Complete lack of customer service Could not get us signed up and activated during a six week time frame Emails and phone calls not followed up on at all No response received after sending required documentation Each time after two or three days I had to call our customer service agent to ask if she received what I sent I was told on one occasion that I needed to initial page of a document After following through and sending a pdf....nothing, crickets...no response I was again forced to call and send an email to inquire if she received the initialed document She finally replied that she did....but asked for a utility bill or signed lease agreement I immediately sent them my signed lease since we hadn't generated a utility bill yet Again, no response for two days until I called and emailed Ultimately she did not get us set up in time (they had weeks) for a major pre-sale event we had for one of our two fitness clubs She was fully aware of the date we needed to be operational We were told it would take about two weeksTwo supervisors did get involved, but it was too late to get us what we needed in time for our event...they tried Unfortunately our customer service agents lack of interest or incompetence made it impossible for them to fix However, even after our deadline passed we received no phone call or support from this companyWe were forced to go to Best Buy and purchase a Square device, which by the way worked great We raised several thousand in presale dollars...none of which went to Sekure Merchant Solutions or their affiliates How is this good businessInterestingly, they are our Merchant Services provider for our existing fitness clubDidn't matterTheir employee didn't care, is incompetent, or just too busy to get things doneHoping this experience was an isolated event and not the culture of this companyRegardless, looking for another Merchant Services vendor for both our businessesjohn

I have repeatedly asked them to not contact our office anymore However each time they call they call repeatedly and then when asked not to call anymore will continue to call back three or four times and hang up

This business keeps contacting us by phone They call upwards of two or three times a week We identify as a True Value hardware store that does credit card processing Every time they pitch that they'll save us all this money on our *** and *** fees The company keeps asking us to give the names of our credit card processing company, past statements, and names of our Point-of-Sale software They propose to switch us over to North American BankCard for our credit card processing to achieve all these savings They always state there is an immediate deadline to get these savings they quote
I do not believe that there is any possible way for us to switch over to this credit card processor We are somewhat restricted on having these changes by both the Point-of-Sale software and the national True Value programs
This company is very underhanded and devious in using our phone number They don't take 'no' for an answer We've asked them to remove our phone number from

About months ago our company, *** ***, changed our credit card service provider to Sekure Merchant Solutions from *** We're very happy that they so far delivered what they promised such as paying us for our early termination fee as they promised Our relationship manager, Kaleel J*** went extra mile to get other things approved for us which was very nice of him

This business called us saying they wanted to discuss an overcharge on our July statementAt first thinking they were associated with the current company we use, I gave them my name and they said they'd call me backI was suspicious, and upon researching them, I found they weren't related to the current company we use and I also found the (now-resolved) complaints here on Revdex.com.orgWhen receiving a call this morning, I told the woman I researched them and that I wanted our business added to their Do Not Call listThe woman proceeded to state that I was mistakenly referring to someone else and that this was about the previous phone call about the overcharge on our July statementDouble checking with a co-worker who does our billing confirmed that we do not use this business nor did we make first contact with this business

This company continues to call our officeMore than one person has told them we aren't going to switch companies and we are happy with where we areThey become agitated saying they are not calling to ask us to switch processing companies (although looking at their site and at the complaints online I know that is why they are calling),she said they only wanted to compare rates to save us money on *** and *** transactions (Discover and *** *** will stay the same) They are very pushy about getting our credit card processing statement sent to them for reviewThey won't take NO for an answerCharlene told me I needed to fax our statement immediately so she doesn't have to call me back I informed her I knew how much we were being charged in fees per month and she said she needed the statement to look over herself to "crunch the numbers"I am uncomfortable with how they handle their business They are now calling from other numbers since I blocked the original numbe

Male caller from Sekure Merchant Solutions offered to save us money if they could get a look at our current statementI explained we use a provider who is integrated with our medical software, so we are not interested in switchingHe explained they are a broker, not a providerOne of his providers probably integrates with our softwareI explained that I definitely did not want to deal with a broker offering multiple companies and hung up when he wouldn't drop itNext day, the same guy calls back, and reiterates that we were looking for a provider who would integrate with our softwareIf I would send him a copy of our statement, he can find the right providerI told him to first find the providers that integrate with our software, then I might consider itHe said he cannot find providers without a statementI told him that I did not believe that, and we wanted him to remove our number from their database, and that we did not want to do business with them because he is so annoyingHe started laughing, so I hung upI would never trust any company they found for us because they are so pushy and shady

The representative from Sekure Merchant Services contacted my assistant while I was on vacation, after getting my voicemailHe outright lied and told her that he had spoken with me before my vacation and I had authorized the release of our current account information for him to analyzeI had never provided such authorizationSome months back he or another representative had called I said I was not interestedMy assistant referred him to accounting and he told our accounting manager that I had forgotten to send the statement to him before my vacation and asked that she send itAnother lieShe sent him the statementWithin minutes of my return to the office Monday morning after vacation, he called me stating that our accounting department had authorized a contract and all he needed was my verbal okay to move our account from our current providerLie number I told him I needed to talk with accounting and suggested we set a time to talk later in the week, thinking this was legitimateHe would not end the conversation and kept insisting I just "say the word" and he would move everything right then and thereI finally told him I had to go to a meeting and hung upWhen I found out he had lied to myself and two of our staff, I sent an email instructing him to remove us from his contact list and not contact us againThis morning he actually called me! I couldn't believe itHe demanded to know what I meantI told him not to call again and hung up, but from the other reviews on this site, I expect they are not going away anytime soonIf someone from Sekure Merchant Solutions is reading this, please add us to the ever-growing DO NOT CONTACT list

Sekure Merchant Services has been harassing my office for months, trying to get the doctor who owns the practice on the phoneThey act like we have an account by claiming that we asked them to do a follow up call(And when asked point blank if we have an account they will lie and say yes.)
They refuse to give even the most basic information about what they are trying to get us to commit to, and it's clear that the free appraisal they are offering comes with strings attachedWhen I ask simple questions to take a message for my boss they become angryI had to *** their phone number to find the actual company name, since they say name of the company is just merchant servicesAvoid Sekure Merchant Services, they are dishonest and rude

This company has contacted my staff several times this year after being told to not contact us again I understand their intentions are good but when we tell you never to call us again, we mean it

Only positive things to say about Karen S*** from Sekure Merchants She monitors my business credit card processing rates to ensure that I am paying the lowest rates available for my type of business Other companies continuously attempt to lure me away, but she always checks my current rates, and they can't be beat!
