Ms. [redacted] billing date is the 4th of each month.  Her due date is the 24th of each month.  Payments made after that date are subject to late fees.  However, C Spire allows 8 more days after this date before a late charge is normally charged.  Her bill clearly states that...

payments paid after that date are subject to late fees.  On December 4th, 2014, Ms. [redacted] was billed $71.24.  There were no payments made for the next 30 days.  On January 4th, 2015, Ms. [redacted] was billed $153.19.  $71.24 of it was past due.  This bill had a $10 late fee because a payment was not made between bills.Part of this bill was paid on January 6th.  However, the remaining balance wasn't paid until February 3rd.  Therefore, another late fee was incurred.On February 4th, Ms. [redacted] was billed $81.95.  Once again, she failed to pay her bill within the next 30 days.  Therefore, another late fee was charged.In a show of good faith, C Spire has credited Ms. [redacted] for 2 late fees.  However, she was billed $98.35 on June 4th and failed to pay before the next bill was sent.  Therefore, she has another late fee pending payment.If Ms. [redacted] will pay each month by the due date, she will no longer incur late fees.

The devices that Mr. [redacted] had active before he disconnected service were purchased with an agreement to keep them active for 2 years.  Therefore, when he disconnected, he was charged early termination fees.  C Spire made a good faith effort of agreeing to waive these charges if he...

would return the devices.  There are also past due charges on the account that need to be paid as well.  He can make arrangements with [redacted] at 601-[redacted] to return the devices and we will confirm his credit at that time.
