This company makes all the red tape go away. Aaron has been a great help getting my loan straightened out. If you have any second thoughts, don't. These guys will make it EASY for you. I highly recommend giving them a call!

I was charged $181 from my account and I did not receive the services that were promised. They sent a contract that I did not sign after they stole money from my bank account. I've seen reviews from other victims, after the fact, that they have charged others way more and they have not received this services either. The agent I spoke with its named Aaron R. I attempted numerous times to get in touch with this person via email and phone and have not received a reply. The email returned as a failure because it's an invalid email address! I have filed a dispute with my bank and I want to make sure that this is received and acknowledged as a fraud and this company should be removed from being a Revdex.com accredited account! This is malpractice and this company should no longer be able to function under the PROTECTION OF THE Revdex.com! IF ANYONE CAN PLACE A LOGO ON THEIR SITE AND FALSELY SHOULD BE PERSECUTED UNDER THE LAW TO THE FULLEST EXTENT.
Hello and thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint, S.E.C. has been in contact with Ms. M who is very satisfied with the outcome of our conversation and stated that this is all one big misunderstanding, Ms. M stated this was a mistake that has now been corrected and she does not want the Revdex.com to post this complaint since its no longer a complaint, Ms. M asked that this be taken off the Revdex.com site and not posted to the public and S.E.C ask's that the Revdex.com to honor her request, S.E.C. takes all complaints very serious and makes them priority because most of the time its about communication, we want to thank the Revdex.com for being a big help in making sure all of our clients are well taken care of and we ask that if anything else is needed by us please let us know.
Hello, My apologies for not responding. I didn't receive an email from the Revdex.com regarding a resolve of resolution unless I'm mistaken. It's possible I may have sent it from a different email not sure. But I was able to resolve this with Oscar over at the student education center so you can remove the posting from the web page. Thank You

The student loan process was and has always been stressful to me. I have been approached by several other companies that claim they can help, however, I have been skeptical and the reviews were extremely poor, so I put it off. There were times I was able to pay a certain amount a month and then there were times I could pay nothing. After years of putting my loans in forbearance, I was up to $60K in debt. Payments with Navient were a little more than $600 a month. I spoke with Cynthia W and she was so helpful, explained the process, answered all my questions with patience, and set me up! My payments went down to $254 and I will be saving over $55,000 by using Student Education Center. Thanks Cynthia and Student Education Center!

In January 2018 I was contacted by student education center regarding my student loans. I signed a contract saying that if I paid $875 they would fill out the paperwork to get my repayment of my student loans rescheduled so that I would have a zero monthly payment. They said that every year I would have to re-file and I could contact them and they would help me file to continue my zero monthly payment. I have been trying to get in touch with them for months by phone and email and have not been able to contact them at all. I filled out the form myself last month, and my repayment is now close to $300 a month which I cannot afford it because I am not working.

my checks were being garnished 20% every pay period, John was able to get that stopped after 5 monthes and my credit score went up as well! Im so thanful for this company the garnishment was killing me. Thank you!!

I was contacted by "Adam" an employee for the student education center, regarding my student loans. He claimed to be able to lower my loan payments to $0 under the new laws. The deal was I would pay $175 a month (my loan payments were only $70 a month) for 7 months and then my payments would drop to 0 for the remainder of my loan or until I make over $40,000 a year income. I agreed and did all necessary paperwork. Then I got the reminder for the first payment stating document prep fees. Ok so that was not what was explained the $175 was going to but if they're gonna get me to 0 loans I'll pay it. So I've made my payments for the last 5 months, with two remaining to withdrawal. Now I'm receiving letters from my loan holder that my payments are to resume right after I stop making my $175 payments. Well isnt that odd. So I contact my loan holder to find out all their company did was basically put my loans into hold so I had 0 payments while they collected their ridiculous fees and then my payments will resume. I've now had to work this mess out and do the appropriate documentation myself to try and get my loans under the Obama forgiveness before my payments resume
I request all of my money returned to me that I have paid out since March $875. And further payments stop immediately. I've attempted to resolve withg the company through email but I get nothing in return. This company is a SCAM! And now I'm fighting to get back money I couldn't afford to spend in the first place.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would! I am very upset with my experienced and would not recommend this place. I felt pressured the whole time but was willing to at least see what the process would be. I've been burned before by loan servicing companies and understandably I was a little skeptical. After being on the phone with Steven (that's the name he gave me) for a while, I asked if we could finish up tomorrow. I had a work emergency and I had to go. I was perfectly willing to continue in the morning. He got very upset and said he's been "on the phone with you for 48 minutes" and was trying to pressure me to continue. I said if he's going to pressure me then we can stop. To that he said he's canceling my application and hung up on me. Be aware too, this place is not free. You pay for it.
