I am rejecting this response because:
There was absolutely no mention of trying to over charge my wife in the response or the attitude my wife received from their employee! 20-Minutes? My wife sat there for an hour!!! There were obviously no issues with the garage bay that they do the alignments inHow do I know? Because they were taking walk in customers and doing their alignments ahead of her! At this point I have already had the alignment done on my truck by another garageI don't accept the apology, and I will never go back into one of their locations againI dont want anything from them, I would however like the complaint to remain on the Revdex.com sight as to warn others about the horrible service and possible hidden added charges they try and tack onto their service

To Whom It May Concern; This is aware of this issueWe sincerely apologize for *** *** inconvenience, we were under the impression that that problem was solved after speaking with the storeThe sensor had dropped into the wheel intact. The collar nut that holds the stem in
place had let go from corrosionWe don't service that part of the sensor during reconditioning we just change the nickel core inside that valveThis was explained by the store associate to *** *** He explained that with the age of the vehicle the sensor may have let go and that we would install a new sensor he provided at no chargeWe then installed a regular valve to get *** *** back on the roadAt this point in the interest of resolving this issue amicably we will provide a new sensor to fix *** *** issue and install it at no chargeWe can do so for him in the Branford store and he can go in at his inconvenience.Sincerely, Rich A*** Town Fair Tire

We are aware of the unfortunate incident that occurred with *** *** 's vehicleWe apologize for any inconvenience that she has experiencedHowever after an investigation of the incident by us and our insurance company we are unable to take responsibility for
reasonsThe first being it is an industry standard for all dual rear axel vehicles to return for a torque check after serviceWe ask that our customers with these vehicles return at miles after service and again at milesThe rear wheels on these types of vehicles are notorious for coming looseThe store made Ms. *** of this procedure and she acknowledges that she did not return for the first re-torque and planned on coming in for the second mileage torque check though she was over the mileage for that check as well. The second reason is we are not the last party to touch the vehicleMs*** had stated that another shop did an inspection on the vehicle after we serviced it and she had assumed that they checked the torque for herAlso during to inspect the brakes on that type of vehicle, the rear wheels on at least one side would need to be removed. So with that said though we do apologize for the issue Ms*** experienced with her truck however we are unable to take responsibility for the issueSincerely,*** ***Town Fair Tire Customer Service

charge for the serviceAs for the free flat repair we repair the tire internally so we recommend that the tire be rebalanced and the valve stem or TPMS core be changedWe discount both services down to $as a courtesyThough we recommend these services they are not mandatoryIf the customer declines these services the tire repair is 100% freeThis does not include rebuilding a TPMS sensor if needed or resetting the system since it is separate from the tireWe charge $for the TPMS reset again this is an optional serviceWe normally charge $20.00 for the reset but discount it for returning customers with a repairWe will gladly refund *** *** for the additional services he paid forPlease have him contact me at ###-###-####.
