As a new client, Shawn F [redacted] , our relationship manager was very polite & courtesy-Took the time to answer questions and explain in detail information that was not clear

I am very happy with the organizationI had nothing but very positive resultsKaren is always very good at calling as soon as she can when I have a problem (big or small) and calling later just to make sure things are still going wellAlways very polite and friendly she tries to answer all the questions I have and doesn't hesitate to ask for help when she doesn't have the answer

This is about customer service, she is the bestStephanie J I would recommended that you were a good asset the the companyI have never received such fine treatment like that in a long time

HARASSING PHONE CALLS - WHEN TOLD WE ARE NOT INTERESTED, HE IMMEDIATELY PROCEEDED TO CALL BACK THREE TIMES TELLING ME I'M RUDEI AM RUNNING A BUSINESS, I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THE HARASSMENTIF I SAID I'M NOT INTERESTED, THAT MEANS IM NOT INTERESTEDDO NOT CALL ME BACK! Very aggressive company, the representative continues to call us after we have told him we are not interestedAfter multiple phone calls we told him to email us a copy of the contract we would have to sign, he stated he'll send one similarWe had our business advisor review the contract which he found to be very vague and why isn't it the actual contractWhen I addressed this with the rep he became disgruntled and loud, he wouldn't let me talk and finish asking my questionsI eventually hung up on him, something I don't usually do Our business is in the service industry, if this was my employee hounding a customer who stated multiple times they are not interested, he'd be fired Not a very professional company in our opinion but then it was a telemarketer call

Karen S [redacted] is our account manager and she has exceeded my expectations in product support She has made a tangible difference in keeping my fees low When attending to my questions about our merchant account, Karen is prompt, professional, and thorough I am very pleased with the service I have received form Karen

This company calls my work quite a few times per year. I repeatedly tell them we are not interested in what they're offering and to please remove us from whatever list they have us on. I've stopped answering the phone when I see their name come up as they've called right back when I've told them we aren't interested. When I see them on Caller ID now I just quickly pick up and hang up the phone.

We have been getting persistent, annoying calls from ###-###-#### which is attached to Sekure Cost Review Our business does not even accept credit cards We are not interested in their services and would like the calls to stop
