacted]
