The customer was never charged on their credit card as it would not allow the payment to go through, we received a check from the customers title company, we will be issuing a check back to the title company

Please see the attached policy as it was originally purchased my [redacted] on January 19,2015, we did update the policy once the home was transferred to the new home owners, but the policy was paid by [redacted] .Select Home Warranty also took care of a claim in the home back in May of 2015, we will not be refunding the customer for this policy.Please see the attached policy from the original home owner from January we will be able to provide additional documentation if needed

The customer was refunded on 8/15/2015, we can refund the cancellation fee of as a courtesy.The policy clearly states that freon is not covered, we are unable to refund a customer in full due tot the fact that they disagree with a non-covered item, after they read and signed the contract..Select Home Warranty sent a tech tot he customers home and they diagnosed the issue, we did fulfill the contractual obligation

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with Mr***, supervisor on 1/24/He advised he would give me a free service call of $for next time if neededI wanted to know how much to cancel my service since I have a contract till July, (months)He stated I would not get anything back and I would owe them for all the work I have had doneI have a recording of this conversationI advised him this sounds like such a scamI paid $($399.00) and I am only months into the contract and he said I would not get anything backI have spoke with some of the technicians and they advised they (the ones I spoke with) will not take calls from them anymore since they do not pay or they hold up payment until they get pictures and if you did not take pictures the technicians are out of the money and time they spentYou have a reasonable expectation from a warranty service ( I have had them in the past and I have NEVER had this kind of NON service Regards, [redacted]
