I have been fortunate enough to be dealing with Samantha from your organization I have to say that any time I have an issue or a question she is always on top of it and gets me what I need I deal with many vendors and their employees and Samantha is one of the most accommodating I have encountered She is certainly an asset to your company

My relationship manager Leila has been a big help to us since we joined recently and I as usual am at a total loss at something new She has walked me thru and always been there to answer questions as simple as they may be I am very grateful for her speedy response and knowledge to help me out

Sekure Review contacted us on the telephone at first and said they were offering a FREE review of our credit card statements The gal on the phone Sarah, said she was going to have a gentleman named Allan A [redacted] who is a “Senior Analyst” contact us by phone and email We said that would be fine as we had some questions and that we needed to talk with the owner of the businessAllan called on Tuesday to talk to original gal and she was trying to tell him that we were not interested in the service that he was providingHe would not let her off the phone so she just hung upA few minutes later he called back and again was told we were not interestedWithin minutes, we had an email from himThis is the email: You should listen before hanging upRetriver is a Processor, we a re a broker and deal with all the banks and processors , we provide the cheapest group rates available amongst them by combining companies like yours at a time, when you deal with retriver you are negotiating based on what your company processes monthly what about to thousand a month , when we negotiate we deal with to million a month, that how we are able to get the lowest rates free equipment so on the service we provide is without cost or obligation , just to show you the comparisons that’s it, send your statement and youll see for yourself Allan A [redacted] | Senior Analyst Sekure Cost Review Tel###-###-#### Fax###-###-#### [redacted] We take our customers privacy seriouslyIf you feel you've received this email in error, or if you wish to change how we communicate with you, please let us know by emailing us at [redacted] Now in this email he’s telling us how he’s going to lump us in with other companies to get us better rates, ectThat does not sound to me like a very promising ventureAlso he wants us to send PERSONAL BUSINESS INFORMATION to him that has our account numbers and personal information on itAll in all, he was very rude, pushy, insulting and was a down right JERK

OMG - RUDE & PUSHY Nobody likes to be pushed into anything Sekure called my office phone 3times within hours!! Never once left a voicemail Then called my boss and bothered him At this point even if I did like what they had to offer I would NOT EVER do business with them cause of the pushiness Sekure needs to re-teach their sales people to be polite and inform them to leave a voicemail and not hound other staff Sekure has taken time from my day that I can not get back I want to be put on a DO NOT CALL LIST ASAP

I was contacted by Jason with Sekure Merchant Solutions last FridayI also experienced the pushy sales tactics asking me to place him on hold while I retrieved my latest merchant statement and faxed it to himI did in fact send him the statement later that morning, and received a return call letting me know that a senior account manager would contact me on Monday The senior account manager Christina M [redacted] contacted me Monday and proceeded to tell me she could save me a thousand dollars a monthI asked her if she would email me a copy of her proposal so that I could review itShe emailed it as promisedI decided to do my due diligence and research Sekure Merchant SolutionsI was not impressed with what I discovered after reading many negative reviews and decided that I was no longer interested in Sekure Merchant SolutionsChristina called me this morning and I politely told her that I was no longer interested in making a change at this timeShe immediately started questioning my reason for my lost interestI told her that I had reviewed her proposal and that I had done some research and decided I was happy with our current serviceThis immediately upset her and she raised her voice and told me that they had a rating with the Revdex.comI then told her that some of the negative reviews with the Revdex.com influenced my decisionShe then proceeded to raise her voice and talk over meI AGAIN thanked her for her time but said I was NOT interestedShe was very upset and extremely rude and insisted that she speak with the ownerI told her that I had discussed it with the owner and that we were not interested She continued to talk over me and I finally hung up on herIt is my experience that any company or service that must use this type of aggressive sales tactics is typically sketchy at bestI will never give them the time of day again

I simply want to let you know how great it has been to work with Michelle G [redacted] over the past year or so She is quick to respond, and she is really great with explaining things to me so that I can understand what are sometimes technical issues I am so glad she is our representative for your company

Laura B [redacted] is a pleasure to work with and went out of her way to help me

I am writing this performance review for Jamie-L [redacted] Jamie-L [redacted] is always friendly and courteous on the phoneIf have a question or a concern she is very knowledgeable about Sekure Merchants and either answers me while we are on the phone, or via e-mail or phone within a couple of hours I would highly recommend Jamie-L [redacted] to be a Senior Relationship Manager to another client looking for a Merchant Services representative

Marissa F [redacted] showed me what great customer service looks like at a bank card processing companyMarissa worked tirelessly to make sure my company was satisfied and well served by the credit card processing system She was not afraid of taking on the competition and finding the best services for my music store and E commerce website Thank you Marissa and thank you Sekure Merchant for finding solutions for my company

Neil C [redacted] is our Relationship Manager and is wonderful to work withHe is always very professional and pleasant and follows up to make sure that all questions are answered and issues are resolvedWe recently switched from a virtual terminal to a physical terminal and he was right there for anything we neededVery happy with Neil and everyone at Secure Merchant Solutions!
