"The customer placed two orders through ASOS.com on the *** of July and the *** of July, the first order was not suitable so the customer sent this back for a refundThe second order arrived and one of the items was refundedThe customer got in touch with ASOS through our help pages and
was advised to return the faulty item for a refundThe customer was also chasing their refund for the first order ASOS have explained that the first order has now been refunded and as a gesture of good will on this occasion refunded for the faulty item and explained this can be disposed offIt is also worth noting the customer has not allowed weeks for ASOS to resolveASOS have reached out to the customer to explain this directly"

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I contacted the cs team immediately after placing the order via chat, then TWITTER, then email! I was lied to numerous times about who I was talking to when I asked that my query be given to the complaints dept so they can better assist meI was told I was dealing with the complaints dept, but I the actual complaints dept didn't contact me until AFTER I filed this complaint on *** days laterThen once contacted by them they tell me that two codes can't be used at once (unstandableI didn't hadn't seen that in the terms and conditions prior to this mishap)They also tell me that they will honor the discount code once I receive my merchandise and I cannot return any items if need beI refused this offer as this company illegally is stating something other than what their terms and conditions state! Terms and conditions state that when you use a promo code that if you make a return on items purchased with promo codes then the prices will be adjustedI was lied to on many occasions by this company as well as them going against a legally binding contract (terms and agreement)I have all emails and direct messages from this company showing the above

Asos illegally changed the terms and conditions to meet their own satisfaction not that of the customerI have a copy of the terms and conditions for this code as well as ALL correspondenceAsos is telling me if I ever need to return anything in this order I could not and basically wanted me in agreeance to a binding contractThis argument has been going on for daysIf I was able to input the code on my own and needed to make any return then I would have received $off of my order when the code was inputted and adjustments would of been made to any returnsBut, instead of allowing the code to be used (in which there were for different price ranges) in which They're claiming to be going above and beyond they're stating things different from the terms and conditionsThey should've granted the promo codeIf I made a return they should've done what was to be done from thereOr,, if I was to make a return they shouldve then said they would apply a different code to my order that coincides with the amountThese cs agents need to be reeducated on customer satisfaction! This was the worstordering experience of my life! This company continues to illegally go against the terms and conditions stated on the siteThis company has ruined an event I was to attendThis company has caused much mental anguish while trying to deal with what should've been an easy situation to handle

The customer placed an order for goods with ASOS.com and claimed that the parcel was empty when it arrived. Further, the ASOS Customer Care team have previously advised the customer that their ASOS account has been closed due to past account issuesAs ASOS disputes the veracity of

I haven't allowed weeks because I contacted several different customer service representatives and no one had a solutionAnd because I needed the items by a specific date and so I was asking the customer service to send it via express two day shippingOr to make a new order so that it would come on time, which was not what occurred

The customer did not receive their desired goods and with the help of the ASOS Customer Care team, the customer was refunded for the order, along with a small gesture of goodwill. ASOS now considers the matter closed

We’ve refunded $for the customer as they had already received a 10% discount against their new orderWe actioned this as a goodwill gesture to resolve this for the customerAs per our codes Terms and Conditions we do not have to honour the discount if the customer has received the correct item that was ordered, and we always advise our customers to read the terms fully before using one of our promo codesThe refund was actioned on the *** of January to the default card on the customer’s account, and not their PayPal accountIf they’ve not received this, they will need to reply to our emails with a paper or PDF copy of their bank statement so we can look into it for themWe are satisfied that this has now been resolved for the customer as they’ve had their full refund of $as previously offered by Mark

The customer placed an order with ASOS.com however the parcel did not arrive within the customer’s desired timeframe. With the help of the ASOS Customer Care team, a full replacement order has been processed for the customerWe consider this matter to be resolved
