After being hounded for a year I had to resort to just hanging upMichael Lwas so pushy and would not listen to what I said or respect my wishes I assume the company would be equally abrasive so we switched our current processer to another company whose salesperson was / is a pleasure to deal withI hope this review ends the harassing calls while I'm trying to service my own customers Word of advise, don't bother being polite with these guys JUST HANG UP

Received a call from Farah in Sept/Oct requesting to review our current credit card merchant charges to see how they can save us money I was busy, but eventually complied and emailed the requested information Our file was then transferred to Kaitlyn (Senior Accounts Manager) after discussing our options, and other necessary changes involved, I took the information to management It was decided that due to the minimal credit card activity we have that it would not be a significant difference and I let Kaitlyn know that we would not be moving forward She understood and closed the file
On Wednesday (12/**/16), many weeks later, I received a cold call stating our file has been "reopened" and "reevaluated" and savings are even greater now I reiterated that we were still not interested The sales person tried multiple times to push the service on me despite my repeated requests that the file be closed again as we were not interested I eventually had to just hang up on him a

Brian was very helpful with my questions today He stayed on the phone while I navigated the sof our account online and was there when I had questions regarding the set-up

My first and only experience with this company was an extremely aggressive cold sales call to my personal cell number, which was illegally obtained from scraping Whois data and in violation of the Do Not Call listThis company employs aggressive, annoying, and illegal marketing practices

Any time we have a problem they are quick to fix the problemsuper fast turn around timewould recommend them to anyone

We have received countless number of calls on a daily basis from Sekure Merchant Solutions saying they are following up on a message left for the President of our company, who I will keep anonymous We are not interested in their services and would like our number removed from their call list and for all calls to stop It's quite annoying to receive call after call after call

Started doing business with this company at the end of Oct From Nov 1- Dec we were having installation issues First they forgot to install our gift card process Then we were unable process debit cards Then they were having our customers wander through a maze of prompts to get their credit cards to process Then the last week of December they fried my current credit card machine and it needed to be replaced During the time it is was out I lost sales equal to 3-years of their promised transactional savings I requested some compensation for my losses but now they refuse to communicate with me This morning I called to complain again about the lack of service and still no call or response to my request This is one of least professional organizations I have ever seen Rating the business a one star is 500% better than they deserve

They have been a pretty good company Customer service sometime is lengthy but compared to other cc companies we have had they are about the same

We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie J*** with Sekure Merchants She was so knowledgeable and professional She was friendly and adept at her job A true credit to their company She was able to explain the rather technical needs of a required change to our processing machine in layman terms without sounding smug or rushed Our replacement machine arrived exactly when she said it would and the process of changing out the machine was just as easy as she said as well

Just received a "follcall" asking me to fax our merchant information to him so he could review our costsWe are a seasonal business and we have SquareWe had a merchant company for years but being charged for months of use when we had no sales made no sense so we switched to SquareHe stated this was a follcall from 2014.....we are almost done with If that is how long a follcall takes, I wouldn't be interested if I ever had made the call in However, I NEVER called them requesting a cost review in I replied, "I am not interested, thank you." And I hung upAs a manager of a business, I am beyond busyI get 2-calls A DAY asking me to switch our merchant accounts promising to lower our costsI do not have time to deal with all of these calls, I hung up on him but only after I nicely told him we were uninterestedHe proceeded to call immediately three more times telling me how rude I wasWhat was rude was the harassment, when someone says NO THANK YOU, you don't CALL BACK THREE TIMES!!
I attempted to call the company back to kindly ask them to remove my phone number from their calling list in case the RUDE gentleman had not done so based on our phone conversationNobody answers or returns your messagesNOT the kind of follI would want from a business
