Sekure Merchant Solutions Reviews (1010)

Review: Hello,

I was contacted today by a [redacted] Pilon with Sekure Cost Review. When I answered my phone, it sounded like a dead line--all of a sudden I hear a "click" and I answer again "Resource Management, This is [redacted]". Then All I heard from him was "Hello?....Oh good!" Then I asked how I could help the gentleman because the entire phone conversation thus far was very odd and unprofessional. Then [redacted] said he was from Merchant Services and I said, "Oh, from [redacted] Merchant services?" And he replied, "Yes." He said he was calling regarding a service request and since my coworker [redacted] (IT guy) and I have been needing service help from [redacted] with our Credit card machines I thought [redacted] had called them to call me. So, I grabbed [redacted] and told him to sit in on the call in the case I needed help with technical questions. So, my coworker asked him a bunch of technical questions regarding our credit card machines and [redacted] said he couldn't help us. We asked for a good phone number to contact the correct department and he said, again, that he couldn't help us. The entire phone call [redacted] wouldn't tell us which business he was representing, he wouldn't tell us what information he was trying to get from us, he misrepresented himself as working for [redacted] BANK. Finally when I asked him what exactly he was calling about he said he needed to let us know about rate changes for our credit card machines and I assumed it was for our [redacted] credit card machines. So, I gave Zach our fax number--thinking this was much safer than email, because the entire thing seemed like a scam. [redacted] then told me he would have an analyst call me tomorrow and we needed to have our banking information "handy". This not only seems like phishing and a scam but this business was grossly misrepresenting itself. I also tried to call this company to speak with a supervisor and file a complaint, but when you call you can only leave a voicemail with your company name and contact information to have an account review. This is extremely unprofessional. Lastly, when we received the fax Advertisement it said the company name was Sekure Cost Review and not Sekure Merchant Services, I can't be sure of this company's credibility in any way.Desired Settlement: Please have this company stop contacting me. I have these phone numbers to block as well ###-###-####, ###-###-####.

Response:

Dear [redacted],In response to complaint ID #[redacted], call center manager [redacted] personally reached out to the merchant/complainant. After trying to contact her a handful of times, he left a detailed message for [redacted], apologizing on behalf of the company, stating that we have spoken to the representative in question and taken measures to ensure this does not happen again. [redacted] also mentioned that all numbers linked to their business have been placed on our do not call list.[redacted] advised in the message left that if this didn’t completely satisfy [redacted]s, that she can contact him directly. [redacted] provided his contact information if she needs anything at all in the future. We again apologized and thanked her for her time and patience.

Review: I entered into a contract with Sekure for a chip-reading credit card terminal. Upon receipt of the terminal, I was unable to connect it to my internet modem because it was too far removed from the front counter of my business. I was advised to use the phone line, however my business relies heavily on phone orders so I didn't want to connect via phone. After discussion with Danny T[redacted] of Sekure, he agreed that the situation did not work out as planned and that I could cancel the contract with no penalties. I was sent the documentation to terminate, which I did. No further charges have appeared on my bank account, however I haven't been credited with charges that occurred while I was trying to get the terminal set up. I have made several contacts to Mr. T[redacted] with no response.Desired Settlement: From the time I received the credit card terminal to the time that the contract was cancelled, $290.09 was debited from my checking account. I would like the full amount refunded as the services did not work as discussed with Sekure staff.

Business

Response:

[redacted], [redacted] has spoken with an agent in our office, Jamie, who has since issued a credit the amount due ($290.00). The account has been closed since 02/**/2016, so no further billing will occur.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

After having dealt with a few different processors in the past 8 years, switching to Sekure Merchants has been like a breath of fresh air. Everyone has been extremely nice and goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. And after all that, when my fees show up they are significantly lower than before!!! I have been very happy with your company and would recommend you to anyone. I look forward to a future with a company that I know I can trust.
Sincerely,

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. - Matthew 11:28
If you are not dead, God is not done.

Review: Blake H[redacted] has called multiple times a day since last Monday trying to get us to send him our merchant statement. This is an unsolicited call and each time he calls we ask to be put on the Do Not Call list and to please stop calling our office. He is very belligerent and yells at the person taking his call that we do not want to save money. He refuses to stop calling our office. The office manager has listened to his sales pitch and politely tried to tell him no and we finally have to hang up on him. Unfortunately that just makes him more irate and he immediately calls back to scream at us some more. This has to be illegal! I want this stopped immediately, further calls will not be tolerated. The next step is to record the calls and report the company to the my local carrier and the Federal Trade Commission.Desired Settlement: No More Calls From This so-called business.

Business

Response:

[redacted],Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Your co-ordinates have been added to the DNC, and we will address the disciplinary procedures with the rep in question.

Review: Company keeps calling even after we have told them on every occasion that we are not interested in signing up for their service.Desired Settlement: For the company to stop calling our company and wasting our time as we are not interested in their services. After this debacle we will never be interested in doing business with them.

Response:

[redacted], I'm adding the number you provided to our (usually carefully maintained) Do Not Call list, and thoroughly investigating why this was done the very first time you requested it. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

I find this organization to be very helpful to any needs I have. Bryan W[redacted], my Relationship Manager even calls to follow-up on issues I have had.

The representative Karen is very professional and responsive.

I feel that a company is as good as those who represent it's ability follow through and honor their commitments to the client.
I am so pleased with our service from Sekuremerchant Merchant Solutions,
Our service rep [redacted] is amazing and very proficient.
We have always recieved what we were promised and intend to continue our relationship with this company.

I've worked with Sekure Merchant for years. They helped me out of a big mess I got myself into with another credit card processing company and even got me some money back. I like having a broker that works for me and helps me to find the best rates and advocates my needs, not the processors. I know that I can call and talk to the same person every time and she will answer any questions I have and help me understand this great vast con of credit card processing that is a necessary evil.

Review: One person makes the initial "sales call". Then when you give permission to e-mail you information they contact you repeatedly. I told them that I would contact them if I was interested and confirmed their information was in the e-mail they sent me.

They then called me over and over again. Finally, the Owner of our company answered the phone informing them to not call every 5 minutes. That we would call them.Desired Settlement: Stop Contacting Me

Consumer

Response:

Yes, we would like the business to stop contacting us.

Response:

Good Morning [redacted],

I am writing in response to the complaint filed by [redacted]

I apologize for the amount of calls that [redacted] has incurred. it appears that she was contacted by an overzealous employee. We have since spoken with this employee and have been assured that this type of incident will not repeat itself.

I have added the business telephone number [redacted] to the Do Not Call List that we maintain. If there are any other numbers that should be added to this list, I invite [redacted] to email me personally at [redacted] and I will see that they are added immediately.

Regards,

Review: This company contacted us, unsolicited I asked the rep to send me info via email so I could review it. This started a campaign of bi weekly phone calls after which I told them I was not interested and please stop calling which I was ignored and calls from the same rep continued. I had to hang up on him several times because this is a very busy office and he would not get off the phone. On more then one occasion he told me I should be fired for not wanting to save my boss money. I requested to speak to his superior which he refused to comply. At this point I decided to check their supposed A+ rating with you and discovered many other complaints exactly like mine. This is not good business practice.

Business

Response:

[redacted], thank you for bringing this to my attention. We are incredibly sorry for the unacceptable way you were treated. We have added your phone number to our carefully maintained Do Not Call list, so you will not receive phone calls anymore. If you would like to discuss this any further, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: The sales person that called my office would not take no for an answer. After my initial call I discussed the service with my administrator who decided we didn't need their services. When the sales person called back my administrator told him we had decided not to proceed with their analasys and he became rude. She reiterated that we were not interested and the situation escalated to the point that she hung up on him. He called back numerous times to argue until I got on the phone and told him we changed our minds and stop calling. He called back again and again until I got so angry I yelled and cursed at him and hung up. He has not called back since.Desired Settlement: I want this company to never contact my business again. Sales is a tough business but people have the right to change their minds and this person needs to learn how to take no for an answer. Yelling at women and demanding to speak to a man is rude and out or touch. This is 2015 and in my office a women made the decision and told this man no. That's the end of it and this company needs to accept it.

Response:

Craig, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am terribly sorry. This is not how we train our employees, we have extensive and ongoing training. We have added your phone number to our carefully maintained Do Not Call List.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Our company has been with SEKURE MERCHANTS since the beginning of 2016. My contact is BRYAN W[redacted]. Any problem or question I have, he is always there to help me and do it happily and professionally. I can always rely on him. Our company has been having issues with a new credit card machine because of our digital phone lines. We are working through this with his help to get it resolved. I am grateful to have him as our contact.

I have used several merchant services throughout my career. Each and every one of them have had problems. Sekure Merchant has smartly handled each situation to fruition. Quick response, professional service and rock bottom pricing. I recommend Sekure Merchant Solutions/North American Bankcard to any small business with 500k to a million in card revenue to check into their service. Oh yea! Prices have remained the same in the last 4 years.

I am and have always been very satisfied with the services of Karen S[redacted].

I have been working with Sekure Merchants Solutions for years. I am very impressed with their customer service. NO LONGER, do I have to wait for someone to respond to concerns or answer the phone. I now have ONE wonderful representative, whom I can call or email, express concerns, ask questions and she responds within minutes. I trust her as she is very knowledgeable about her job and Sekure Merchant Solutions.

As a business owner, we get offers almost daily for someone to "take a look" and give us a better rate. I can only tell you, that my rates are great, and the customer service is extraordinary.

We received excellent service from Mr. Danny T[redacted]. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with any concerns and questions we had.. He was very prompt in returning our calls.

Review: This company will not stop calling us and asking us to switch merchants. We have told them repeatedly we are not interested and the sales woman, Lambrini, was very rude. We finally gave in just to stop the phone calls and she still called us repeatedly after we told her we reviewed her rates and were not switching. She was NOT HAPPY about this and basically told us we didn't know how to run our company and we are wasting money. Nobody can beat them she claims. Our company manager got her off the phone and she called back 5 times within the next hour! We didn't answer. The next morning she blocked her phone number so we answered and then she was at it again harassing us! We once again told her to stop calling and we are not switching.

Today I have already had two emails from someone else from that company by the name of [redacted] emailing me to switch!Desired Settlement: Stop contacting us and other businesses who do not want their service. By their previous complaints, they obviously have an issue with this.

[Your Answer Here]I would like to know what you are going to do to prevent this from happening to other business owners. Your company obviously trains your staff to treat others this way.

Response:

[redacted], We have extensive and ongoing training, this is not how we train our staff. We have a quality assurance team who reviews all our calls to keep up with the ongoing training so situations such as this, do not occur. We carefully maintain a Do Not Call list (ofwhich you are now a part) – please let us know at [redacted] if you continue to receive calls.

Review: Last week a women called the office here and I answered the phone. I believe her name was susan. She informed me that we could get lower rates for our merchant account. Let her know we were not interested as I work in a very busy office. The very next day a man calls and my office assistant answers and he actually asks for me by name ( I answered the phone for susan and my name was in the greeting). Not knowing who was asking for me I picked up the phone. He tells me I spoke to susan the previous day and that I was supposed to be sending over our accounts for him to look at to get us better rates. Informed him I was not interested. As I was about to hang up he yells (and I mean yells) in the phone " what do you mean youre not interested? you don't even know what im calling for!!" Informed him yes I do know why, as he just stated, susan had called the day before explaining why your business was calling. He keeps yelling at me saying " so you don't want to get lower rates and save money?". Told him no I am too busy for this and im not interested. After the verbal abuse I asked if he could fax information to me just to get him off the phone (the fax immediately went in the trash). Since last week this man has called every single day. Today I am in the office only to answer phones and luckily we have caller ID because he has called 5 times now and its only 2pm. This is clearly harassment and by looking at the other complaints for this company, it looks as if it happens often.Desired Settlement: STOP CALLING

I was just made aware of this by the sales manager - there are two systems here. One updates immediately, one takes 24h (but can be manually over-ridden). We have updated ALL systems to ensure you're not called further. Please keep me in the loop if that's not the case (call the main line and ask for the Customer Service Manager, that's me)
