STEPHANIE HAS BEEN GREAT UNFORTUNAETLY HAVE TO DISCONTINUE OUR AGREEMENT AS NICOLAS WAS INCORRECT IN THE FACT THAT THE CANCELATION FEE IS NOT COVERED 100% . I LOOK FORWARD TO TRANSFERRING IN SEPT 2017 WHEN OUR CURRENT PROCESSOR'S CONTRACT IS UP TO SEKURE AS SERVICE WE RECD FROM STEPHANIE WAS OUTSTANDING.

Due to processing problems I ended up talking to [redacted] at Secure. She helped me work through a very difficult situation and helped me sign up with her company. She followed up on e-mails and always returned phone calls in a very timely. In the end her efforts made the change to the new company effortless for my team. [redacted] even followed up after we were up and running to make sure everything was functioning as designed. Great experienence.

Review: The salesman cold called us and harassed us multiple times. I told the salesman that I was not interested and hung up the phone after a long process of telling this jerk that I did not want to send him the company's credit card processing statement. Not two minutes later, his supervisor calls back and gives me a harassing sales tactic. I told him that I refuse to give him the credit card statement. He still gave me a fax number anyways. This all happened yesterday, but today, this same jerk called and I yelled at him telling him I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com and I want him to remove the phone number from their call list. He refused to do that and he refused to let me talk to his supervisor to have the number removed.Desired Settlement: Never call this business again. NEVER! And stop the harassing sales tactics.

Review: We were contacted by Sekure Merchant Solutions & were asked to switch credit card processor with their systems & were promised that in addition to money saved that our credit card processing would work exactly the same and that they would cover ALL early termination fees that we would face. After a month of service, we: 1) no longer are able to accept Flex Spending credit card 2) Sekure Merchants failed to close our previous processing account & we were still being charged for their services 3) We are faced with a $495 early termination fee and Sekure Merchants NOW say are only responsible for $295 and we have to cover the balance of $200. We have left many messages to the person who originally signed our agreement and have yet to hear back from him.Desired Settlement: We request that Sekure Merchant Solutions either honor their promise to cover the whole early termination fee and fees accrued from our previous processor since they did not close our old account or switch us back to the processor that we were previously using & had NO ISSUES with.

Review: I have been repeatedly contacted by Jaren from your company, we told him we did not want to do business with him and he then proceeded to tell me the government was mandating that I review my merchants form, which is a lie. I told him he was harassing us and asked for him name and then he told me "you must drive a truck and your a redneck", HOW DOES A COMPANY LIKE SEKURE THINK THAT'S OK??? I asked for his bosses name and he wouldn't give it to me and then hung up. He then called back and did his spill again and finally I told him we were not doing any business with Sekure and to never call here again. You can tell Jaren to stop by my office anytime and we can discuss his redneck comment, I left my address for him.

Review: Yet another unsolicited sales call by a company we don't do business with nor will we ever do business with. This company does not abide by the Do Not Call list that the FTC provides.Desired Settlement: No more contact, take us off your calling list, never call us again. I wish that these businesses would be fined for each and every unsolicited call they make.

Review: We are a small company in Utah that tried to switch our merchant services to Sekure Merchant Solutions. When we signed up we were guaranteed that the service would work on all point of sale software. We tried to get the processing to work on our point of sale software with no luck. The people that we originally worked with left the company. We began to receive statements from [redacted] for miscellaneous fees. We attempted to resolve the issue for many months with new teams of people to no avail. We ask that we receive all our fees returned and get out of the contract with [redacted]. We were given the return of the fees up to that point in time. We were told to contact [redacted] to cancel the contract. When we called [redacted] they just shipped us a copy of our contract and said they could not cancel our service even though we had not processed one credit card and that we would need to work with Sekure Merchant Services to resolve the issue. We have tried to get back with Sekure Merchant Solutions by writing emails and by telephone on multiple occasions for the past two years. We finally got a person to look at our account this January and was told that they would look into the returning of the fees and that they would cancel our contract with [redacted]. We were emailed a cancellation form of which we signed and sent back to Sekure and we have not seen the returned fees and we continue to have fees taken out of our account from [redacted]. We have called and left messages with multiple extensions for the past few weeks. We cannot get a response from anybody.Desired Settlement: Please finish the process by returning our money for the fees from [redacted] and finish the cancellation.

My immediate files only allow me to go back into the system so far, after that a request must be placed with one of our research team members , asking them to delve deeper in to the account in order to assess the full amount that is to be reimbursed to [redacted]. Sekure Merchant Solutions has been very helpful to us from the beginning.

Review: This company marketed a charge card processing service to me under the guise that it would save me money in processing costs over what I was paying with my existing provider. The analysis they provided for the 'cost savings' has never materialized in actual savings because of numerous hidden fees amounting to approximately $100 every other month. These 'regulatory' and 'PCI Compliance' fees were NOT disclosed in the cost savings analysis and the only notice is on a statement (if you are lucky enough to receive a timely statement). As a small business, I cannot absorb these undisclosed (and mostly likely unregulated fees) that this company continues to charge. I have respectfully requested to cancel my contract due to this misrepresentation, and I was notified that I would have to pay a $1085 cancellation fee! This company is obviously not disclosing important cost information pertaining to their service, upon which important decisions are based. I have made a 2nd request to the company to cancel my contract without imposing a cancellation fee due to the nature of my complaint and the lack of honesty involved in their business practices. I have yet to receive a response.Desired Settlement: The only outcome I desire is to cancel my contract without any penalties. I would encourage the company to be more honest in their business practices and don't prey on small businesses that won't receive any benefit from their services.

They say "old habits die hard." I was reluctant to try a new credit card processing company but I felt as though I needed to take the plunge because what I was paying was outrageous. I had a young lady come by my office offering me her company's services but, I felt uncomfortable. She was nice but pushy and I hate being pressured to do anything. Thankfully, I went with my gut instinct and declined her offer. I'm not exactly sure how Bryan Winters from Sekure Merchant Solutions got a hold of us at such a critical time but, I'm so glad that he did! From our initial phone conversation, Bryan always made me feel comfortable and informed. He went the extra mile to explain things in detail if I didn't understand them. I didn't have an uneasiness about making the switch to a new credit card processing company. I felt confident making the switch because of Bryan.

It has been months now since we switched and everything has been smooth. Once in awhile, I get a call from Bryan just checking up on us making sure that we aren't having any issues and letting me know that he's always just a phone call away. I always hang up the phone pleased after speaking with Bryan. As a small business owner with so much to handle, it feels good to know that there are people out there, like Bryan, that are there to lend a hand.

My name is [redacted] and I am the manager of The Thrift Shop. We are a small not for profit organization that is run by a volunteer Board and have only 4 employee's. Our primary mission is to assist needy members of our community and we have done so for 50 years despite many obstacles. About 6 months ago, the previous manager was asked to resign his position and took with him all information regarding our merchant account. We had no information about the contract and didn't know if we even had one. We knew nothing about the rates or fees that we were being charged for, we didn't even realize we were in a situation to be liable for stolen credit card information because we didn't know about PCI DSS compliance.

I had the opportunity to be in contact with Karen this past week and let me tell you, she is wonderful. I could not have asked for a pleasant, more knowledgeable or more helpful relationship manager. She helped me understand each issue, directed me to the department that could help me with compliance and even shared with me some applications that we had and were paying for but never used.

As a small business organization, every penny we can save helps us to continue our mission in helping the needy. Karen helped us do that. She is a true asset to your company and deserves recognition for her outstanding qualities.

I don’t know of any small business owners who are NOT busy. It's why I help manage my daughter's business. Taking the time to provide feedback is a luxury I tend to ignore.
However, on those rare times when the service continues to be outstanding, I am more than willing to squeeze in a few minutes to comment.
At Sekure Merchant Solutions, our representative’s name is Jamie-L** C[redacted]. I think her official title is Relationship Manager. I’m not sure if that title is accurate since she’s smart enough not to get in the middle of the marital spats my wife and I get into from time to time.
What I am sure of is that as a representative of Sekure Merchant Solutions, she has consistently provided expedient, accurate, and courteous service to our varied requests for the past year.
I think at least some of us have experienced frustration in understanding the increasing complexities and issues when processing credit cards. It certainly doesn't help trying to communicate with larger companies whose staff change like the days on the calendar. It’s tiresome bouncing from one extension to the next hoping the next person may finally be the one who can/will assist.
Honestly, Jamie is the main reason we have chosen not to find another credit card processor. Although, the competitive rates as compared to processors we have worked with in the past have certainly contributed to our loyalty.
And finally, as a retail business open to the public, we certainly get our share of complaints and compliments. We're fully aware that the probably of lodging a complaint is significantly higher than the probability of registering a compliment. Sekure Merchant Services has done a good job and has earned our trust, loyalty and business.

Review: We have received multiple calls from a sales person who claims they are not a sales person this mans name is Matthew S[redacted]. We asked him and told him to stop calling, that we were busy and not interested and that we are also tied into our agreement for our line of credit to use our bank. We have zero intentions of switching and told him this. He proceeded to call, and we ignored his phone call a few more times. We then received a Fax message through our fax machine from this Matthew S[redacted] and faxed back that we were not interested PLEASE STOP! and then received two more phone calls immediately after this fax back to him!!! HE NEEDS TO STOP!Desired Settlement: WE WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THAT THIS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS DO NOT WORK WITH THEM AND THEM TO BE REPORTED FOR IN PROPER SALES TACTICS AS WELL AS THEM TO STOP CALLING AND FAXING THIS IS CRAZY!

Review: A representative of this company, Josefina B[redacted], contacted our office and misrepresented herself as an official inquiring into the malpractice of our current merchant service company and demanded we send her documentation so they could resolve the problems with that company. Once she received the information she has been calling to soliciting us to transfer our business to her company, Sekure Merchant Solutions. She is calling several times per day despite the fact that we have told her we are not interested. Today she called over 30 times after we had to hang up on her when she would not understand we were not interested. Unfortunately she calls from a "private" number so we have had to block all calls from private numbers which is not good for our business, in order to block her ability to call and disrupt our business. Now I am getting emails from her regarding the same matter. They know personal information about us and our practice, even referring to me, the doctor, by my first name as if she is a friend.Desired Settlement: Avoid further contact from this company and communicate proper soliciting etiquette to this company. Have this company removed from the Revdex.com due to poor business practices. Ideally be able to erase all our information from their records and data bases.

We have been working with Sekure Solutions for about 2 years now. Business with them has been pretty good. No complaints. Our business doesn't do a lot of credit card transactions, but when we do it goes smoothly.

Brian has been great to work with. He first touched base with us when the account was set up, and it is one more thing to like about Sekure: have our Account Specialist.
He is always prompt to answer his phone, or return a call when necessary. I do not have to wait on hold forever to be told that the person I reached can not help me. He gets it that we are busy and our time is valuable.
