SEMPER SOLARIS installed our solar system this month. This is a quality business with the best panels. They are quick to deliver and beat everyone else in price. John R was in charge of our account. A pleasant and efficient young man. Always available to address our concerns. He will be our go to person for good.

The folks are Semper Solaris are top notice people. All of them have demonstrated true professionalism. I cant say enough how great the whole experience has been......from Mark(our sales person) who took the time and effort to work a great deal for me, to John (our Customer Care Office) who guided me step by step in the process to getting our system up and running. I also want to mention Mark (our Project Manager) who was in constant contact about the timeline associated with our installation......a great person to work with. And finally, the installation crew.....what a bunch of great guys. They worked hard on one of the hotest days of the summer and finished up everything (including clean-up) in one day. Thank you everyone for a great experience. I'd recommend Semper Solaris to anyone looking for solar.

We just past the final inspection of our new solar panels from Semper Solaris and my husband and I are extremely pleased with the high level of service we received from start to finish with Semper Solaris. It started with the Senior Solar Consultant, Michael W, who met with us to discuss our options and he was very nice and extemely knowledgeable which led to us signing a contract. Then Josh M at SDMCU who expeditiously handled our financing and was also very pleasant and responsive to our questions. Then to the installers who were professional, efficient and super nice and last, but certainly not least, to our Customer Care Officer Veronica M who kept us well informed of our project's progress and what was needed from us and what to expect every step of the way. She did this all in an extremely professional, responsive and caring way. I work in customer service so I hold others to a pretty high standard and your company passed with flying colors. I know we received emails from others that also played an important part in our project and I apologize for not naming everyone in this review, but your team of experts were amazing and I would highly recommend your company as our number one choice for solar power.

Anyone interested in going solar should do it. Semper Solaris is the company you should choose. They were very affordable, professional, friendly, and timely. We have saved so much going to solar. Our knowledgeable salesman chose perfectly the amount of panels we needed. Staff all the way through has been really helpful. Unfortunately we are moving but I would say that having solar really helped sell the house. Nobody wants to pay the electric companies more than they have to. We are going to put solar panels on our next house and will most definitely be using Semper Solaris again.

Th entire experience with the Semper Solaris Team was amazing. The first contact was with Mark A and we was extremely knowledgeable and did not over promise the results in order to secure a sale. We received exactly what we discussed and in a timeline consistent with or expectations.
Mark handed us of to Veronica Mosqueda who ushered us through the planning and execution of the installation phase with ease.. She was very professional and prompt to answer our questions and guide us through the next steps. Trevor was our program manager and was flawless.
The installation team was led by Reuben and they were prompt , professional and demonstrated the system immediately after the installation was complete.
You will not go wrong conducting business with this team of professionals.

I was skeptable about solar but after speaking with a friend who recommended Semper Solaris I decided to check into it. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the sales rep "Sergio" who came to the house and show the utmost respect for military and first responders. He explained the way solar works and the differences between leasing and buying. I chose to lease and was immediately placed on a schedule for production. I was contacted by the project manager "Laura" shortly there after and she walked me through each step of the process including communicating the planning, installation, permits, and SCE for turning on the system. I literally did nothing but agree to save money each month. I am saving roughly $100 dollars per month and my yearly lease increase is only a few dollars each year. This is compared to the SCE raising tier rates each year for the past several years an last year I got hit with a $1300 bill from my even pay plan. I cannot express enough gratitude for the way I was treated and the professionalism both Laura and Sergio displayed in this process. They deserve a raise in pay.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND INSTALLATION FROM CUSTOMER CARE WITH VERONICA TO THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION BY ARTURO AND OTHERS UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYE OF THE INSATALLATION SUPERVISOR , DANNY AND THE PROJECT MANAGER, MARK WHO MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED CORECTLY AND TO MY SATISFACTION. MY 26 PANEL SYSTEM IS CRANKING OUT THE JUICE AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE DISCOUNTED PRICE, PRODUCTION OF THE UNIT AND WARRANTY.

I just got additional solar added to my home by Semper Solaris. The whole process from beginning to end was an easy positive experience. There was never any hard sell and always took time to answer my questions, and I had a lot. The installation was done on time and was very professionally done. I am extremely picky and I had no complaints. They even went to the local hardware store to match my house color without me asking and painted any exposed conduit. You can tell it was professional job. If I ever had any questions the project manager responded immediately. When we got final approval from the electrical company we were on vacation. Our rep even came out to test and turn on our system for us so that we could get the benefit of solar while we were gone!

Semper Solaris did a great job on my solar system. It wasn't entirely without challenges, because my house had an addition that split my panel into 2, basically, but they figured out how to do it, and plowed through it successfully. Best of all, they met the net metering 1 date, which was quite an accomplishment. Everyone on the team seemed happy to be there, and were competent. Laura, Anthony and others did a great job.

Semper Solaris had a fine product to offer as well as excellent service. Laura V was helpful on the phone every step of the was. The installation crew was efficient and friendly. They put in 27 panels, the inverter and connections to the electric panel in five hours.

The folks at Seller Solaris are great. What can I say but "top knotch". We felt as if we were their only customer from start to finish.

Semper Solaris was the only company we called for a bid to install solar. We had a list of 3 companies to call but we liked everything Semper Solaris was offering and didn't call anyone else. Bobby *** was our sales guy. He's awesome and no b.s. He explained everything in simple terms. The Sunpower panels have a great warranty and I really love the monitoring app. My wife and I started freak out because we were days away from hitting the net metering 2.0 deadline. Both Bob and Veronica M we super helpful in getting everything done in time. They returned every call, text or email within minutes, even on the weekends, they were always available. I have no regrets or a single complaint about this company. There were a couple of bumps that were out of their control, mainly City permit and Edison issues. They dealt with issues and took care of everything. I can't say enough good things about this company, Veronica of Bob.

Positive experience, all calls returned promptly, all steps explained then executed. The customer service was great.
