I am rejecting this response because: 1.)  The phone with the high use is used in Madison county(601)-[redacted] cspire has good service there..(2.) The other two phones are used in Holmes county I HAVE EMAILS FROM YOUR CSPIRE REPS STATING CSPIRE HAS A PROBLEM WITH SIGNAL COVERAGE IN HOLMES COUNTY IF YOU WANT TO SEE THEM. THATS WHY THEY GAVE ME THE 75.00 CREDIT...(3.) The hot spot you want to charge me for was your sales reps idea because the data on my phones would not work it did not work at my house it was only used at the cspire store so you can charge your people for using it while they where testing it. Cspire sent me a home antanna to get a signal that proves what I am saying. They will work when I am at home but this is a MOBILE SERVICE I cant use the two phones when I leave home. If you would cancel any past due amounts and any charges and cancelation fees I will drop my claim for the 2.400 dollars and return to your kosciusko ms store all your equiptment and we will be even.

After reading the exchange with Mr. [redacted] we realized that we had supplied him with incorrect information.  However, we will honor this and credit his account accordingly.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  One of our representatives is reaching out to confirm this with him.

Mr. [redacted] used the device substantially during the 8 months it has been active.  Given that this is well over the 30 day period, we feel that the offer to waive the remaining amount due on the financing plan is more than fair.  The existing balance of $187.09 will still be due.

According to our sources with Apple, this phone has been unlocked for use.  It is a CDMA phone.  Therefore, only CDMA carriers will accept it.

Ms. [redacted] is on a C Spire pay as you go account.  When a customer pays on this plan, it is for the next 30 days and includes the day in which it is paid.  If Ms. [redacted] paid on the 1st, the service would expire the night of the 30th.  It appears from her complaint that it worked in...

I am rejecting this response because: On Wednesday,...

5/18/16, I contacted CSpire via phone and the representative stated that they could not tell me anything about the account and it is nothing they could do to help me with this matter. They did NOT mention that TransUnion contacted them earlier this month on 5/2/16 or 5/5/16. If this information was forwarded to TransUnion during these dates, the hard inquiry should have been removed by now. It still appears on my credit report. Please see screenshot attached where CSpire is listed twice on my credit report. This information is accurate and up to date because I purchased the TransUnion Credit Monitoring System for $9.95/mo. So, please let me know what I should do next to resolve this issue.

I am rejecting this response because: I have paid at least 85% for my phone under the Device Payment Plan. I simply do not believe it is fair to turn over my phone after having almost paid for it. What the representative from CSpire fails to recognize is all the issues listed under my account; The current phone I have now is actually the second one, which further confirms that it is not a device issue. I do apologize for any inconvenience; however, I will not be turning over my phone. If you all are not able to at least consider my requests, then I will wait the remaining balance off and take my phone number elsewhere.

C Spire reserves the right to discontinue service if a user is not using it as intended in our terms and conditions.  In Ms. [redacted]'s case, it was disconnected for due to suspicious activity.  Ms. [redacted] had 72,003 minutes of use on her service from May 23rd to June 22nd.  There are...

only 44,640 minutes in a month.  Therefore, in order to reach this level of usage the device could not have been used for normal purposes.  Also, during this same period of time, the phone used over 50GB of data which is 25 times the average use of a customer.  In order to use this amount of data and the amount of minutes used, the activity had to be of a commercial or traffic pumping purpose.  If Ms. [redacted] will return the device, C Spire will credit the early termination fee.

CSpire Wireless reserves the right to protect itsnetwork by limiting data usage as provided under the terms of the CustomerService Agreement. CSpire seeks to continuously improve management of its network and servicelevels, and at the same time meet customer expectations for data volume,quality and...

C Spire’s datamanagement tools empower the customer withrolling data plans (up to the plan’s monthly limit), data balance checks at datapass.cspire.com,data overage protection and purchase of additional data using Optional Data TopUp Passes. Mr. [redacted] purchased the Blackberry device in July of 2011.  There were new plans established in September of 2011, and the policy of allowing 3G only on the plan he was on was put into force.  Policies do change over time and the plan Mr. [redacted] is on is not designed for the usage...

This customer owes C Spire a total of $1,371.46. We contacted this customer and reviewed the billing balance with her and explained that she will most likely not be receiving the $700 credit from Sprint that she was expecting considering her Early Termination Fees for the two lines that she...

ported out was only a total of $562.04.  That would still leave her with a past due balance of $809.42 that she’d have to pay to restore service for those lines and the remaining lines on the account.

I am rejecting this response because: I have been dealing with this issue for a while now with no co operation or resolve from this company. They have given me misleading information with no substantial paperwork behind it, I was told to just trust them.  They said I didn't turn the phone in when in actuality I did, I just recently went into a branch on highway 18 Jackson ms and spoke to the manager there [redacted], very nice guy who to me may have restored my faith in this company. I outlined every detail of the situation to him he did some research and came back and told me that my phone intact was showing as returned in the system. He told me he took care of all the extra charges that they previously agree to take care of but refused but I owed my last months bill which was $128 (receipt attached). I paid there and he told me my account is now cleared of all charges and I will get a final statement showing that I no longer have a balance in the mail.I greatly appreciate the time [redacted] took to deligently handle the situation but I can't help but to ask for an apology and some form of customer appreciation incentive. I would like to switch back over to cspire and pick up my old contract.

I am rejecting this response because: This is not about a past due balance, that hasn't stop me for being a customer for over 7 years and it sure hasn't stop you guys from letting me come back each year and sign a two year contract, solet’s not go there. This is about this company constantly increasing my credit limit every year without my knowledge, but when I call and ask why my credit limit is being increased, Cspire billing department state "as long as your bill does not exceed the credit limit, your services will not be interrupted".  I'm sure your company record phone conversations. So go back and listen to thelast time I called in and hear what your well trained employees advised me the purpose of the credit limit was. Not only that, my bill is around $160-$180 a month. Since you took the time to see how many times I was late, did you analyze how often I charge things to my account. What exactly will I purchase from your company on a monthly base that will require me to run my account up to $600. That response is stupid and a cowards way out from telling the truth. Which is you train your employees to lie about the credit limit. I was told the purpose was as long as the bill doesn't exceed that amount and I want that honored. While you analyzing my account, listen to the last time I called in it was 6/16 during lunch hour and that’s what I was told by your billing department.Furthermore, I currently work in the accounting department that has a business account with you guys and I know for a fact we don't pay that bill every month or 25 days from the time the bill was printed and these services are never disconnected. I'm sure they have sign a contract just like me but it’s a million dollar company. However, I not a million dollar customer. So you discriminate against the everyday consumer but not the businesses. Honor what you train your employees to tell the everyday consumer not the corprations.Regards,[redacted]

Clearly they are not reading my FULL COMPLAINT. For the last 2 days I have not even been able to receive phone calls. It is NOT JUST ABOUT 4G. I HAVE ACCEPTED THE 4G NOT BEING IN MEMPHIS BUT THAT IS NOT MY FULL COMPLAINT.

This customer can use the booster that was sent to him thus resolving his coverage issue. C Spire will not be refunding any money nor releasing this customer from their contracts.  If this customer wishes to port out their numbers to another carrier, they will be responsible for the Early Termination Fees.
