At this point though we still don't feel that we are responsible for the damage to the wheelHowever in the interest of satisfying our customer we will cover the wheel 100%We are doing this strictly as a courtesyFor the coverage we would have Mr*** replace the wheel at the shop or dealership of his choosingWe will then reimburse him for the wheel and install once he provides a paid invoice from the replacement and surrenders the damaged wheel to one of our stores.Sincerely,*** *** Town Fair Tire Customer Service

I did speak with Rich but did not receive an email from himI will take the vehicle to anyone of his recommended locations within his company besides the Nashua location located on Daniel Webster HighwayThe only way I will accept this is that I do not have have to pay one dime out of my pocket for the same exact tire and labor costs needed for the new tire and adjustmentsIf he agrees to this I will also reflect the service that was done all reviews I have postedPlease advise a time and location I can get this done.Thank you,Donnie

I am rejecting this response because: I called both the call center AND the store front directlyThe call center referred me to the store, and the person I spoke with in the store told me to come back inTo which I responded, absolutely not with the way I was treated the day before, not to mention I have zero faith in this establishment to actually be trustworthy enough to work on my vehicleI took my car to another shop the next day for the alignment, and have the diagnostic report from the alignment that was performed there that PROVES the car was incredibly out of alignment and the work I was billed for was NOT completedThis is completely unacceptable and is a horrible representation of your brandI’ve spent thousands of dollars over years with multiple vehicles on tires from this establishmentThis is the first time I’ve had anything done outside of mounting and balancing tires here- and it was as a result- the last time I spend any money hereYour “mechanics” are unprofessional and it’s completely unethical to charge people for services not rendered

This is regards to Complaint ID: *** I accepted the business owners' resolutionThe business owner has failed to follow through on his proposed resolutionI have not received a check, nor have I received the promised letter

To Whom It May concern;This is the first we are hearing for Mr*** *** issue. Unfortunately a ripped or gashed tire is the result of a road hazard That particular tire we don't offer a free road hazard onIt would have been offered as an option at the time of purchase
Mr*** opted not to purchase the warranty*** doesn't cover any road hazard at all regardless of timeTheir manufacturer's warranty covers workmanship onlyAs for our day test drive the tires must be returned undamaged in exchange for a different setAt this point we will gladly replace the tire as a one time courtesy however it would be up to Mr*** to purchase the road hazard if he would like the coverage.Sincerely,Rich Al*** Town Fair Tire
