William, I apologize if there was any miscommunication when you were initially contacted by our representativeYou have since been added to our Do Not Call list

I hope Sekure Merchant Solutions know how lucky they are to have Sarah T [redacted] working for them:)

This company has called repeatedly for over year, and every single time I have told them we aren't interested in their services and they need to stop callingOn October ***, I had a sales woman named Melanie yell at me on the phone because I refused to transfer her over to my colleagueI told her times to stop calling here, and she very rudely told me that since they were calling for my colleague, I had no authority to tell Sekure to stop calling our companyShe then proceeded to yell that she would continue to call me in the future if I didn't transfer her immediatelySekure has repeatedly harassed my company with very mean sales people, after I have told them for the past year that WE ARE NOT INTERESTEDI do not understand how a company with such awful sales practices is allowed to remain in business and continually harass

Very helpful personnel in generalIn particular, Dexter T [redacted] and Jared O [redacted] were quick, reliable, have great follow through, and were very knowledgeable and willing to helpI would give SecureMerchants stars but there were some glitches setting up my companies at the same time

We recently dealt with Mandy at Sekure Merchants She was very professional and helpful transitioning our account to them She even arranged for us to be reimbursed for the early termination fee from the previous company we used

I started out with Linda, then received help from Andre and now have Kumar as my account manager All have been extremely helpful, considerate and I am up and running with ease! They seriously made the transition from the previous company to their company quit painless I highly recommend their company!

I have never!! been treated as badly as the reps who call my office They have called numerous times and have been disrespected each time They are very evasive about why they are calling Today, after the third time saying that we are not interested, Bradley S [redacted] replied "Suit yourself"The last time two times they called, I spoke with the same rep He insisted that he had not called the week before and insisted on speaking with the person in charge When I told him that we are set, numerous times, he said "that's not your decision to make" Very argumentative, disrespectful and rude I have never been treated so badly numerous timesMy coworkers overheard our exchange and were shocked! I don't get truly angry very often but these calls cross numerous professional lines

Received a call from someone from Sekure Merchant saying they could save us a lot of money and just needed to see a monthly report from our current processor. After receiving the report, we were told they could save us a lot of money. Later received a call from Christina who explained that they put 800 companies into a single entity to save money on credit card processing. Told her I wanted to do a little research first. She explained that of course I could do the research, but that the companies first needed to be approved which usually takes five days and at that time I could decide if we wanted to go ahead or not. I immediately did some research on Sekure Merchant and didn't like what I was seeing. Sent Christina an email to not bother trying to get us qualified as we did not want to use this service. Several days later I receive approval from [redacted] . Emailed them that we were not going to use this gateway. Then I received a call from Sekure Merchant wanting to help me set up our new account. Advised caller we were not setting this account up. Then received an email from Customer Support advising of a [redacted] shipment coming our way. Sent Christina another email. She called and told me this was Sekure Merchant's Customer Support and she would walk down the hall to cancel the shipment. The [redacted] package was refused by us yesterday. Sekure Merchant is a reseller for [redacted] Bancard Credit Card Processing. I find their business practices to be shady and pushy. I have been told several times that the account was not put through and I don't believe them. I actually read through many, many reviews stating numerous issues with this company and this was the reason I told them not to initiate an account in the first place.

I have repeatedly asked them to not contact our office anymore However each time they call they call repeatedly and then when asked not to call anymore will continue to call back three or four times and hang up

Michelle G*** has been a God send to me through our charity's recent transition She was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable regarding my needs through this process I'm thankful she is my go to person

Tiffany is our relationship monitor and she is great! She comes through with anything we need with a quick a friendly response and always calls or emails a couple days later to make sure everything was okShe is great! so thank you!

My company was new to Sekure last year and I was in need of extra help many times Moe G*** was excellent in explaining every detail that I needed to knowI feel very comfortable with his information and know I can contact him anytime He had done a great job with contacting me ASAP and I am grateful for his service*** ***

I have told Sekure literally countless times, over the phone, and via email, that we are not interested and have asked to be removed from their contact listDespite this, they continue to call and tell my receptionist that they're returning my callI have never called themThis suggests a highly dishonest business in my opinionWould love the calls to stop

They say "old habits die hard." I was reluctant to try a new credit card processing company but I felt as though I needed to take the plunge because what I was paying was outrageousI had a young lady come by my office offering me her company's services but, I felt uncomfortableShe was nice but pushy and I hate being pressured to do anythingThankfully, I went with my gut instinct and declined her offerI'm not exactly sure how Bryan Winters from Sekure Merchant Solutions got a hold of us at such a critical time but, I'm so glad that he did! From our initial phone conversation, Bryan always made me feel comfortable and informedHe went the extra mile to explain things in detail if I didn't understand themI didn't have an uneasiness about making the switch to a new credit card processing companyI felt confident making the switch because of Bryan
It has been months now since we switched and everything has been smoothOnce in awhile, I get a call from Bryan just checking up on us making sure that we aren't having any issues and letting me know that he's always just a phone call awayI always hang up the phone pleased after speaking with BryanAs a small business owner with so much to handle, it feels good to know that there are people out there, like Bryan, that are there to lend a hand
