I am rejecting this response because:
Per email and phone conversation with Christine (Select Home Warranty) *** *** *** and email *** " She would like to know what they assess the damage is and would be able to fund $toward the repair or replacementSection actually says..."Water HeaterThis Agreement covers all modules, components and parts of the water heater necessary to the functionality of the water heaterThis Agreement does NOT cover solar or tankless water heating systems or the components thereofThis Agreement does NOT cover the following list of modules, components and parts relating to the water heating system:(i) flues; (ii) drain piping; (iii) pressure reducing valve; (iv) leaks(v)pumps"Christine offered to retain me as a client b/c Section has sentences that contradict. Secondly we don't have a tankless water heater SELECT HOME WARRANTY so thank you for not inquiring "or doing your job". Lastly, your homepage ADVERTISEMENT says you COVER WATER HEATERS (not some of them or not leaky ones) just WATER HEATERS. Your retention department agreed that is a very MISLEADING advertisement so they offered at least to help ($worth of repairs/replacement) after we submitted the receipts. This was done and Jonelle, said sorry we aren't going to do it now as promised. So I cancelled. My Property Mgmt company said they still should honor it as it all occurred when the policy was ACTIVE

I am rejecting this response because:For the same reason I rejected it previouslyI never made any repairs to the a/c unit so I should not be penalized for repairs made to the unit prior to my purchase of the home and the warranty

On 11/10/the customer purchased a policy from SelectHome Warranty, the customer was emailed a copy of the policy to review as thepolicy does not go into effect for days, the 4th paragraph of thepolicy states information on Terms of Coverage. On 11/10/the customer called us back to place
a claimfor his Hot Water Heater, he stated the sales agent never mentioned a daygrace period, we did inform him at this time we would not be able to assist himand to please review his contract, which is available on our website as well.On 1/Select Home Warranty attempted to bill the customerand the card came back decline, we attempted to contact the customer. We collected on payment from the customer, the agreement is for months, and we have explained that due to the lack ofpayment since December his policy has lapsed. Our last conversation with the customer was on 01/20/2015where we explained the policy on the grace period and the credit card issue. The customer was advised if they pay for the policy in fullat this time we will be more than happy to reinstate him

Thank you for addressing my complaint regarding Select Home Warranty. Mr*** from Select Home Warranty finally contacted me about days after my submission to you. He proposed giving me $toward the purchase of a new ceiling fan but did not tell me why his company was unwilling or unable to meet my request to fix a ceiling fan. He then informed me that he would be emailing me a refund and release agreement. I told him that I had not received any promised emails regarding my earlier complaint. Since last week, I have been trying to contact him or another person regarding a question I had about the agreement. I spoke to a Barbara on 10/19(after leaving multiple voice messages for Mr*** on 10/17, 10/18) promising me a return call by P EDT on 10/19. The call never came even though I intentionally stayed home so not to miss his call. Since Select Home Warranty continues to ignore my phone calls and legitimate requests for service and satisfaction of my home warranty with them, I am now asking for a full refund of the $paid to them last October. I again request your help in resolving this issue as that is the only way this company will respond to me

I am rejecting this response because:
They cancelled my policy when I asked for a full refund. They went ahead and cancelled the policy regardless of what they felt like I was due and sent me a balance of what they have paid out in good will claims so far less a prorated amount of the time I have been with them. I want a full refund because they have cheated me out of my money and claims the entire time I have been with them outside of the very first claim which was $62.00. I refuse to accept the check that they gave me for $when I paid over $for this warranty. I will not accept anything until they give me a refund that is acceptable

The customer is not sue a full refund The issue they had falls outside of coverage

I am rejecting this response because That was another complaint from last year That I had canceled because they failed to send a technician
but was also within my day refundThis is a separate account that previous one was in Tennessee this is in Pennsylvania Totally totally not true and I can send you a copy of the account
