Dear [redacted] and [redacted] , [redacted] has spoke with a representative from our office who assisted with cancellation of the accountThe termination fee was waived and a new cancellation letter was sent to [redacted] ***The account is now in the process of being closed The representative who recently spoke with [redacted] will follow up with him once we receive confirmation the account is closed

We worked with Ross T [redacted] with Sekure Merchant Solutions, and though we opted not to utilize his product due to the proprietary nature of our current product, his customer service skills, knowledgeability, and readiness with answers (or the willingness to find an answer) were above and beyond the call of duty It was a pleasant experience to work with him, and I would recommend working with him and Sekure Merchant Solutions to find a useful product for your business

Have been dealing with Kumar P [redacted] of Sekure Merchant Solutions and he has done an excellent job getting new lower rates, also informing me they can process American Express cards at a lower rate which was not allowed before He did a great job Also has been in touch with me when ever there is any major changes with our account

They will harass you to no end! Had to hang up on them more than once! Very unprofessional

Recently spoke to our new contact, Kumar, who resolved our problem quickly and easily He is extremely professional and responsive to customer concerns We look forward to working with him in the future

My review is on Stephanie J [redacted] It is EXTREMELY comforting to know that Stephanie is on my team to assist me in navigating the very complicated ( to a non IT Admn) expressway of the credit card processing worldWhenever I have a concern/question Stephanie is always there to help!

With reference to : Moe G [redacted] | Relationship Manager, Sekure Merchant Solutions. I don't know who does your hiring but you hit the jackpot with Moe. A perfect gentleman in every way; polite, caring and so very reliable. When he say's he will do something, he does it. You can count on him and that is a real treasure in this world today. I don't see how this business gets an A+ rating with a 69% positive and complaints I went through the pitch and analysis with them but wanted to scrutinize the terms and conditionsI decided to opt out after finding some onerous points The solicitor said that it was the industry standard but I said that I had no such thing with my present processorHe continued to contradict me on this telling me that I had the same agreement with my present processorNo wayInstead of taking out some of those terms, he unilaterally without my approval started to send a page fax with the terms from my present processorThis prevented me from sending/receiving faxes from my customers and blew out the memory of my machineThis was not just being overly- aggressive in the sales tactics, it was downright [redacted]

Our Relationship Manager, Justin A [redacted] went above and beyond what I expected when I contacted him about a recent increase in the monthly service fee associated with [redacted] account He not only got the charges for the past two months lowered back to what we were being charged before, he had a credit issued and also reviewed out fees as a nonprofit and had some of them lowered as well He has also promised to review our account in a few months when our dollar volume increases due to our cyclical business and see if the rates can be adjusted even lower He is a terrific representative for Sekure Merchant Solutions and we llook forward to working with him in the future - [redacted]

Moe is awesome! He is always so on top of everything He calls me back immediately if I have a problem or question and gets it straightened out right away I had a fairly difficult account and he has always been so great helping through everything

Bryan W [redacted] did a great job of taking over the implementation and support of my new setup He stepped up to make sure all parties were on the same page from Authorize to Cayan to Retail Pro He followed after every change to make sure the change resolved the issues We are up and stable now and he has followed to make sure there are no further questions or issues

Moe G [redacted] has bee my helper and relationship manger in my dealings with Sekure Merchant Solutions I have been very pleased with his help and he has made me feel very positive about the company Sekure Merchant SolutionsI would rate Moe stars out of stars

Jamie [redacted] has been our Relationship Manager for a few years now and I have nothing but good things to say! She follows up periodically to make sure everything is going well, has always been attentive and helpful when I've had questions about our rates or billing Most recently we had a technical issue with our credit card processing which turned out to be our software, not a merchant issue at all, and she still went above and beyond to help me get things resolved on our end I've also recently worked with another member of her team and she was very helpful and pleasant to work with as well Can't say enough good things about Jamie!

Very quick to identify my issue and take care of it Professional and knowledgeable
