Yes, the company has spoken to me WHEN AND IF I can actually get ahold of themThey have apologized, but at this point I feel that is simply not enoughI should not have had to wait over a month to have all of my equipment I ordered and to have a system I can actually fully useThis company does not seem to care about its customer service or the happiness of their customersFor the small amount of time that it will take a technician to be at my house I'm sure someone could have been called in or made to work a little laterThe last time my appointment was cancelled I missed an entire day of work sitting around waiting for a technician that never showed upEven the company had trouble reaching the technician and when they finally tracked him down his explanation for not showing was that his previous job ran over and it was his quitting time so he simply went homeHe never notified the company or meThey do have an appointment scheduled to come to my home on January 23rd, however I am very fearful that they will cancel that appointment as well especially because in my area we are due to get a lot of snowI cannot take an earlier appointment this week because I cannot miss work AGAIN for thisI already took an entire day off on Friday January 15th waiting for a technician that never showedI WILL NOT do that again nor should I have to

We had an ADT security system installed late August-September, 2015, during that time there was a promotion going on for a Visa gift card in the amount of $ However in our case it would be an additional $due to my military status of retired To date, we have called this business and have been told numerous different stories about when to expect the card and now it is suppose to be in the form of a check As of today, we still have not received a check or Visa gift card We have lived up to our part of the contract, we pay our security bill every month on time, but ADT has not lived up to their end This is not the way to conduct business, and others should know about these practices

My specific complaint is with a company called "Security Alarm Now," as an authorized dealer to install ADT security systems for residential customersTheir inability to provide a promised $gift card rebate for my yr old mom has been frustrating to say the leastWe submitted via mail, the specific rebate form with the verification information requested, within the specified time frame after install, and found no status availableWhen calling their specific "rebate hotline #" ###-###-####, a Christy A [redacted] answers EVERY TIME with a recorded message to return our callNEVER HAPPENED ONCE! I've logged the multiple dates & times since April 12th, now almost daily! The advertised scam was, installation cost $99, with the $gift card, installation costs were offset! crucial in this decision, due to her fixed income! Please don't expect any follow through utilizing this deceptive practice

I do not accept the response from this business since the disconnect notice is from their billing departmentHow is the average customer to know they have been assigned to any different affiliation if there is no notificationAdditionally, at the very least, since the affiliate "Security Alarm Now" represents ADT they should at least forward appropriately the complaintI am including the email from the Security Alarm Now billing dated November 3, This company is not without responsibility Disconnection Notice for your ADT Security Acct!!! This company is the Definition of Consumer Fraud I would not recommend any dealer associated with ADT Security System ADT Security should monitor their own dealerships
