The customer’s order was not delivered within the expected timeframeAfter investigation with the carrier, [redacted] have advised the customer of the delay and expected delivery date We would note that the customer did not follow ASOS’ internal resolution process or exhaust the ASOS’ complaint handling process prior to referring the dispute on the Revdex.com platform

ASOS have reached out to the Customer through email and explained that they are willing to step outside of procedure on this case and apply the [redacted] to the customer’s orderWe have explained that the order would then be subject to the same Terms and Conditions of the original [redacted] code [redacted] required a minimum amount to be spent to receive money off the total of the whole order, ASOS have explained that we are willing to apply this to the customer’s order however if the customer has decided to return any items this would mean that their order does not meet the required Terms and Conditions of this codeTherefore their order would no longer qualify for use of STASHWe have reached out and provided the desired settlement which the customer has rejected and informed us that they will be returning the full order and does not require further contact from ASOS

The customer has not receive their desired goodsWith the help of the ASOS Customer Care team, An investigation has been raised to ascertain the whereabouts of the customer’s orderASOS are awaiting the response of this investigation with the courier, to determine the next steps to resolve this complaint for the customerThe customer will be updated as soon as we have any informationWe would note that the customer did not follow ASOS’ internal resolution process or exhaust the ASOS’ complaint handling process prior to referring the dispute on the Revdex.com platform

ASOS.com requires a phone number from the customer for all ordersThere are a wide number of payment methods accepted and all payments need to be made online through the ASOS websiteAs the sale has now ended, ASOS is unable to honour the sale price of the mentioned itemsWe would note that the customer did not follow ASOS’ internal resolution process or exhaust the ASOS complaint handling process prior to referring the dispute on the Revdex.com platform

The customer placed an order on the ASOS website but did not receive their desired goods. The ASOS Customer Care team have since tried to contact the customer by telephone and email in order to process the customer’s refund (or close their account as requested), which they are unable to do... until the customer gets back in touch. The ASOS Customer Care Team look forward to receiving a response from the customer, so they can assist further.

With the help of the ASOS Customer Care Team and the ASOS Retail Team, the matter has now been resolvedThe customer has been notified of this and has also been given a small gesture of goodwillASOS considers the matter closed

The customer ordered a product from ASOS.com, however the product was not delivered within the customer’s desired time-frameThe ASOS Customer Care team advised a new delivery date and contacted the customer to confirm whether they have now received their orderHowever the ASOS Customer Care team have not received a response from the customer

I have exhausted all ASOS protocal for resolutionSee attached documentsASOS uses *** OR ONLINE CHAT to respond to complaints I used bothThey have no call center Chat on the Jan **, ** and *** Each chat I was told the package was coming on a different day the last chat stated it would be delivered on the *** Still nothing Each day it does not show upI have attached the tracking they sent me which one has nothing past the *** and the other which has none of my personal information so how do I know it is my tracking informationEven so it has the package coming to ATL where we live then leaving on the same day to TN and nothing after that The package is clearly lost which is fine if I could just get my money back ASOS shipping states 4-business days Why do we have to wait indefinitely for something I need to use on the *** Why do they have the right to make people wait weeks and weeks for items or refund Every response form ASOS is it is still on the way
