The customer needs to return the cell phone booster back to C Spire if they do not want it.

C Spire has addressed this issue and applied credit for Ms. [redacted]' overages.

Based on C Spire's investigation, there was no fraud.  This customer was present in the store when the phone she is disputing was picked up.  The police report she filed was in a different location.  C Spire will not be making any adjustments based on the evidence we have at this...

There is apparently an issue with a setting in this phone.  C Spire will reach out to get this corrected.

Ms. [redacted]'s complaint appears to be focused on tethering issues.  Tethering was never included as a part of the unlimited plan on which she is on.  There were times when the network allowed it but this was not intentional and had always been stated as a cost.  C Spire allows...

tethering on it's metered plans.  C Spire will be glad to discuss the best plan for Ms. [redacted] based on her usage needs.  However, we will not include free tethering on unlimited plans.

Mr. [redacted]'s refund was added to the C Spire's refund processing list on 12.15.  This is 2 months after the disconnect which is our normal policy to ensure no other charges come through.  Mr. [redacted] should have received his refund check by now.  We apologize for the delays in getting...

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me on this condition. The response by the business stated that the amount at issue would be credited back to my account. I no longer have an account with Cspire and was wondering how the money referenced being credited back to my account would be handled. If that will be taken care of by the Cspire representatives that will contact me that will be fine. That just wasn't clear in the response by the business and I didn't know how that they could credit an account that was no longer a valid account with a zero balance. If all of this is handled then the resolution reached is satisfactory. I look to work with Cspire to have this issue resolved shortly.

C Spire credited $126 on July 7th for the difference in cost of the replacement charge and what it would have been through insurance.  We credited an additional $211.36 for the purchase to replace the device that wasn't working.  We hope this resolves the matter.

I am rejecting this response because: tethering was allowed, if not, there would have been a block initially this was enacted after I began service. Many CSpire customers take issue with this and consider it holding their data ransom. Even if I were to not be charged to termination of service, that would fall very short of the thousands of dollars I have paid throughout six years for sub par service. That includes incompetent customer care over the phone that could not carry out simple requests that resulted in costing me more money, not to mention time, to rectify issues.

The customer service agreement provides C Spire the right to limit throughput or amount of data transferred in order to protect the network: C Spire reserves the right to (i) limit throughput or amount of data transferred, deny Service and/or terminate Service, without notice, to anyone it believes is using the Service in any manner prohibited above or whose usage adversely impacts its network or service levels, and (ii) protect its network from harm, which may impact legitimate data flow.Likewise, customers are informed that C Spire may amend or cancel a service plan at any time, upon thirty days’ notice: Amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties, except that amendments may be tendered with thirty (30) days' notice to Customer (includedwith a bill or otherwise) and use by Customer of Service after such notice period shall be construed as and be acceptance of such amendment. C Spire stands by its original statement.  The software loaded on android devices by the manufacturers is specific for those carriers.

We apologize for the delay but the plan was changed back to unlimited on 5/9.

I am rejecting this response because:I do not agree but this was a service issue . You could not service me so you broke the contract. Not me. I was only a few months out on both phones being out of contract. So most of the phone cost I had already paid for . This is ridiculous for a company this size to argue over $120 or so. You broke the contract not me. Plus for the time I had to wait from April 12 to May 6th should count for something. The headache of having to call in every other day to see if there was a answer to the service issue. Even sent a form listed on your website "take it to the top" and receive and call with 24 hours and to this day no one has called. I have no phones to give you, Verizon has them.I don't think it too much to ask for you to waive these fees.I wonder if your CEO know how his customer are being treated. So again waive the fees and let me be done with CSpire.

This customer's complaint to C Spire after she received her new device was regarding 4G services in Memphis.  Changing devices will not resolve her 4G concerns.  C Spire will not be allowing an exchange on this customer's device that is 7 months old.  If customer wishes to get another device then she can explore her upgrade options.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not satisfied with this decision because it is unfair this company is about making money not treating there customers with respect, I have been lied to, I'm not satisfied because I have paid this company since 2009 and look at what I get, you made the promise not me.

weight-full influence of the Revdex.com Office.The simple action of placing a item in the mail, could have been done by C-Spire 5 months ago, but rather C-Spire chose NOT to take this simple action, but rather allow me to pay a monthly service bill, and deny myself the service I am paying for, until someone of "greater significance" intervened.The fact that I had to ask someone else to assist on the issue is and "annoyance", at the least. Yet had I not asked, the fact remains, and will continue to remain a mystery of how long this issue would have continued by my service provider?I want to be released from my obligations from C-Spire wireless, allowed to select another service provider, and reimbursed for payments made for services only partially provided.An offer of the above nature, inclusive of all three aspects, that offer will resolve my complaint.I will be awaiting an offer of such nature from C-Spire.Regards,
