Review: This company calls our company on a daily basis. They will not leave any contact information. I asked them to stop calling and to remove us from their call list and they refuse to do so. I was told they have to speak to someone and there is no way to take us off their list until they do. I told them we are not interested and they still will not remove us from the list, insisting they have to complete some survey. We are not partners with them and do not wish to beDesired Settlement: I want the company to take us off their list and to stop contacting us. I even told them we are on the do not call list and they still said they can't stop calling that we have to talk to them.

He apologized on behalf of the company and after looking into it further, [redacted] personally took down all numbers associated with their business and had them completely removed from our System and placed on our Do Not Call List. When we communicated this whole process to [redacted], she was pleased with the quick response and time spent to resolve the issue and satisfied that she will no longer be contacted. [redacted] provided his contact information if she needs anything in the future. We again apologized and thanked her for her time and patience.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. HARRASSING company continues to call even after I have explained simply that I do not wish to do business. I hung up the phone to receive two more call backs immediately after the final conversation. This company/rep has been calling daily unwilling to leave a message but wanting to talk to the owner. Unbelievable phone interaction.

I am very satisfied with this company. Whenever I need help with something I just email my representative and she gets back with me pretty quickly and takes care of whatever she can to help me.

Bryan W[redacted] is excellent. He has helped me out with many aspects of changing ownership, to problems with terminals, to helping get the biz perk changed over. Bryan always calls back when he says he is gong to and always follow up with a call asking if everything is going well. Bryan is an asset to your company.

We recently switched our processing and so far have only had a very few minor problems and most of that was with the machines themselves, the new chip system seems to need a few bugs worked out. (some of that may been operator error) When calling for assistance we have been fortunate to get English speaking customer service reps, which is very important for my crew. I personally use the email system a lot and have been fortunate to have a great rep. Whenever I send an email with a request, question, etc., I have an answer back of acknowledgment, if not an answer to my question or request the same day. So far we are extremely happy with Sekure's service.

Review: We transferred processing credit cards with Sekure Merchant Solutions and North American Bancard. We did not know that we were locked into a 36 month contract until we complained because we were unhappy with rates and treatment. We were told we were locked into rates of 1.79% for swiped credit cards and 3.28% for keyed in cards. This was true for the first several months then all the sudden our rates went up. We were credited only because we complained. There are also numerous hidden fees. My boss wanted us to switch companies because we were being charged too much. When I mentioned we might switch then we were told it would be a $750 fee to cancel. I asked where they came up with this amount and got no answer. In the contract that they sent us also does not say anything about an early termination fee or an amount. We were also never given terms and conditions till I told them that the company I work for wanted to switch to a cheaper company. Sekure merchant solutions has not been up front at all. This is NOT a company we want to stay with.Desired Settlement: We want to be let of of this contract since we never knew we were in a 36 month contract and be able to switch to another processing company without having to pay an early termination fee.

[redacted] was able to negotiate with the processor to waive the early termination fee on the account and assist with cancellation. The account is now in the process of being closed with no early termination fee.

Review: I have received numerous calls from Peter and we do not have a account with them, however he led me to believe we did and even tried to have me go into quick books to print a report to fax to him, I told him that was the owners decision and they are relentlessly calling to get that report from me.Desired Settlement: Add to company's do not call list

Bryan W[redacted] did a great job of taking over the implementation and support of my new setup. He stepped up to make sure all parties were on the same page from Authorize to Cayan to Retail Pro. He followed after every change to make sure the change resolved the issues. We are up and stable now and he has followed to make sure there are no further questions or issues.

This company is a pleasure to work with. Prompt, courteous service and great rates! [redacted] personally assists me whenever I need help with my account or equipment and she is lovely to work with.

Review: We get several robocalls per week from this company, and it has gone on for over a year. We have requested to be removed from calling list multiple times, with no results.Desired Settlement: remove from calling list.

Review: I have had several instances where I have "left" messages with "different" employees (because they have changed employees) and not gotten any calls in return. as I am typing this it is 4:35 and I left 2 messages at 1:30 and also faxed a message for them to call me asap and have not heard anything as of yet. I have had several instances where my machine would not do a night batch and I have called to get some help, and it has taken forever (if I did get a call back) my pricing structure was a lot different than what I was told it would be, it is much (higher). my monthly fees are higher than I was told they would be. I guess the bottom line is I am not happy with the service I am receiving. I was promised better "service" and "pricing" than what I had, and I am not getting it. if u have any questions please feel free to call me!

To whom it may concern,

Upon reading [redacted] complaint, it appeared that he wanted us to address several issues. Upon contacting him, he stated that his concern was actually with the time it took for us to return his phone calls/messages etc. The represntative that contacted him explained to him that all calls are returned within 24 hours, but that we strive to return all calls on the same day that they are received. The representative, [redacted] also explained that often, when a merchants' message is retrieved, it often contains several questions, at which point the representative handling the account will attempt to retrieve as much information as possible prior to calling the merchant back, but once again, these calls are still returned within a timely manner. [redacted] also stated that he was going to discuss this with the Revdex.com again and would call us back. We did not hear from him again regarding any of the issues in this complaint and he is presently still one of our merchants. Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me further.

Review: This business keeps contacting us by phone. They call upwards of two or three times a week. We identify as a True Value hardware store that does credit card processing. Every time they pitch that they'll save us all this money on our [redacted] and [redacted] fees. The company keeps asking us to give the names of our credit card processing company, past statements, and names of our Point-of-Sale software. They propose to switch us over to North American BankCard for our credit card processing to achieve all these savings. They always state there is an immediate deadline to get these savings they quote.

I do not believe that there is any possible way for us to switch over to this credit card processor. We are somewhat restricted on having these changes by both the Point-of-Sale software and the national True Value programs.

This company is very underhanded and devious in using our phone number. They don't take 'no' for an answer. We've asked them to remove our phone number from their calling list to no avail. I do not know if this company has any legitimate function, but I do know they've caused us numerous interruptions. We would never switch to this company for credit card processing despite all their claimed savings.Desired Settlement: This company should desist in calling our business during our hours of operation. We are open 6:30am-6:00pm CST Monday through Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm CST Saturday, and 9:00am-2:00pm CST Sunday.

This company will not stop contacting me via phone or email after several attempts to tell them we are not interested in their services. I have been continually contacted by them for months, and when I do no answer the phone calls I get emails. And they are not all polite emails. One email I sent requested simply that they need to close my referral account and stop contacting me. The response I received back via email: "[redacted]". When I did not return his call request I now receive between two to four phone calls each morning. If they cant reach me directly they call the front desk to get transferred.

I received a phone call from Ian, this was about his 10th call and was down right indignant about speaking with me. He kept on insisting his service was free and we had nothing to lose by sending him a statement. I said if your service is free how do you make your money? He stated his firm was hired by banks, I said I will work directly with my bank, he tried to state my bank won't work with me. I found this to be very contradicting. He kept circumventing the questions until he finally admitted that they eventually offer merchant services. He was definitely getting annoyed that I wouldn't take their free service. I found him quite rude and now just hang up on him when he calls.

on 7-**-15 I received a call from Eileen with Sekure Merchant Solutions around 11am.
She mentioned this call was about our credit card terminal. I was never told what company she was with but told repeatedly that Visa and MasterCard fees are going up.
Despite me telling her we do not use or want this service as we have a flat fee locked in for life with our current company and are not interested in your services she continually talked over me and told me that the fees were going up. I advised her I would check with our current company but am still not interested and she said I should triple check it.
I did not request a call to follow up but at the end of the call she informed me someone would be calling us tomorrow at 9:30am. Due to her conduct during the call I did not want to argue further but wanted to simply get off the phone. A fax was then sent to our office and I did look into their reviews which appear to be very negative. I did send an email to the company to the email address that was listed on the fax '[redacted] and provided the above information and said Please cancel this call, we are not interested in any additional information from your company.
I then got a call at 10:30am (an hour later than I was told) and tried telling the rep we were not interested and he continued to try and inform me of what they offered. I told him I had looked the company up online and was not interested again (3-4 times total) and he finally said well this was a waste of time and disconnected the call.
I would not consider doing business with this company in the future.

We have been a customer with Sekure Merchant Solutions for a couple of years now and their service is impeccable. They have been with us through the expansion of our business and have always grown with us throughout our many needs as a business. They ensure that they work with our point of sale company in ensuring that they integrate as seamlessly and that we do not have any undue work in the situation. This is all attested to our customer relations representative, Samantha S. who is in constant contact with me about our situation and all that is going on. I am someone that is on the run a lot of the time, so we communicate a lot through e-mail - which I completely appreciate because I usually respond in the late hours of the night. I would definitely recommend them to other businesses!

My experience with Sekure Merchant Solutions has been exceptional and I don't say that lightly. I have had bad experience after bad experience with various Merchant Service companies. This one is different. They truly make me feel important and valued. We I have a problem I can call my contact ([redacted]) and she is right on the situation, checking in out, resolving issues and following up timely with me. Our money is also deposited timely. I would highly recommend this Merchant Service provider without hesitation.

I received a call from a woman named [redacted] at ###-###-#### who stated she was calling about our merchant account being over billed and our credit card equipment. I advised her multiple times we are not interested and asked her to remove us from the list and she kept saying "What are you not interested in?" I continued to advise her we are not looking to switch companies and asked her to remove us from their list and she refused to acknowledge my request. She simply kept repeating "There are new regulation and mandates" and that I don't understand why she was calling. I continued to ask her to remove us from the calling list and she kept ignoring my request. Very unprofessional and I would never do business with such a ridiculous company. I will also be submitting a complaint with the attorney general and [redacted] regarding the total disregard for my request to be removed from calling list.

Sekure Merthant Solutions has been very helpful in comparing fees and finding me the best for the quantity of business we do.

Stephanie was GREAT! She walked me through everything that I needed to get corrected. She was very clear in her explanations to all my crazy questions and was very polite when I kind of got off track a couple of times. I like a rep that can tolerate my many questions with a smile in her voice. I don't remember being that young and cheerful. All in all she was very professional and exceptionally helpful.
