I am rejecting this response because: we are still having...

this issues and I've been in contact with CSpire for way to long, services have not improved as I stated on yesterday. There is no way I should have to use my phone on wifi, there is no reason for me to have to call this company every day about dropped calls when they claim there is a tower a mile down the road from my home and less than a mile from my husband's job. If I go anywhere else like Mississippi, I go to LTE and it works a little better but not much. I'm tired of going back and forth with this company that I have been with for over 11 years and services have been on a decline for the last couple of years! So yes I'm tired and yes I'm ready to get away from them because we pay entirely too much money for 6 phones to have them not work as they should!

Ms. [redacted] purchased this device under a 0% interest promissory note.  This was an agreement to pay for the phone over a long period of time.  In lieu of this, she has received a $25 per month discount on her rate plan over this time.  Therefore, we would ask for the device to be returned, paid out, or the monthly discount be paid back to C Spire.

We worked with Ms. [redacted] on March 17 and should have this issue resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: Ther terms of the iPad was not fully disclosed. I was unaware that the iPad would be considered a 2nd line. I was unaware of the account being closed after contacting cspire for another issue. The representative then informed us that we wouldn't see the iPad on our current login or bill as it was a 2nd account. The matter was escalated but never resolved. I understand that this was the only complaint answered. The initial reason for the complaints was due to the service issues in which cspire recommended the indoor cell tower after it was disclosed that an outside party was being used for data purposes. I was informed that I use that party's wifi given that cspire service was not working due to the area. Over the years we have continued to call regarding service issues to which most of the responses have been to get a new phone given that the phones were not meant to have a life span more than 2 years. Cspire should provide clear answers to all questions in tr complaint. We are aware of the iPad charges but that was only after months of nonpaymen due to misleading information. Please provide an answer to all concerns regarding the lack of service at our home location along, the resolution agree upon for the iPad along with the reason for suggesting hat we use a 3rd party service to assist with cspire's service

We are checking on this with Trans Union again.  On 5/5, we received an email from [redacted] in the Customer Support Group with Trans Union confirming it had been converted to a soft inquiry.  The phone number for his group is 855-[redacted].

C Spire has credited Mr. [redacted] $148.46.  We hope this resolves this issue.

This customer was sent a signal booster on today, August 9, 2017.

C Spire sold Mr. [redacted] this phone on a device payment plan in good faith with a purchase done through the web.  We will mail him an additional copy with the proof of process.

C Spire cannot locate this account.  This is likely due to the age.  We will contact Mr. [redacted] to get more information so that we can find it and resolve the matter.

We mailed this customer a letter to the address that was provided on today, January 25, 2017, showing where this customer ported out their mobile number to another carrier on September 16, 2016, and they where charged $120.00 in early termination fees. This customer is no longer an active customer...

with C Spire but this customer still owes C Spire a total of $529.52 and that amount will need to be paid to C Spire.

I am so sorry if the promotions were not clear, but our promotional offers can not ever be combined. We make this clear on our website and in any promotional offers were we advertise.  The information Ms. [redacted] was given regarding not being able to combine promotional offers is accurate.

C Spire's terms and conditions and plan information clearly state that a customer must use over 50% of their voice and data usage on the C Spire network.  Mr. [redacted] was sent a letter notifying him of our intent to change the plan in 30 days due to his failure to meet those...

requirements. If Mr. [redacted] will return the 2 phones he has under contract, we will waive the pending charges and waive any early termination fees.

On May 11, C Spire credited Mr. [redacted] $90 for these passes.  We hope this resolves the issue.

All boxes are supplied with a UPS label so that these can be tracked.  If we can get the tracking number, we will be glad to find out where the devices are.

Mr. [redacted] purchased his phone in June of 2015.  Therefore, it is still under warranty.  C Spire has attempted to assist Mr. [redacted] via email.  In order to fully troubleshoot his phone, we would need to see it in one of our stores.  Mr. [redacted] could go to C Spire's web site...

and complete a warranty claim under Manage My Account.  We will be glad to handle this process for him.  If there is any way he can get access to another phone or get into a store, we will be glad to assist him.

Ms. [redacted]'s phone is currently past due.  We will be glad to issue an additional credit of $50 to the account for her inconvenience.  If she still requires $10 to be refunded instead of credited, she will first have to pay her account current.

We understand Ms. [redacted]' concerns.  C Spire is working within the guidelines of its' terms and conditions.  We hope that we can work with Ms. [redacted] to find the right plan for her.  However, we can no longer support her on her current plan.
