I have had several good experiences with Sekure since they have been with our company Any time I have a question or problem, they are always ready and willing to help No waiting for days, or holding on the line forever They are always professional and very nice

SekureMerchant signed our company up with [redacted] to process our periodic credit cards sales in April After many months of limited credit card transactions, we asked them to initiate a cancellation of our account due to it not being worthwhile for us We are being billed a monthly fee by *** We were told we had a three-year agreement and there would be a cancellation fee of approximately $ We told them we were unaware of any such long-term agreement We were sent a copy of terms and conditions indicating such, but we informed them they we were never shown those at the time we signed our agreement They eventually told us that [redacted] would cancel our contract after we told them we were going to go to Revdex.com and file a complaint At this time, no cancellation has taken place

I recently had a question about my monthly statements Michelle G [redacted] is my rep and she got back to me within hours Again with my follow up questions She knew exactly what I needed I was very impressed with how she handled the matter I will stay with Sekure Merchant as long as she is there

This company has been soliciting KRN via phone on a daily basis They have called us seven times in the last days The first person who called stated I was supposed to send him a copy of our Merchant Statement At no time did I ever tell any representative from Sekure Cost Review that I would send them this information Every time they call we ask them to stop calling as we are not interested in their services They continue to call and refuse to remove our phone number from their solicitation list The last person I spoke with was "Ben" He is now asking to speak with the owner of KRN The owner does not want to speak with Ben since I am the main point of contact for our company's merchant account

I have been using Sekure Merchant Solutions for almost years and am very happy with the customer service I have to say this is the first merchant services provider I've used who actually contacts me on a regular basis to see how things are going and if there is anything they can help me with When I have had questions they've been very thorough and got the answers I needed in a timely manner I've also had the same customer support team which is helpful And they've provided some great rates as well!

Sarah was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to get me going!

My colleagues and I have repeatedly asked to be removed from the call list of Sekure Merchant Solutions, and they clearly have not done soToday, the representative went so far as to transfer me to someone within their organization who "processes analysis reports" of our Visa/MC transactionsI told him politely we are not interested, at which time he became irate, accusing me of "not wanting money" and that he would "contact my boss" and tell him I refused a check into our processesOur credit card transactions are not this company's business, and as a medical-related field, our patients deserve and receive secure, confidential processing per Federal HIPAA regulations I hope to never receive another call from this company, but can't trust that they'll remove us from their call lists

I received a telephone call from Senior Analyst Steven D [redacted] After many follow up telephone calls from him, I informed him that I did not have time to give his solicitation any consideration While on the telephone, he continued to insist that his request for copies of my merchant statement would not take up much time and it would save me money I hung up on him I immediately sent him an email requesting that he cease from contacting me After receiving my email, the Senior Analyst from Secure responded with the following: The time it took to write that email, is the same amount of time it would have taken to send a statement with itAnd that seconds would have taken at least 25% off your billI don't think you made the right choice but I won't be calling you backSteven D [redacted] | Senior Analyst Sekure Cost Review He felt the need to contact me after I specifically requested that he cease from contacting me This is typical of sales people who feel that they can take on a hostile attitude with potential customers who don't give them the time of day This must stop When an individual requests of someone to cease contacting him/her--it should stop Please don't give your business to this company Please keep in mind, the individual I dealt with was a Senior Analyst who should be conducting himself in a courteous and respectable fashion
