The customer has been previously informed that maintenance records are required in order to review their claim for an additional allowanceAs of right now they are only approved for the $allowanceThe customer informed one of our representatives on 6/28/that they will attempt to locate those recordsIf you were able to obtain those records please submit them for reviewIf there are no available maintenance records the maximum approved allowance on this claim is $

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we originally contacted [redacted] and the warranty on the part expired, I have told the home warranty company, [redacted] is not repairing the appliance because out if warranty many times, they are fighting me in this because they don't want to pay up Again [redacted] was contacted and they will not pay for the fix because the part that broke is under 1-year warranty, I don't understand why my home warranty company is putting me thru the ringer, their own person said they would do this because they don't want to pay out the washer I want either them to fix my machine, or a full refund of the policy I purchased and will go with a different home warranty company, never did I have a problem with 2-home warranty but he company where I'm at now had a sneaky sales person who up talked the company, and I'm not a happy consumer I want either my machine fixed, or a pay out of the machine so I can go buy a machine, or they company can write me off and give me a full refund of what I paid for their policy, Regards, [redacted] ***

Select home warranty reserves the right to request maintenance records as stated in their contractThe customer has already been approved from the maximum allowance of $If they are able to provide us with the necessary maintenance records we can review their claim for an additional allowance

Select Home Warranty has issued a refund for the customer directly back to the credit card

We went ahead and processed a full refund for this customerThey should be able to view their refund on their credit card statement within the next 2-business days

We have approved the customer for the $maximum payout for this claim according to the terms of the agreement

The customer will be receiving a pro rated refund as they are no longer eligible for a full refundsFull refunds are issued if the customer cancels their contract within the first daysSince the customer requested to cancel months later they will only be able to receive a pro rated refund

I am rejecting this response because:the co was only willing to send me $but I ended up paying ge tech and 2nd refrigerator I had to buy was $because I had to wait for part for week and food spoilage for $because I am cancer patient I have to have fresh juice daily and frozen went completely bad They say will not cover me than $I feel very cheated and stressed Regards,

The customers account has already been cancelledThe customers June charges were declined by the customers credit card and therefore they are not owed a refundThe customer paid on monthly installments and since they submitted their cancellation request in July they would have been refunded their June installmentSince the customer did not pay for their June installment they are not owed a refundNo additional funds are due at this time

The contractors check was just printed yesterday and will be mailed out this weekNo additional funds due at this time

The customer has accepted the offer and has sent in their reimbursement form.We will expedite the check process and send out the check immediately

Select Home Warranty has issued a full refund on 10/21/in the amount of to the customers credit card
