The client signed a year agreement in June 2015. They never called in or requested anything until March 2017. He was told they already have the most up to date panel available. They must either continue to pay the remainder of the agreement or pay

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and it is true we are working on a resolution, however last night our son was in a car accident just hours before our other son graduated from high school, so we apologize *** was unable to call Mike back last night It is looking though that we will not get the resolution we want It appears we will still be forced to sign on for years again which is not what we wanted, and not an acceptable resolution for us, so I am guessing we will not be happy with this outcome and remain a disgruntled customer, until we are able to go elsewhere Again, our resolution would be to have the part installed at no cost to us and be out of this contract in the remaining - months we have left We may agree to sign on for a lesser monthly amount Mike offered to lower our payment to $39.99, but don't know if that would even do it for us..it would have to be lower than that for us to even consider stayingI will ask *** to give Mike a call this evening again on his cell

I am rejecting this response because: I believe they took advantage of an elderly woman who has dementia who was incapable of making sound financial decisionsPlus her home was clearly marked with an alarm system which has been active for many years prior to safe home security system selling her their system We also never saw any other alarm system or key pad installed in her home to indicate safe home security had installed an alarm system

I am rejecting this response because: Of course they have there contract and I have mine from date of installmentLook it is different from the one they sent meI wonder why? Was charged for first month due to a sensor that was added in garage areaNext months I was charged like agreedThen the next months was being billed I do believe they also have a conversation with salesman when this service was orderedI quit using their service because I do not trust them to monitor my homeCompany needs to face they made a mistake and leave me alone and move onSo you they talk about legal actionMaybe you should look at making your company betterFor months I spent many days and hours with your customer serviceWhich was rude and unwilling to listenTalked with persons in different states always getting different answersWhy? I am tired of dealing with these people and will move onI will deal with the consiqunces if they ariseOne thing for sureI feel a lot more safe then having them as my home securityJust think if, when install of your system was doneWhen technician had me sign and I would have seen on contract do you really thinkI would have let him leave without either correcting it or just cancel the service
