The people at Sekure Merchants are rude, incompetent people who have harassed me for monthsThey obtained my personal cell phone in error and, despite numerous requests on my behalf, refuse to omit it from their recordsMost recently, I received FOUR missed calls from them while I was abroad yet no voicemails; with a father in the hospital and an injured dog at home, I was very upset not knowing who was calling me or whyThey called me immediately upon my arrival back into the States (which is very scary in and of itself) and I asked them not to call me AGAINMy boss and I have both already told them numerous times-- three separate people there, in fact-- that we do not want to use their service, yet they continue to callI have blocked their number, and still they callWhat on earth do they not understand about the word "no"? And I do not appreciate the attitude I receive when I ask them AGAIN AND AGAIN not to call me and that we don't want their service

I thought it was odd, that a NY Based company had a local number - ###-###-####/ [redacted] , OK I asked about itFirst I asked where they were located - I was told several locations, including NY, and overseasThen I asked if they had a local office? I got some weird response from them, paraphrasing them by saying, not they did not, but this is how they stay in touch with their client base and they use many phone numbers Then I asked about the local number, but there was no answer Just sounds way too fishy However, when I called that local number back, I was told "The number you have reached is no longer in service at this time." So, NO, not interested

I am a small business owner in Phoenix, AZI just got a phone call from Charles B [redacted] of Sekure cost review, a company owned and operated under Sekure merchant solutions MrB [redacted] informed of the names of other employees there who have harassed me in the past and said that I had set an appointment with them and they were waiting for me to send them my financial statements for their reviewThis is total [redacted] and when I told him so politely, he became argumentative with me and pushed the issue until I became enraged Even if it turns out that this Compa my is not running a total scam, I would never do business with themI'm not sure if Charles is a failing cold call sales rep who's job is on the line but I really did not appreciate the way he spoke to me when I asked him to remove my number from their call list and to never call me againI had to be put on the phone with his supervisor to get that arraigned Very unprofessional and harassing in these times of hacking and identy theft scams, the last thing we need is a sad pun for a Secure financial company pushing peoples buttons who are already upset about how insecure our information really is

Can't say enough about the customer service, Ryan R***, recently providedHe went above and beyond in his explanations and recommendations for our merchant accountI was not on board with this company when our contract was agreed upon, so Ryan needed to educate me from square one, as well as, address my current issue of processing a large sum transactionRyan was patient, courteous, and professional throughout the encounter and he is definitely the reason that we will probably renew with Sekure Merchant Solutions when our contract comes up for renewal(This is big turn around since I was planning on not renewing up until speaking with this customer service representative.) Ryan answered my questions thoroughly and solved my problem(s)I give him a "10" for satisfying this customer!!

Stephanie [redacted]   is always so helpful and really nice whenever I have a question or issue

I've owned my small business for years and I've never had service this good! My rep, Bryan, is always available and makes certain that all of my questions or concerns are handled promptly Great job!

Promised better rates (didn't happen) Promised free transactions for the beginning of the processing (didn't happen) When I cancelled due to all the broken promises, I am in a year contract (which they didn't expose) and supposed to pay horrendous cancellation rate Stay away from them as far as possible!! They lie to get you in the door and then you are trapped

We've been using the service now for almost years I'm satisfied The ease of use is perfect and more so the customer service I needWhenever I've got questions related to the service, their prompt response is second to noneOur Customer Service Rep, Luke C [redacted] works seamlessly to provide fast and detailed responses to answer any of my questions or solve the few hiccups we experienced along the way Fact of the matter is as simple as this: If I was not satisfied with the service provided I would not continue the service Our Continuous use, for almost years, speaks for itself
