To Whom it May Concern,*** *** entered into a month agreement in January of Bringing the expiration date of the agreement to April of In November of 2014, the customer successfully contacted Safe Home Security and made a monthly payment on their billNo comments were made
regarding the system not working. On February 18th, the customer was contacted by a representative from Safe Home Security regarding a new renewal packageThe customer stated they were unsure if they wanted to renew, but would keep the system as it is for the time beingAgain, the customer never stated there were any issues with their security system on any of these phone calls. It wasn't until January of when the customer was again contacted regarding a renewal package did the customer say he disconnected the system some time agoAt that point the customer was instructed to send a cancellation letter and to pay the remaining balance on the accountWhich would have been the monthly payment for December(past due), January(past due), and FebruaryAllowing the account to close once those payments were madeThe customer declined to make any payments to close the account and has since refused to pay. Safe Home Security is offering two options for the customerThe first option is for the customer to allow Safe Home Security to service their equipment at no charge once the balance of the account has been brought currentThe second option would be for the customer to make the final payments on the account to closeSafe Home is willing to waive the late and finance charges and accept the amount of $to close the account.The customer's claim is that Safe Home Security gave written confirmation the account is closedSafe Home Security sent a letter to the customer confirming the cancellation letter had been received, and letter requests the customer calls Safe Home Security to finalize the cancellationIf the customer is claiming they received a letter confirming cancellation, we ask that a copy of that letter be provided to us.Sincerely,Colin W***Corporate Account Manager

Reviewed the account in question for *** *** in regard to a refund she is looking for , I received an email back from Mike at *** *** *** they issued a refund ck on 2/22/16. *** should be getting it shortly

We have spoken to Mr*** on multiple occassions. At first we offered to reduce the contract to years and that was not accepted. Most recently we offered 1/off to cancel or $706.13. We were told they would take it under advisement. Contract was signed, Installation
certificate signed, payments made. Medical pendant completely functional. It is our contention that the customer simply wants this terminated due to life change and we are willing to meet them half way

Per the local dealer, the customer was serviced on 3-8-and all issues have been resolvedCamera was installed and system is working 100%Any issues in the future please call ###-###-####Ext Al S***
