I have had such a great experience with Sekure Merchant Solutions, from sales to daily functions and assistance Specifically our Relationship Manager Carolyn C*** has provided assistance well above and beyond She has assisted me in tracking issues that I needed, in addition to connecting me with the support necessary to keep a smooth running business She has not only helped with problem resolution, but also great follow up! She seems to really understand the issues that a small business deals with and does her best to take the stress away in this area Thanks!

I recently called with a to have an increase on my company credit limit for a particular transaction and was very happy with the quick response and follow up

I was contacted last week and allowed them to send me a side by side comparison, to review with my bossThey have called nearly everyday for a follow upDuring this week I have read reviews, and did not like some I had seenThere were reviews about them being pushy, and where they sneak in year contracts under peoples noses, and just some dishonest and rude practicesPlus on the side by side comparison, granted it seemed like they would save us money, but they put in other charges, on things my current processor doesn't charge forWhen I mentioned this, the salesman said yeah but we are still cheaper than who you use nowWell today, was the day I told him I would have an answer, and when he called I told him I don't think we are interested, the salesman started trying to act like I was dumb, because I will not switch, told him I do not want to be locked in to a contract and we may just quit taking credit cards altogether (because we have not taken one since October anyway)Any way he then went to raising his voice that they will still saves money and will wave all fees and everything will be free unless we take a card, I know that will not be the case, I am not dumbThen I told him I have seen some reviews that concerned meHe went on a rant about we are A+ rated by the Revdex.com, and what kind of reviews, I told him reviews saying you become pushy if you don't like what you hear and become aggressiveHe then began yelling to tell me this is not the case and the reviews are lyingI told him there is no way they are lying when he is acting exactly the way the reviews had claimedHe kept yelling I finally told him to stop yelling or I am hanging up, he was so loud I am unsure if he did not hear me or just did not careNeedless to say I hung upI will not be treated this way, and will never use this company, if this is the way they treat their customersSo glad I checked this company out before switching

Long story short, Carolyn has been very professional, understanding, sincere, accountable, and extremely helpful in single-handedly resurrecting my SeKure Merchant’s account from cancellation Without Carolyn’s help, I would have continued to share my “avoid them like the plague” review of SeKure Merchant ServicesI have been in business over years and was the president of our local business professionals group for over ten years I know the value of customer service and how important it is to meet a customer’s complaints with solutions and concern Carolyn understands and embodies this ideal She represent your company very well Her effort to find solutions to my problems tempered with her friendly demeanor and professionalism are the only reason I have given Sekure another tryIF you are the one who determines her compensation, Sekure owes her a raise If she was local I would want her to work for me Excellent customer service is hard to find… Reward her well

Only positive things to say about Karen S*** from Sekure Merchants She monitors my business credit card processing rates to ensure that I am paying the lowest rates available for my type of business Other companies continuously attempt to lure me away, but she always checks my current rates, and they can't be beat!

We transferred processing credit cards with Sekure Merchant Solutions and North American Bancard We did not know that we were locked into a month contract until we complained because we were unhappy with rates and treatment We were told we were locked into rates of 1.79% for swiped credit cards and 3.28% for keyed in cards This was true for the first several months then all the sudden our rates went up We were credited only because we complained There are also numerous hidden fees My boss wanted us to switch companies because we were being charged too much When I mentioned we might switch then we were told it would be a $fee to cancel I asked where they came up with this amount and got no answer In the contract that they sent us also does not say anything about an early termination fee or an amount We were also never given terms and conditions till I told them that the company I work for wanted to switch to a cheaper company Sekure merchant solutions has no

The representative from Sekure Merchant Services contacted my assistant while I was on vacation, after getting my voicemailHe outright lied and told her that he had spoken with me before my vacation and I had authorized the release of our current account information for him to analyzeI had never provided such authorizationSome months back he or another representative had called I said I was not interestedMy assistant referred him to accounting and he told our accounting manager that I had forgotten to send the statement to him before my vacation and asked that she send itAnother lieShe sent him the statementWithin minutes of my return to the office Monday morning after vacation, he called me stating that our accounting department had authorized a contract and all he needed was my verbal okay to move our account from our current providerLie number I told him I needed to talk with accounting and suggested we set a time to talk later in the week, thinking this was legitimateHe would not end the conversation and kept insisting I just "say the word" and he would move everything right then and thereI finally told him I had to go to a meeting and hung upWhen I found out he had lied to myself and two of our staff, I sent an email instructing him to remove us from his contact list and not contact us againThis morning he actually called me! I was contacted Yesterday by Alex M*** from Sekure Cost Review I listened to his sales pitch and asked him to email me any information so I could follow up after speaking with our doctor He sent me an email just requesting our financial records for review Today, less than hours after speaking with Alex he called the office again and inquired why I hadn't sent any information I explained to him that we are in the middle of a large shift at the office and that we have a lot of new things we are bringing in and things that we need to consider I also explained that before I send any financial information out, to run it by the doctor first Alex's response to my email was RUDE! He stated that I need to understand that he "has a very difficult job" and "in the time it took you to write that email you could have just sent it" and that he "respected my decisions but was asking me for a favor and could I please just send the information" Uh..NO Any interest I possibly had in this company is now gone

Sekure Merchant Services has been harassing my office for months, trying to get the doctor who owns the practice on the phoneThey act like we have an account by claiming that we asked them to do a follow up call(And when asked point blank if we have an account they will lie and say yes.)
They refuse to give even the most basic information about what they are trying to get us to commit to, and it's clear that the free appraisal they are offering comes with strings attachedWhen I ask simple questions to take a message for my boss they become angryI had to *** their phone number to find the actual company name, since they say name of the company is just merchant servicesAvoid Sekure Merchant Services, they are dishonest and rude
