Semper Solaris and its entire crew were great during my roofing project. I was well informed every step of the way from management to crew project managers and the crews themselves. Daily work crews were punctual and polite and ensured everything was clean by the end of each day. The entire project was completed in a little over 3 days during the hottest days of 2017. My hats off to everyone! Thank you for a job well done!

Semper Solaris executed the plan perfectly with lots of communication from John Renteria and J. Lee. I'm very happy with my 28 SunPower panels and the installation.

I had looked at customer reviews of other solar companies as well as service provider comparison rankings for 2017. It was not necessary. Semper Solaris' company name and values resonated customer satisfaction, quality, honesty, business ethics, and integrity. Hayden visited our home and thoroughly explained the process. I was even given cell numbers of the team responsible for my home project...not many businesses do that. I would also like to give Laura Vargas much kudos. She constantly kept in touch with me, kept me informed, and ensure all my questions were answered.

I also referred a friend. It was determined that my friend would not benefit from solar at this time - talk about business ethics! I would hope other companies would do the same but I'm sure there are some who would pressure the consumer. Semper Solaris, although a relatively new company, has a solid business model and, in my book, is an industry leader. I would use them again if I had to do it all over.

Meet with Mike from semper and was very well versed on all aspects of solar both purchase and lease we decided on purchase the install crew was very professional and curtious very fast install and permit thru operation I don't know how well the system is performing yet as have not received first Edison bill yet but meter is running backwards for sure.

We are extremely pleased with our solar system, Semper Solaris is the BEST everything went smoothly as planed.

Overall, Semper Solaris did a great job with our solar install. The roof replacement was a rough ride, but it got done. Customer Care Officer John R kept us informed throughout the project and helped answer our many questions.

My wife and I can’t recommend Semper Solaris enough. We did quite a bit of research after making the decision to go solar, and concluded that Semper Solaris offered the best product in the business for us at the right price. Saleslady Laura P was very helpful, making recommendations and answering all of our questions thoroughly and in an expert manner.
From there, Mark K and Michael C worked quickly to get our system installed and turned on. I still can’t believe they got it done as quickly as they did. The crew that came to our home to do the installation was friendly and professional. They also didn’t mind taking the time on several occasions to answer questions I had for them.
Everyone we dealt with at Semper Solaris answered phone calls and text messages in a timely fashion, even after hours. I feel very confident recommending this company to my friends and family. If I’m in the position to purchase another solar system in the future, I will certainly go with Semper Solaris again.

Semper Solaris has exceeded my expectations for solar system providers. I first met with their sales rep, Kevin T, at my home. Kevin covered everything, and I mean everything. He talked about the different types of panels that are available, what the competition uses, stats about the panels, and even brought samples for me to look at. He covered different plans, various promotions and talked about what I could expect from the whole process. Needless to say, there was no stone left unturned or concern left unaddressed. Once I got going, I got to meet John R, who guided me through the process. He had constant contact to make sure my needs were met and that I had all the answers I needed. Once installation commenced, he helped guide me through what was happening, what needed to happen and gave me a timeline of when I could expect my system to go live. He was very helpful and I am very satisfied with the service and customer care I received. I would highly suggest, if your considering solar, to have the Semper Solaris team stop by.

We could not be more happy with the quality of service and value of the product we received from Semper Solaris. It has been 2 years since our solar was installed and the cost savings has been better than what we were told to expect by our rep. I heard about Semper Solaris from my neighbors. They gave my contact info to Semper Solaris through their referral program. I received a call from Semper Solaris to schedule an appointment. Our salesperson was Genevieve. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and transparent. At the end of our session with her, we had learned about: the advantages of Semper Solaris over other solar contractors (for example having all C10, C39, and C46 licenses), various types of SunPower solar panels they were using and their pricing info, ongoing promotions and rebates, specific information about our house (e.g. amount of electricity power we needed to produce based on the data from previous bills, number of panels that could be installed on each roof as well as solar energy production statistics throughout a year), etc. This meeting was very informative and at the end of it we were certain that we wanted to go with Semper Solaris (Special thanks to Genevieve as she has been the most honest and transparent salesperson we have ever dealt with). We just had to decide about the size and type of the system based on our future electricity need and available budget. After a day, we were able to finalize our decision. Genevieve prepared the contract immediately and we signed it electronically on the same day.
A few days later I got an introduction call from our project coordinator, Michael C. He was my main point of contact for the remaining part of the process. We had several discussions over call/text to finalize the site plan (with information about the position of solar panels on roofs, location of the monitoring system, etc.). He submitted the finalized site plan to local building department and provided me with the documents required for HOA approval. What I liked the most about Michael was that he asked me about the best way of communication from the first day (which was text message for me due to several meetings during the day) which made it very convenient.
After receiving the local building department and HOA approvals, I received a call from Mark K. to schedule the installation. The installation team were very professional and did a superb job. They installed the conduits in the best possible way and with minimum visibility from the street. We were very lucky that all required approvals came very fast and the whole process from our meeting with Genevieve to receiving permission to operate (PTO) from SDG&E took only ~6 weeks. I'd like to thank Mark K. for promptly addressing all our requests/questions after the installation.
I definitely recommend Semper Solaris to everyone who is looking for a solar system. They are among the very few companies that have all three C10, C39, and C46 licenses; and they use the premium brand SunPower. Don’t hesitate to contact them to schedule your solar consultation appointment. As I mentioned above, the meeting will be very informative with absolutely no pressure to purchase a system.

Sales was simple and straight forward with Mike B and the install team was very efficient and fast, even went to the extra effort to match paint color of house to electric conduit. Also Mike C Project Coordinator kept me up to date with the whole process.

Semper Solaris did a great job with our Solar! Starting with Dustin who explained everything to us, then Mark our Project Manager and Mike our Project Coordinator. They were all very responsive and did a GREAT JOB!

Semper Solaris is Top Notch! From the project coordinator, Michael C, to the installers. Michael answered all of our questions and walked us through the process step by step. The installers were awesome; all of them had GREAT attitudes, answered all questions, and went above and beyond our expectations. For example, they painted the conduit to match the house (I see many instillations that leave it silver and it looks horrible), they sealed up any cracks I had on my roof joints (they didn’t have to) and replaced several broken tiles at no extra cost. That is what I call first class service! I highly recommend these guys if you are looking at installing Solar. I am already saving money on my electric and once it is paid off, no electric bill! Oh yeah, I am active duty, they gave a discount for this as well.
