I have been using Sekure since Nov Although my Rep or contact person has changed approx4-times the service I have received has always been exceptional Whether just answering a question or trouble shooting issues, the services has always been extremely prompt and complete to my needs or issue They have all been very courtesy and patient in listening to my questions and explaining clearly to me what is being done to resolve the issue or need at hand I would most definitely recommend their services to others

***, I'm adding the number you provided to our (usually carefully maintained) Do Not Call list, and thoroughly investigating why this was done the very first time you requested itThank you for bringing it to my attention

This is a copy of an email I sent to this business COMPLAINT, COMPLAINT, COMPLAINT! To whom it may concern: Last week I received a call from a gentleman named Andrew at ###-###-#### I was so busy I really did not know from where he was calling He was wanting me to send my statement to him concerning our card machine I told him I would try to get that to him over the weekend I am so overworked with managing this practice that I work days a week He called me yesterday, 916, pretty much demanding I fax him this information I tried to explain to him that I was having the week from hell and did not have time to deal with him He insisted that I fax the statement to him right away and he held until it was received I DID NOT like his attitude and did not appreciate that he had no respect that I am extremely busy Not only that, I have been working the last three weeks with an [redacted] and trying to stave off [redacted] He called again today to speak with me I refuse to speak with him and am asking that no one from there ever call me again I am reporting this to the Revdex.com This was just a ridiculous situation If every one of your customer reps act this way (very rude and aggressive) I am very surprised you have a good rating with the Revdex.com DO NOT CALL THIS OFFICE EVER AGAIN!

A very user friendly credit card merchant company that does much more We are very pleased as a small theatre company to have SMS on our sideThey got us good low rates and they added [redacted] card to our accepted cards, which we previously didn't have Customer service people like Gary Aare an asset to the company, patient, good listeners, and they thoroughly explain everything that might need to be explained, no pushy sales stuff

I recently worked with Karen on our credit card program Being new to the company, I was not truly familiar with what was available to us Karen was wonderful She assisted me in doing the paperwork to make myself as the new contact, reviewing our rates (she was even able to secure us some savings) and answered a ton of questions! Thanks again, Karen, for all of your help!!

Only positive things to say about Karen S [redacted] from Sekure Merchants She monitors my business credit card processing rates to ensure that I am paying the lowest rates available for my type of business Other companies continuously attempt to lure me away, but she always checks my current rates, and they can't be beat!

Recently Tiffany G [redacted] , Relationship Manager for Sekure, helped me solve a problem I had with my account She was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with her I give her and her company five stars!

Hello, Of all the service representatives I work with, Karen is one of the bestShe is very helpful with any issues I may have with our equipment or services and if she doesn't know off hand, she is quick to get back to me with possible solutions

My name is [redacted] and I am the manager of The Thrift ShopWe are a small not for profit organization that is run by a volunteer Board and have only employee's Our primary mission is to assist needy members of our community and we have done so for years despite many obstacles About months ago, the previous manager was asked to resign his position and took with him all information regarding our merchant accountWe had no information about the contract and didn't know if we even had oneWe knew nothing about the rates or fees that we were being charged for, we didn't even realize we were in a situation to be liable for stolen credit card information because we didn't know about PCI DSS compliance I had the opportunity to be in contact with Karen this past week and let me tell you, she is wonderfulI could not have asked for a pleasant, more knowledgeable or more helpful relationship managerShe helped me understand each issue, directed me to the department that could help me with compliance and even shared with me some applications that we had and were paying for but never used As a small business organization, every penny we can save helps us to continue our mission in helping the needyKaren helped us do thatShe is a true asset to your company and deserves recognition for her outstanding qualities

[redacted] J [redacted] (not sure this is his real name) calls our office repeatedly with aggressive sales tactics (and lies) We have asked him to stop calling us, but he continues to call From what we have researched, he may be a third party hired by North American Bankcard to do "cold Calling" for Merchant Services (credit card processing)

I scheduled a phone call with a sales consultant named Jason on 9/ [redacted] to give us a free cost review from our current merchant invoices He didn't keep his scheduled appointment and called later and wanted to discussWhen he called later he told me that he did call and spoke with our coordinator - we have software that lists the call log and the only call we received from him was after our scheduled meeting I told him I wasn't interested in making another appointment I just received a call (9/**) from him following-up I stated that I was not interested in the services we were going through another vendor and he got upset and very defensive He told me he missed our call because he was in another meeting with his boss and I should understand that I again stated that I was not interested in his review and he then continued to be defensive and told me how much work he has put into this review I ended up hanging up on him He called back minutes later and again continuing to argue with me I reminded him that I was the customer and did not appreciate his unprofessionalism and I was done with what he had to say He told me and I quote "now I know why you are paying such high rates" and hung up

Misty, we are terribly sorry.Your account has been closed with no feesAgain, very sorry and thank you for bringing this to my attention
